Abstract
本发明属于油田污水处理领域。本发明提供的一种油田污水处理装置,包括依次连接的污水入口、隔油池、加药组件、混凝沉降组件、一级过滤组件、二级过滤组件和污水出口。相比于单一处理方法,处理更彻底,同时多级过滤在除油的同时保证去除其它含油污水中的杂质及细菌又不引入其它杂质,设备简单,易于操作。

本发明属于油田污水处理领域。
背景技术
油田污水成分比较复杂,油分含量及油在水中存在形式也不相同,且多数情况下常与其他废水相混合,存在环境复杂,通常以四种状态存在,分别是浮上油,其油滴粒径大于100um,易于分离,分散油,其粒径介于10-100um,悬浮于水中。乳化油,粒径小于10um,在废水中分散的粒径小不易从废水中分离,溶解油,油类物质溶解于水中的状态,因此很难完全去除。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油田污水处理装置,能够达到完全去除水中污油。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:一种油田污水处理装置,该装置包括依次连接的污水入口、隔油池、加药组件、混凝沉降组件、一级过滤组件、二级过滤组件和污水出口。
所述混凝沉降组件包括管道混凝和缓冲沉降罐。
所述一级过滤组件为过滤器或滤膜。
所述二级过滤组件为超滤膜过滤或活性炭吸附。
所述缓冲沉降罐底部设有杂质出口。
所述加药组件位于混凝沉降组件入口处。
所述隔油池上设有撇油器。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
采用物理-化学-物理处理步骤,能够完全去除含油污水中的油类,却又不引入其它杂质,设备简单,易于操作。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图通过实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:如图1所示,含油污水通过污水入口1进入隔油池2,除去其表面浮油,处理后污水与加药组件3投加的处理剂在管道混凝器5中充分反应,在缓冲沉降罐6中放置澄清,反应后的底层杂质通过缓冲沉降罐6底部的杂质出口排出,处理后污水进入一级过滤组件7,本实施例中一级过滤组件7为过滤器,保证去除废水中乳化油和分散油后含油污水中残余悬浮物颗粒,一级过滤后的含油污水进入二级过滤组件8,本实施例中二级过滤组件8为超滤膜过滤,超滤后的污水则通过污水出口9排出。
本发明实施例所述含油污水处理装置能够彻底去除含油污水中的油类物质及悬浮物颗粒且不引入其它杂质,设备简单,易于操作。

1.一种油田污水处理装置,其特征在于:该装置包括依次连接的污水入口、隔油池、加药组件、混凝沉降组件、一级过滤和二级过滤组件。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述混凝沉降组件包括管道混凝器和缓冲沉降罐。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述一级过滤组件为过滤器或滤膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述二级过滤组件为超滤膜过滤或活性炭吸附。
5.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲沉降罐底部设有固体杂质出口。
6.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述加药组件位于混凝沉降组件入口处。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述隔油池上设有撇油器。
