Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于优化车辆的动力消耗的方法。车辆包括电子控制单元(ECU)、GPS接收器、以及用于远程访问网络云和/或服务器的通信单元。
背景技术
当前,包括交替推进源(例如电动机)的车辆的使用正在增多。车辆可以是纯电动车(EV)、混合动力车(HEV)、或者插电式混合动力车(PHEV)。HEV和PHEV使用不止一个动力源,即内燃机和电动机。环境和经济的关注越发注重于优化不同推进源的使用,以达到更加有效的燃料消耗和减少车辆排放。
这样的优化的一个示例可以在US 2011/0246004中找到。在这里,优化是基于计算消耗最少量能量的路径。根据绘制了针对一个或多个推进源的能量消耗的能量图进行计算。使用开始和结束点,所述优化发送合适的路径给车辆。
上述优化的一个问题是,所述优化依赖于来自探测车辆的数据收集,其昂贵并且耗时。进一步地,不得不使用不同的探测车辆以收集针对不同车辆类型的数据。另一个问题是,通过使用能量消耗作为优化路径的手段,某些参数(例如充电状态)可能变得未使用而导致较低的效率优化。
因此对于车辆需要改进的优化方法。
发明内容
本发明涉及用于优化车辆的动力消耗的方法。所述车辆包括电子控制单元(ECU)、GPS接收器、以及用于远程访问网络云和/或服务器的通信单元。所述方法包括:
-在启动车辆时,发送来自ECU的车辆数据到网络云和/或服务器;
-在网络云和/或服务器中,基于发送的车辆数据,计算车辆的最可能的最终目的地和最可能的优化的路径;
-在网络云和/或服务器中,基于最可能的最终目的地、最可能的优化路径、以及发送的车辆数据,计算最可能的驾驶模式图;
-在网络云和/或服务器中,基于所述最可能的驾驶模式图、最可能的最终目的地、以及最可能的优化路径,计算车辆的推进源的优化动力利用;
-从网络云和/或服务器将推进源的优化动力利用返回到车辆,推进源的最可能的动力利用依赖于车辆的最可能的驾驶模式图、最可能的最终目的地、以及最可能的优化路径;
-在驾驶的过程中使用推进源的优化动力利用,来控制车辆的传动系模式和/或外围设备,以优化车辆的动力消耗。
该方法允许自动控制车辆的传动系模式以便优化车辆的动力使用。该方法聚焦于优化车辆的动力使用而不是能量消耗。这相比于如果基于能量消耗做出的优化,能够达到更好的优化,因为能量是动力相对于时间的积分。通过使用动力而不是能量,可以对在理论上无穷小的时间步执行优化,其因此导致在时间上更高的准确度。实际上,对于小但是有限量的时间,根据发送到ECU的数据计算动力使用。例如,GPS坐标以至少1Hz的采样率被优选发送到ECU。以至少100Hz的采样率将车辆数据发送到ECU。在ECU中车辆数据被平均到至少1秒的度量。这些采样率仅仅被视为示例性的而不是对本发明的限制。可以通过车辆中任意适合的通信手段发送车辆数据。
从车辆发送数据到网络服务器和/或云可以以本领域已知的任何合适的手段完成。基于发送的数据,车辆预测目的地和车辆将会采用的路径。例如在工作日早晨,很可能车辆将会行进到与大多数其他工作日早晨相同的目的地,例如经由托儿所到工作场地。通过使用网络云和/或服务器,根据本发明的方法可以被实现为在云和/或服务器中的算法。
该方法允许根据优化来自动控制车辆的传动系模式。然而如果必要的话,驾驶员可以取代自动控制以响应于改变的交通情况或者如果驾驶员选择不同的路径。这些偏差由云和/或服务器记录。
所述方法进一步包括:
-通过以下手段计算推进源的优化动力利用:
-通过开始和结束位置以及分析从发送到网络云和/或服务器的车辆数据的变化识别不同的路径;
-执行查询以从计算机云和/或服务器收集日志文件以将路径连接到至少一个预定的路径条件;
-执行多重回归分析以创建至少一个预定的路径条件和动力要求的模型;
-使用动态编程以基于至少一个特定的优化条件来计算优化路径;
-基于优化路径计算推进源的优化动力利用;
-将优化路径存储在数据库中;
-将优化路径和推进源的优化动力利用发送到车辆。
以上步骤更详细地描述了在网络云和/或服务器中优化是如何完成的。
可以从以下中选择至少一个预定的路径条件:充电站的可用性、燃料站的可用性、以及路段的限速。
