Abstract
本发明涉及一种三刃铝用粗铣刀,包括刀杆和刀头,所述刀头端部设有三个端面切削刃以及三个相对应的波形刃,所述波形刃呈螺旋状,相邻波形刃之间设有螺旋状排屑槽,所述排屑槽的螺旋角为38°,所述波形刃由多段凹凸刃依次排列构成,所述相邻两个凹凸刃的连接处成90°角。所述刀头表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。采用上述结构后本发明能够高效率地加工铝材,不易磨损,增加了刀具的使用寿命,降低了加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铣刀,特别是一种三刃铝用粗铣刀。
背景技术
机械加工中,刀具是机床加工不可缺少的主要部件,刀具质量的好坏影响到自身的使用寿命,也影响到机械加工的质量以及生产效率。在对铝材进行加工时,因为铝材硬度较软,在切削时容易粘刀,导致切削阻力大,刀具磨损严重,切削速度慢,刀具容易损坏,工件表面出现毛刺等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能高效率加工铝材并不易磨损的三刃铝用粗铣刀。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种三刃铝用粗铣刀,包括刀杆和刀头,所述刀头端部设有三个端面切削刃以及三个相对应的波形刃,所述波形刃呈螺旋状,相邻波形刃之间设有螺旋状排屑槽,所述排屑槽的螺旋角为38°,所述波形刃由多段凹凸刃依次排列构成,所述相邻两个凹凸刃的连接处成90°角。
所述刀头表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。
采用上述结构后本发明能够高效率地加工铝材,不易磨损,增加了刀具的使用寿命,降低了加工成本。

本发明涉及一种三刃铝用粗铣刀,包括刀杆1和刀头2,所述刀头2端部设有三个端面切削刃3以及三个相对应的波形刃4,所述波形刃4呈螺旋状,相邻波形刃4之间设有螺旋状排屑槽5,所述排屑槽5的螺旋角为38°,所述波形刃4由多段凹凸刃6依次排列构成,所述相邻两个凹凸刃6的连接处成90°角。所述刀头2表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。

1.一种三刃铝用粗铣刀,包括刀杆(1)和刀头(2),其特征在于:所述刀头(2)端部设有三个端面切削刃(3)以及三个相对应的波形刃(4),所述波形刃(4)呈螺旋状,相邻波形刃(4)之间设有螺旋状排屑槽(5),所述排屑槽(5)的螺旋角为38°,所述波形刃(4)由多段凹凸刃(6)依次排列构成,所述相邻两个凹凸刃(6)的连接处成90°角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三刃铝用粗铣刀,其特征在于:所述刀头(2)表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。
