Abstract

本发明涉及一种将电平信号转换为脉冲磁场信号的电路。目前应用于磁电信号隔离耦合器件的“电平‑磁场”转换电路存在较高的静态功耗。本发明包含防抖电路,延时电路,线圈驱动电路A,线圈驱动电路B和励磁线圈;防抖电路处于信号输入端,用于抑制输入信号抖动;延时电路连接于防抖电路与线圈驱动电路B之间,使输入线圈驱动电路B的信号相对于输入线圈驱动电路A的信号存在一个特定的延时;线圈驱动电路A连接于防抖电路与励磁线圈正极之间,对励磁线圈提供正向驱动电流;线圈驱动电路B连接于延时电路与励磁线圈负极之间,对励磁线圈提供反向驱动电流。本发明应用于磁电信号隔离耦合器件中,可以显著降低其使用功耗。

Description

一种将电平信号转换为脉冲磁场信号的电路
技术领域
本发明属于电子电路技术领域,涉及一种将电平信号转换为脉冲磁场的电路。
背景技术
对于利用磁场进行数据通信的设备,如磁电信号隔离耦合器件、植入式心脏起搏器通讯系统等,其工作过程中需要将电信号转化为磁信号,再由磁敏元件探测并被读取电路采集,从而实现信号传输。这其中,“电平-磁场”转换电路是一个不可或缺的组成单元。现有方案是将磁场信号直接与电平信号对应,例如:高电平时输出磁场信号,低电平时无磁场信号;或者高电平时输出正向磁场信号,低电平时输出反向磁场信号。以上方案均存在持续时间较长的电流通过励磁线圈,因而存在较高的静态功耗,难以应用于低功耗便携设备。
发明内容
本发明针对现有“电平-磁场”转换电路存在的不足,提供了一种将电平信号转换为脉冲磁场的电路方案,该方案能够显著降低电路的静态功耗。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的技术方案为:
一种将电平信号转换为脉冲磁场信号的电路,包含防抖电路,延时电路,线圈驱动电路A,线圈驱动电路B和励磁线圈。
所述防抖电路处于信号输入端,用于抑制输入信号抖动。
所述延时电路连接于防抖电路与线圈驱动电路B之间,使输入线圈驱动电路B的信号相对于输入线圈驱动电路A的信号存在一个特定的延时。
所述线圈驱动电路A连接于防抖电路与励磁线圈正极之间,对励磁线圈提供正向驱动电流。
所述线圈驱动电路B连接于延时电路与励磁线圈负极之间,对励磁线圈提供反向驱动电流。
对于所输入电平信号的上升沿或下降沿,励磁线圈产生对应的正向或者反向脉冲磁场。
对于所输入电平信号处于稳定状态的高电平或低电平,励磁线圈不产生磁场。
进一步说,所述防抖电路是施密特触发器或迟滞比较器。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中转换电路采集电平转换的边沿信号,输出对应的电流脉冲驱动励磁线圈;当电平信号稳定时,没有电流通过励磁线圈。因此,本发明中“电平-磁场”转换电路在静态下仅存在由漏电流产生的微小功耗,相比于其他同类方案,功耗显著降低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明所述的将电平信号转换为脉冲磁场的装置如图1所示。该电路由防抖电路101,延时电路102,线圈驱动电路A103,线圈驱动电路B104四个子电路以及励磁线圈105五个部分组成。
防抖电路101接收输入信号106,通过其所具备的对信号抖动的抑制功能,消除信号自身或外部干扰所引起的毛刺对后续电路产生的不利影响。
防抖电路101输出两个完全相同的信号,其中一个信号直接输入线圈驱动电路A103,另一个信号先通过延时电路102,然后输入线圈驱动电路B104。因此,输入线圈驱动电路B104的信号边沿相对于输入线圈驱动电路A103的信号边沿存在一个特定的延时Δt。
线圈驱动电路A103和线圈驱动电路B104完全相同,因此线圈驱动电路B104输出的信号边沿相对线圈驱动电路A103同样存在延时Δt。
当输入信号上升沿到来时,线圈驱动电路A103输出的信号先转变为高电平,此时线圈驱动电路B104输出的信号仍为低电平;在经过时间Δt之后,线圈驱动电路B104输出的信号转变为高电平。以上过程将形成一个由励磁线圈105正(+)端流向负(-)端的电流脉冲,该电流脉冲的脉宽为Δt。
相应的,当输入信号下降沿到来时,将形成一个强度、脉宽相同,方向相反的电流脉冲。
不同方向的电流脉冲通过励磁线圈,输出磁场脉冲信号107。
当输入信号106处于高电平或是低电平的稳定状态时,励磁线圈105的正(+)端和负(-)端的电位相同,因此没有电流流过线圈,静态功耗近似为零。
根据以上过程,本发明所述电路具备将电平信号转换为磁场脉冲的功能,并显著降低了静态功耗。

Claims (2)

1. 一种将电平信号转换为脉冲磁场信号的电路,其特征在于:
包含防抖电路,延时电路,线圈驱动电路A,线圈驱动电路B和励磁线圈;
所述防抖电路处于信号输入端,用于抑制输入信号抖动;
所述延时电路连接于防抖电路与线圈驱动电路B之间,使输入线圈驱动电路B的信号相对于输入线圈驱动电路A的信号存在一个特定的延时;
所述线圈驱动电路A连接于防抖电路与励磁线圈正极之间,对励磁线圈提供正向驱动电流;
所述线圈驱动电路B连接于延时电路与励磁线圈负极之间,对励磁线圈提供反向驱动电流;
对于所输入电平信号的上升沿或下降沿,励磁线圈产生对应的正向或者反向脉冲磁场;
对于所输入电平信号处于稳定状态的高电平或低电平,励磁线圈不产生磁场。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种将电平信号转换为脉冲磁场信号的电路,其特征在于:所述防抖电路是施密特触发器或迟滞比较器。
