本发明涉及一种药物配方领域，具体地说是一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，徐长卿8～12％，忍冬藤10～13％，海风藤4～6％，鸡血藤5～8％，桑寄生4～6％，桑枝4～6％，桃仁3～5％，赤芍3～6％，附子2～3％，狗脊4～6％，牛膝5～7％，虎杖4～6％，两面针2～4％，独活4～7％，秦艽5～7％，羌活5～7％，防风4～7％，将上述17味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。本发明成本低，治疗股外侧皮神经炎疗效高，无毒副作用，具有清热解毒、祛风化湿、舒筋活络、活血祛瘀、化蚀止痒等功效，对早晚期股外侧皮神经炎均有效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药。
背景技术
众所周知，股外侧皮神经炎也称为感觉异常性股痛，是临床最常见的皮神经炎，是由于股外侧皮神经损伤所致。股外侧皮神经是纯感觉神经，发自腰丛，由L2、L3神经根前支组成，穿过腹股沟韧带下方，分布于股前外侧皮肤。股外侧皮神经受损主要见于局部受压、腹膜后肿瘤、腹部肿瘤、妊娠子宫压迫等。其他病因包括肥胖、外伤、酒精及药物中毒等，糖尿病单神经病易累及该神经。该病常见于男性，多为一侧受累，表现为大腿前外侧下2/3区感觉异常如麻木、疼痛、蚁走感等，久站或走路较久后症状加剧。查体可有大腿外侧感觉过敏，减退或消失，呈慢性病程，可反复发作。临床无特殊治疗方法，疼痛加重者给予止痛药物、镇静剂或B族维生素等对症处理，给患者带来了极大的痛苦及精神负担。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药，成本低，治疗股外侧皮神经炎疗效高，无毒副作用，具有清热解毒、祛风化湿、舒筋活络、活血祛瘀、化蚀止痒等功效，对早晚期股外侧皮神经炎均有效。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，徐长卿8～12％，忍冬藤10～13％，海风藤4～6％，鸡血藤5～8％，桑寄生4～6％，桑枝4～6％，桃仁3～5％，赤芍3～6％，附子2～3％，狗脊4～6％，牛膝5～7％，虎杖4～6％，两面针2～4％，独活4～7％，秦艽5～7％，羌活5～7％，防风4～7％，将上述17味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，成本低，治疗股外侧皮神经炎疗效高，无毒副作用，具有清热解毒、祛风化湿、舒筋活络、活血祛瘀、化蚀止痒等功效，对早晚期股外侧皮神经炎均有效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
采用徐长卿、忍冬藤、海风藤、鸡血藤、桑寄生、桑枝、桃仁、赤芍、附子、狗脊、牛膝、虎杖、两面针、独活、秦艽、羌活、防风为原料药，其组分(重量％)每付徐长卿10.2、忍冬藤12.7、海风藤5.6、鸡血藤5.6、桑寄生4.9、桑枝5.5、桃仁4.2、赤芍4.9、附子2.7、狗脊5.6、牛膝5.8、虎杖5.4、两面针3.1、独活5.4、秦艽6.4、羌活6.3、防风5.7。取上述17味原料药总重量为200克，徐长卿单包后下，附子单泡，先煎30分钟后，在室温下将余15味原料加水900～1000ml浸泡2～3小时，然后倒入先煎30分钟的附子锅内，用武火煮沸文火煎熬至30～40分钟，再将单包徐长卿倒入锅内，再煎20～30分钟，去渣得滤液200ml左右，药渣再加水300～400ml，煎熬30～40分钟，去渣得滤液100ml，共得300ml左右药汁，装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用。每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml左右。两周为一疗程，一般应用两个疗程。治疗过程嘱患者消除紧张情绪，避免过度劳累，保持心情愉快，忌烟酒辣椒等刺激性食物以及浓茶、咖啡等，避免搔抓或热水洗烫。
