技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料及其制备方法,特别是一种防霉杀菌的自清洁型防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
建筑装饰行业随着近年来的高速发展,人们不但对室内装饰吊顶的美观提出了更高的要求,对其环保性能、抗油污自洁能力、抗菌防霉性能的要求也逐渐升温。“自清洁涂料”的产生并不是一个新鲜的名词,早在2000年,德国推出具有“荷叶自清洁”功能的硅树脂外墙涂料,墙面灰尘可通过雨水达到自清洁效果;2001年,日本也推出光催化自清洁外墙涂料,通过分解墙面的油污能够达到自清洁效果。近年来,我国内许多科研机构纷纷推出了各具特色的自清洁涂料等产品,不仅使外墙涂料的耐洗刷性由原来的1000多次提高到了1万多次,老化时间延长了2倍多,而且在玻璃和瓷砖表面涂上纳米薄层,制成自洁玻璃和瓷砖,可使粘附在表面上的油污、细菌等在光的照射下及在纳米材料催化作用下,变成气体或者容易被擦掉的物质。本发明针对这一情况,通过将具有光催化功能的自清洁材料和具有导电性质的高分子化合物掺杂,然后经过与其他物质反应形成浆料,作为助剂添加到涂料中起到了很好的自清洁效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防霉杀菌的自清洁型防水涂料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种防霉杀菌的自清洁型防水涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂乳液30-34、聚醋酸乙烯乳液36-42、辛基异噻唑啉酮1-2、硝酸镧2-3、硝酸铈1-2、白炭黑2-3、聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯0.2-0.4、二丙二醇单丙醚2-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐0.3-0.5、乙酰丙酮2-3、硅酸钠1-2、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、亚硫酸氢钠0.1-0.3、重钙2-4、超细硅灰石粉2-3、氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷1-2、自清洁浆料6-9、去离子水14-20;
所述自清洁浆料是由下列重量份的原料制成:聚异丁烯2-3、钛酸四丁酯0.5-1.0、氧化锌6-10、分散剂50403-4、二氧化钛20-30、氧化锆10-15、乙醇30-50、偶氮二异丁腈1-2、十二烷基磺酸钠1-2、掺锑二氧化锡5-7、乙酸钠1-2、羟丙基甲基纤维素2-4、聚苯胺1-2、联吡啶钌1-2;制备方法是将氧化锌、二氧化钛、氧化锆、掺锑二氧化锡球磨成纳米粉体,加到聚苯胺、联吡啶钌的乙醇溶液中,混合搅拌2-3小时在烘箱60-80°C下干燥1-2小时备用,再将羟丙基甲基纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙酸钠、分散剂5040和剩余的乙醇混合加热至40-60°C,加入上述制备的纳米粉体超声分散0.5-1小时,与此同时加入其余剩余物质混合搅拌均匀,干燥浓缩至二氧化钛的重量占浆料重量的10-30%即可。
本发明所述一种自清洁阻燃型外墙涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将去离子水、聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐混合加热至60-90°C形成乳化液,再加入硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸铈、白炭黑、重钙、超细硅灰石粉、自清洁浆料超声分散20-30分钟后降低温度在30-50°C,加入亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸钾继续搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、二丙二醇单丙醚、氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷加到分散釜中混合,加热至40-60°C,在200-400转/分的转速下搅拌30-50分钟;
(3)将其余剩余物质混合均匀,加入步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的物料以200-300转/分的转速搅拌均匀,过滤包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的涂料固化速度快、成膜性好,附着力好,耐粉化,不易老化,还具有极佳的防霉杀菌性、自清洁性、防水性等性能,本发明采用原料安全、无毒,用水作为稀释剂,绿色环保。并且费用低,不含重金属离子等危害人类健康的溶剂,使用范围广泛,实用性高。

一种防霉杀菌的自清洁型防水涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂乳液33、聚醋酸乙烯乳液39、辛基异噻唑啉酮1、硝酸镧2、硝酸铈1、白炭黑2、聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯0.3、二丙二醇单丙醚4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐0.4、乙酰丙酮3、硅酸钠1、过硫酸钾0.2、亚硫酸氢钠0.1、重钙4、超细硅灰石粉2、氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷1、自清洁浆料8、去离子水18;