通过考虑一个或多个预定的路径条件,优化可以更好地优化在车辆中的不同动力源的使用。通过知道充电站和燃料站的可用性,如果已知充电站在最终目的地是可用的,那么优化可以对车辆的电池完全放电。相似的,如果沿着路径的燃料站的地点是已知的,如果更偏爱使用电发动机并且电发动机可以用于为车辆提供动力到燃料站,那么可以用光为内燃机提供动力的燃料。燃料是指用于为内燃机提供动力的任何易燃燃料。
可以从以下中选择至少一个特定的优化条件:时间优化、成本优化、CO2排放优化、NOx排放优化、燃料水平优化、总体能量消耗优化、以及最大动力利用优化。
所述方法可以与若干不同优化条件结合使用。
-关于时间的优化涉及最小化驾驶时间。
-关于成本的优化涉及对于特定距离的总驾驶成本。
这可以用于:根据使用燃料相比较于使用电力以及对电池再充电是否是更昂贵的,来改变车辆的驾驶模式,或者反之亦然。
-有关CO2排放优化的优化可以被用于相对于车辆的总体CO2排放改变车辆的驾驶模式。如果例如车辆使用来自可再生资源的燃料,例如乙醇或类似物,并且可用于给电池再充电的电力来自燃煤电厂,那么在CO2方面可能使用内燃机更有效。相同的可应用于有关NOx排放的优化。-有关燃料水平优化的优化可以涉及对于在到达最终目的地时的剩余的燃料设定目标。这对于当已知将要行进的未来距离不包含燃料站和/或充电站时是有用的。
-有关总体能量消耗的优化涉及最小化对于特定的距离的能量消耗。
-有关最大动力利用的优化涉及使用车辆以便最大量的动力一直可用。这可以是有用的,例如,当驾驶在野外或者在其他类型的困难地形上。
可以合并一个或多个这些条件以允许更先进的优化条件。如明显的,一些优化条件相互矛盾。由方法使用的算法、或者驾驶员可以选择哪个条件将是主导的条件。
车辆数据可以包含以下中的至少一个:从GPS接收器的开始位置、当日时间和日期、驾驶员识别、车辆识别、电池充电水平状态、周围温度、发动机温度、内部温度、燃料水平、以及在最终目的地处从电网(grid)充电的可能性。
通过使用一个或多个上面的车辆数据,所述方法接收若干参数,其可以被用于更好的计算方法的各种预测和优化。
除了算法,车辆和驾驶员数据可以被上传到云和/或服务器,以使算法是自学习的。通过使用来自使用驾驶特定距离的特定车辆的多个实例的数据和将来自那些实例的数据存储在云和/或服务器中,算法可以不断地优化特定车辆对于特定距离的动力使用。或者,使用来自驾驶特定距离的其他车辆的数据,使方法能够被用于特定车辆,尽管特定车辆之前从没有驾驶该特定距离。在后一种情况中,对于特定车辆第一次驾驶特定距离的优化基于由已经一次或多次驾驶了该特定距离的其他车辆发送的数据。来自其他车辆的数据被存储在云和/或服务器中,用于由针对特定车辆进行优化的算法所使用,但是来自其他车辆的数据也可以结合例如机器学习算法使用,以预测特定车辆的驾驶员的驾驶员行为。
在车辆的控制过程中可选择的传动系模式可以是以下中的一个或多个:具有或没有主动恢复的混合模式、混合模式、纯电动模式、纯额外推进源模式、纯内燃机模式、稍后保存、针对内燃机的档位选择/动态换档点、针对电动机的档位选择/动态换档点、针对至少一个额外的推进源的档位选择/动态换档点、针对内燃源和/或电动机和/或至少一个额外的推进源的空档惯性滑行、内燃机接合或分离、电池的放电策略、充电目标状态、分离额外的推进源以避免传动系中的阻力损失,以及决定发动机操作模式的状态。所述方法可以应用于仅具有一种类型的推进源的车辆和具有不止一种推进源的车辆。上述可用的传动系模式的数量根据车辆中的推进源的数量适应。
上面提到的各种传动系模式描述了车辆可以由方法控制的方式。而额外的推进源模式是指例如任何类型的动能回收系统(KERS)。通过使用上面提到的各种传动系模式,可以实现某些有益的影响。例如确保EV、HEV、或者PHEV的电池可以例如在刹车期间或者当使用内燃机时充电是可能的。通过使用适当的模式,对电池过量充电的风险可以减少或者一并移除。如果优化路径包含电池可以再次被再充电的部分,则电池还可以在行进的一部分距离期间完全耗尽。还可能确保当达到最终目的地时电池被优化充电。如果在最终目的地有充电站,则优化充电可以被完全耗尽,或者如果在最终目的地没有充电站,则充电级别高于0。