本发明主药徐长卿性味辛、温，归肝、胃经。具有祛风，化湿，止痛，止痒功效。用于风湿痹痛，胃痛胀满，牙痛，腰痛。跌扑伤痛，风疹，湿疹。忍冬藤性味甘、寒，归肺、胃经。具有清热解毒，疏风通络功效。用于温痂发热，热毒血痢，痈肿疮疡，风湿热痹，关节红肿热痛。海风藤性味辛、苦，微温，归肝经。具有祛风湿，通经络，止痹痛功效，用于风寒湿痹肢节疼痛，筋脉拘挛，屈伸不利。鸡血藤性味苦、甘、温，归肝、肾经。具有补血活血，调经止痛，舒筋活络功效，用于月经不调，痛经、闭经，风湿痹痛，麻木瘫痪，血虚萎黄。桑寄生性味苦、甘、平，归肝、肾经。具有祛风湿，补肝肾，强筋骨功效。用于风湿痹痛，腰膝酸软，筋骨无力，崩漏经多，妊娠漏血，头晕目眩。桑枝性味微苦、平，归肝经。具有祛风湿，利关节功效。用于风湿痹痛，肩臂、关节酸痛麻木。桃仁性味苦、甘、平，归心、肝、大肠经。具有活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘功效。用于经闭痛经，癓瘕痞块，肺痈肠痈，跌扑损伤，肠燥便秘，咳嗽气喘。赤芍性味苦、微寒，归肝经。具有清热凉血，散瘀止痛功效。用于热入营血，温毒发斑，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，闭经痛经，癓瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡。附子性味辛、甘、大热、有毒，归心、肾、脾经。具有回阳救逆，补火助阳，散寒止痛功效。用于元阳虚脱，肢冷脉微，心阳不足，胸痹心痛，虚寒吐泻，脘腹冷痛，肾阳虚衰，阳痿宫冷，阴寒水肿，阳虚外感，寒湿痹痛。狗脊性味苦、甘、温，归肝、肾经。具有祛风湿，补肝肾，强腰膝功效，用于风湿痹痛，腰膝酸软，下肢无力。牛膝具有逐瘀通经，补肝肾，强筋骨，利尿通淋，引血下行功效。用于经闭痛经，腰膝酸痛，筋骨无力，淋证，水肿，头痛，眩晕，牙痛，口疮，吐血、衄血。虎杖具有利湿退黄，清热解毒，散瘀止痛，止咳化痰功效。用于湿热黄疸，淋浊，带下，风湿痹痛，痈肿疮毒，水火烫伤，经闭，癓瘕，跌打损伤等。两面针具有活血化瘀，行气止痛，祛风通络，解毒消肿功效。用于跌扑损伤，胃痛，牙痛，风湿痹痛，毒蛇咬伤。独活具有祛风除湿，通痹止痛功效，用于风寒湿痹，腰膝疼痛，少阴伏风头痛，风寒挟湿头痛。秦艽具有祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛，退虚热功效，用于风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，骨节酸痛等。羌活具有解表散寒，祛风除湿，止痛功效。用于风寒感冒，头痛项强，风湿痹痛，肩背酸痛。防风具有祛风解表，胜湿止痛，止痉功效，用于风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒，破伤风等。17味中草药巧妙组方，科学配伍，药物相互协调作用，通过对人身气血整体调节作用，清热解毒，祛风化湿，舒筋活络，调经止痛，活血祛瘀，化蚀止痒，作用持久，共奏股外侧皮神经炎之特效，达到治愈目的。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例(重量百分比)混合的实施例来实现。
其加工工艺与实施例1相同。
下面结合我院，即山东省威海市文登中心医院进行的临床试验对本发明作进一步详细的描述：
1、病例选择：所选病例均为2011年3月至2014年2月来我院门诊，经内科门诊、神经科门诊、中医科门诊或多科会诊，诊断为股外侧皮神经炎患者72例，其中男43例，女29例；年龄29～64岁，平均年龄59岁；病史最长9个月，最短2个月，右侧41例，左侧19例，双侧12例。中医认为本病属“皮痹”范畴。
2、诊断标准：中医诊断标准参照国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》。
3、治疗方法：
每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml左右。两周为一疗程，应用两个疗程。治疗过程嘱患者消除紧张情绪，避免过度劳累，保持心情愉快，忌烟酒辣椒等刺激性食物以及浓茶、咖啡等，避免搔抓或热水洗烫。
4、疗效评定标准
治愈：股外侧皮神经炎临床症状体征完全消失；疼痛、麻木、灼热、蚁行及凉感等异常感觉消失，痛觉、触觉恢复正常，随访半年无复发；
显效：疼痛、麻木、灼热、蚁行及凉感等异常感觉明显减轻，痛觉、触觉恢复正常，随访半年偶有复发；
有效：临床症状体征有所好转；
无效：临床症状体征无明显变化；
治愈、显效、有效为总有效率。
5、治疗效果：72例股外侧皮神经炎患者，两个疗程后，用疗效评定标准进行治疗效果评价：治愈45例，占62.5％；显效22例，占30.5％；有效4例，占5.6％；无效1例，占1.4％；总有效率为98.6％。

1.一种治疗股外侧皮神经炎的中药，其特征在于：由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，徐长卿8～12％，忍冬藤10～13％，海风藤4～6％，鸡血藤5～8％，桑寄生4～6％，桑枝4～6％，桃仁3～5％，赤芍3～6％，附子2～3％，狗脊4～6％，牛膝5～7％，虎杖4～6％，两面针2～4％，独活4～7％，秦艽5～7％，羌活5～7％，防风4～7％，将上述17味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