所述自清洁浆料是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:聚异丁烯3、钛酸四丁酯0.8、氧化锌7、分散剂50403、二氧化钛26、氧化锆14、乙醇40、偶氮二异丁腈1、十二烷基磺酸钠1.2、掺锑二氧化锡6、乙酸钠2、羟丙基甲基纤维素2、聚苯胺2、联吡啶钌1;制备方法是将氧化锌、二氧化钛、氧化锆、掺锑二氧化锡球磨成纳米粉体,加到聚苯胺、联吡啶钌的乙醇溶液中,混合搅拌2-3小时在烘箱60-80°C下干燥1-2小时备用,再将羟丙基甲基纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙酸钠、分散剂5040和剩余的乙醇混合加热至40-60°C,加入上述制备的纳米粉体超声分散0.5-1小时,与此同时加入其余剩余物质混合搅拌均匀,干燥浓缩至二氧化钛的重量占浆料重量的10-30%即可。
本发明所述一种自清洁阻燃型外墙涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将去离子水、聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐混合加热至60-90°C形成乳化液,再加入硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸铈、白炭黑、重钙、超细硅灰石粉、自清洁浆料超声分散20-30分钟后降低温度在30-50°C,加入亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸钾继续搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、二丙二醇单丙醚、氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷加到分散釜中混合,加热至40-60°C,在200-400转/分的转速下搅拌30-50分钟;
(3)将其余剩余物质混合均匀,加入步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的物料以200-300转/分的转速搅拌均匀,过滤包装即可。
本发明的涂料耐老化性实验:2000小时无变化,耐盐雾性实验:1000小时无变化,耐沸水实验(220H):无变化,耐碱实验(10%的氢氧化钠,120H):无变化,耐沾污性实验(5次循环):≤30%,涂层耐温变性实验:5次循环无异常,硬度:5H,涂膜对水的接触角≥130°C。
Claims (2)
1.一种防霉杀菌的自清洁型防水涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂乳液30-34、聚醋酸乙烯乳液36-42、辛基异噻唑啉酮1-2、硝酸镧2-3、硝酸铈1-2、白炭黑2-3、聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯0.2-0.4、二丙二醇单丙醚2-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐0.3-0.5、乙酰丙酮2-3、硅酸钠1-2、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、亚硫酸氢钠0.1-0.3、重钙2-4、超细硅灰石粉2-3、氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷1-2、自清洁浆料6-9、去离子水14-20;
所述自清洁浆料是由下列重量份的原料制成:聚异丁烯2-3、钛酸四丁酯0.5-1.0、氧化锌6-10、分散剂50403-4、二氧化钛20-30、氧化锆10-15、乙醇30-50、偶氮二异丁腈1-2、十二烷基磺酸钠1-2、掺锑二氧化锡5-7、乙酸钠1-2、羟丙基甲基纤维素2-4、聚苯胺1-2、联吡啶钌1-2;制备方法是将氧化锌、二氧化钛、氧化锆、掺锑二氧化锡球磨成纳米粉体,加到聚苯胺、联吡啶钌的乙醇溶液中,混合搅拌2-3小时在烘箱60-80°C下干燥1-2小时备用,再将羟丙基甲基纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙酸钠、分散剂5040和剩余的乙醇混合加热至40-60°C,加入上述制备的纳米粉体超声分散0.5-1小时,与此同时加入其余剩余物质混合搅拌均匀,干燥浓缩至二氧化钛的重量占浆料重量的10-30%即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种自清洁阻燃型外墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将去离子水、聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐混合加热至60-90°C形成乳化液,再加入硅酸钠、硝酸镧、硝酸铈、白炭黑、重钙、超细硅灰石粉、自清洁浆料超声分散20-30分钟后降低温度在30-50°C,加入亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸钾继续搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、二丙二醇单丙醚、氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷加到分散釜中混合,加热至40-60°C,在200-400转/分的转速下搅拌30-50分钟;
(3)将其余剩余物质混合均匀,加入步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的物料以200-300转/分的转速搅拌均匀,过滤包装即可。