驾驶员识别可以包括以下中的一个或多个:
-经由蓝牙连接识别驾驶员的移动电话
-经由并入ECU的摄像机和脸部识别软件识别驾驶员
-识别驾驶员钥匙
-指纹识别。
通过使用驾驶员识别,所述方法可以不仅将车辆连接到方法还有驾驶员。这允许当驾驶员购买新车或者当驾驶员在一段时间期间借车时,由方法做出预测和优化仍然是可行的。驾驶员识别可以包括在电话和车的ECU之间经由蓝牙连接识别驾驶员的移动电话。当存在多个电话时,可能要驾驶员选择哪一个是他的以获得正确的驾驶员识别。驾驶员识别可以进一步包括经由并入ECU的摄像机和脸部识别软件识别驾驶员。这可以由任何已知的当今可用的方法做出。驾驶员识别可以进一步包括识别驾驶员钥匙。在驾驶员借车并且没有其他可用的识别手段的情况下,驾驶员可以输入驾驶员ID,例如他的名字、用户名、或者用户代号、或者另一个标识符到车辆的ECU中以正确识别。驾驶员识别还可以包括从位于合适位置的指纹扫描器的指纹识别。
外围设备可以是以下中的一个或多个:空调、电控窗、电控座椅、以及用于存储余热的保温器。
所述方法可以被用于控制车辆的外围设备,以进一步优化一个或多个上面提到的优化条件。例如,外围设备可以被关闭以保存燃料或者电力动力。外围设备还可以被用于根据当年时间和当日时间冷却或者加热车。例如,在具有与之前一天相同的启动时间的工作日早晨,所述方法预测车将被用于驾驶去工作。在启动时间之前的预定时间,车辆可以使用空调系统以将车调到对于驾驶员合适的温度,从而驾驶员不需要花时间在开走之前将车调到合适的温度。同样,来自车辆的余热可以被存储在例如保温器或者其他的热存储单元中,以当可能需要额外的热量时稍后使用。这意味着空调单元不需要提供额外的热并且可以减少需要的总动力。
在路径的驾驶过程中,来自车辆的信息可以被上传到网络云和/或服务器,以创建由车辆采用的路径的日志文件,从而改进推进源的优化动力利用的计算。
通过从车辆不断地上传信息,创建描述了针对特定距离的驾驶条件和车辆行为的新的日志文件。每个新日志文件可以由算法使用以改进推进源的优化动力利用的计算。进一步地,针对特定距离记录的日志文件越多,对于之前从来没有驾驶该距离的车辆的优化就越好。
本发明进一步涉及一种车辆,其包括:电子控制单元(ECU)、GPS接收器、以及用于远程访问网络云和/或服务器的通信单元。根据上面描述的方法能够控制车辆的传动系模式和/或外围设备。
本发明进一步涉及一种用于优化车辆的动力消耗的系统,系统包括车辆和网络云/服务器,车辆包括电子控制单元(ECU)、GPS接收器、以及用于远程访问网络云和/或服务器的通信单元,其特征在于:车辆的传动系模式和/或外围设备是可控制的,以及网络云/服务器包括用于计算以下内容的算法:用于控制车辆的传动系模式和/或外围设备的车辆的优化动力消耗。
本发明还兼容禁止使用由化石燃料提供动力的内燃机的环境区图或者类似物。当优化车辆的动力消耗时考虑到这一点,从而不允许驾驶员在这些区中使用内燃机。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于优化车辆的动力消耗的方法,所述车辆至少包括:电子控制单元ECU、GPS接收器、以及用于远程访问网络云和/或服务器的通信单元,所述方法包括:
-在启动车辆时,发送来自所述GPS接收器和所述ECU的车辆数据到所述网络云和/或服务器;
-在所述网络云和/或服务器中,基于发送的车辆数据,计算所述车辆的最可能的最终目的地和最可能的优化路径;
-在所述网络云和/或服务器中,基于所述最可能的最终目的地、所述最可能的优化路径、以及所述发送的车辆数据,计算最可能的驾驶模式图;
-在所述网络云和/或服务器中,基于所述最可能的驾驶模式图、最可能的最终目的地、以及最可能的优化路径,计算所述车辆的推进源的优化动力利用;
-从所述网络云和/或服务器将推进源的所述优化动力利用返回到所述车辆,推进源的最可能的动力利用依赖于所述车辆的所述最可能的驾驶模式、最可能的最终目的地、以及最可能的优化路径;
-在驾驶的过程中使用推进源的所述优化动力利用,来控制所述车辆的传动系模式和/或外围设备,以优化所述车辆的动力消耗。
