Abstract

一种LED灯泡,包括灯罩、电路基板、LED元件、灯座和灯头,所述LED元件设置于电路基板之上,所述灯罩罩设所述LED元件,灯座的一端与灯罩底部连接、另一端与灯头连接,LED元件、电路基板和灯头电连接。所述灯座的材质为塑料,所述灯座包含集热腔和电气腔,所述灯座设有均与集热腔连通的第一风道和第二风道,第一风道靠近灯座与灯罩连接的一端,第二风道靠近灯座与灯头连接的一端。本发明提供的LED灯泡具有可供空气流动的风道,以使得通过空气流动散热,并且采用的塑料灯座没有复杂的散热鳍片,不仅减少了LED灯泡的重量,而且降低了制造的复杂度和成本。

LED灯泡
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯泡,特别涉及一种具有高散热性能的LED灯泡。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)具有亮度高、工作电压低、功耗小、易与集成电路匹配、驱动简单、寿命长等优点,从而可作为光源广泛应用于照明领域。
现有的LED灯泡在使用时会产生大量的热量,如果不及时散热,将引起LED灯泡自身温度升高,LED灯泡的使用性能和使用的安全性造成影响。目前,现有的LED灯泡是将设置有LED元件的PCB灯板固定在LED灯泡外部的散热鳍片上实现散热,然而散热鳍片通常采用导热效率高的为金属材质,不仅增加了整个LED灯泡的重量,且提升了制造过程中的复杂度,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种重量轻、制作简单且成本低的LED灯泡以克服上述缺陷。
一种LED灯泡,包括灯罩、电路基板、LED元件、灯座和灯头,所述LED元件设置于电路基板之上,所述灯罩罩设所述LED元件,灯座的一端与灯罩底部连接、另一端与灯头连接,LED元件、电路基板和灯头电连接。所述灯座的材质为塑料,所述灯座包含集热腔和电气腔,所述灯座设有均与集热腔连通的第一风道和第二风道,第一风道靠近灯座与灯罩连接的一端,第二风道靠近灯座与灯头连接的一端。
本发明所提供的一种LED灯泡,采用塑料材质的灯座,不仅减少了LED灯泡的重量,而且降低了制造的复杂度和成本,该灯座包含一集热腔,和与该集热腔连通的第一风道和第二风道,从而提供了使LED灯泡外部空气出入LED灯泡内部的通道,加速了LED灯泡内部的空气流通,避免了复杂的散热鳍片,提高了散热效率。

下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1,一种LED灯泡10,包括灯罩101、电路基板102、LED元件103、灯座104和灯头105。所述LED元件103设置于电路基板102之上。所述灯罩101罩设所述LED元件103。所述灯座104的一端与灯罩101的底部1011连接,另一端与灯头105连接。所述LED元件103、电路基板102和灯头105电连接。所述电路基板102可以固定承载在灯座104上,也可以与灯罩101结合固定。
所述灯座104采用塑料材质,以减少LED灯泡10的重量,同时也可以降低生产成本。所述灯座104包含一集热腔1041和一电气腔1042。所述电气腔1042中用于设置包含LED灯泡10的驱动元件(图未示),用于驱动LED元件103和电路基板102等。所述集热腔1041包括与灯座104外部连通的第一风道201和第二风道202。所述第一风道201靠近灯座104与灯罩101连接的一端,第二风道202靠近灯座104与灯头105连接的一端。
开启所述LED灯泡时,与集热腔1041连通的第一风道201和第二风道202可实现LED灯泡10内部的热空气和外部的冷空气的对流,从而利用空气流通对电路基板102、LED元件103等构件进行散热。当本发明提供的LED灯泡10安装于屋顶时,灯罩101朝下,灯头105朝上,冷空气从第一风道201进入集热腔1041,该冷空气吸收集热腔1041中的热量后变成温度更高的热空气并从第二风道202排出集热腔1041,以对LED灯泡10进行散热。当本发明提供的LED灯泡10作为地灯使用时,例如透明玻璃舞台的地灯、光场的地灯等,灯罩101朝上,灯头105朝下,此时冷空气从第二风道202进入集热腔1041,该冷空气吸收集热腔1041中的热量后变成温度更高的热空气并从第一风道201排出集热腔1041,以对LED灯泡10进行散热。
本发明所提供的LED灯泡10,采用塑料材质的灯座104,不仅减少了LED灯泡10的重量,而且降低了制造的复杂度和成本。灯座104包含一集热腔1041以及与该集热腔1041连通的第一风道201和第二风道202,从而在LED灯泡10内部构建了供空气流通的通道,以加速LED灯泡内部的空气流通,避免了复杂的散热鳍片,提高了散热效率,延长了LED灯泡的使用寿命。
优选的,为便于说明,定义在灯座104外周表面开设有所述第一风道201和第二风道202的面积之和与灯座104外周表面总面积之比为比值x,比值x的范围为0.1~0.6。当所述比值x小于0.1时,在LED灯泡10内的空气流通量减小,影响散热效果;当所述比值x大于0.6时,LED灯泡10的灯座104的机械强度低,影响LED灯泡10的稳定性。
进一步地,所述LED灯泡10还包含风扇106,所述风扇106位于灯座104的集热腔1041内,以加速集热腔1041内空气的流动速度。当本发明提供的LED灯泡10安装于屋顶时,所述第一风道201位于风扇106的进风侧,第二风道202位于风扇106的出风侧。当本发明提供的LED灯泡10作为地灯使用时,所述第二风道202位于风扇106的进风侧,第一风道201位于风扇106的出风侧。
更进一步,本发明提供LED灯泡10的第一风道201、第二风道202和集热腔1041的内部结构采用流线型设计,从而减小空气在第一风道201、第二风道202和集热腔1041中流通的阻力,以加快空气流动速率,提高散热效率。
对于本领域的技术人员来说可以做本发明技术构思内做其他变化,但是,根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种LED灯泡,包括灯罩、电路基板、LED元件、灯座和灯头,所述LED元件设置于电路基板之上,所述灯罩罩设所述LED元件,灯座的一端与灯罩底部连接、另一端与灯头连接,LED元件、电路基板和灯头电连接,其特征在于:所述灯座的材质为塑料,所述灯座包含集热腔和电气腔,所述电气腔中用于设置LED灯泡的驱动元件,所述灯座设有均与集热腔连通的第一风道和第二风道,第一风道靠近灯座与灯罩连接的一端,第二风道靠近灯座与灯头连接的一端并位于所述集热腔和电气腔之间,在灯座外周表面开设有所述第一风道和第二风道的面积之和与灯座外周表面总面积的比值范围为0.1~0.6。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述电路基板与灯座或灯罩固定连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED灯泡的第一风道和第二风道采用流线型设计。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED灯泡还包含风扇,所述风扇位于灯座的集热腔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述第一风道位于风扇的进风侧,第二风道位于风扇的出风侧。
6.如权利要求4所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述第二风道位于风扇的进风侧,第一风道位于风扇的出风侧。
