将二氧化钛粉末、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三油酸甘油酯混合,在70-75℃下搅拌混合3-4分钟,加入上述去离子水重量的40-50%、过硫酸铵,100-150转/分搅拌分散10-13分钟,得分散液;
将乳化剂OP-10与硫酸铝铵混合加入到剩余的去离子水中,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、分散液,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种外墙保温抗裂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将过硫酸铵与N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺混合,搅拌均匀后加入上述去离子水重量的10-15%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、季戊四醇混合,加入剩余去离子水重量的60-70%,在80-90℃下保温搅拌30-40分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸丁酯重量的30-40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的40-50%混合,加入上述预乳液,在60-65℃下搅拌混合30-35分钟,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温60-70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,加入醋酸乙烯酯,在60-80℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得混合单体;
(5)在上述种子乳液中滴加混合单体,滴加时间为90-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在80-90℃下保温50-60分钟,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述外墙保温抗裂涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的涂料抗裂性好,可广泛应用于砖石、灰墙、水泥砂浆、混凝土、保温板等基材上,具有很好的保温抗裂效果,防水性强,耐候性好。本发明的粘结助剂中加入的二氧化钛粉末可以提高耐火性和表面抗性、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硫酸铝铵、乳化剂OP-10、三油酸甘油酯与硅丙乳液混合可以有效的提高粘结强度,过硫酸铵能促进各原料之间的相容性,提高成品的表面稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种外墙保温抗裂涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅酸钾钠1、硫酸锰0.5、硅酸铝陶瓷纤维2、丙烯酸十二酯2、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.8、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.2、天青石粉5、轻质碳酸钙12、丙烯酸丁酯140、醋酸乙烯酯200、季戊四醇4、去离子水500、羧甲基纤维素钠0.7、过硫酸铵0.6、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2、2-溴-4-甲基苯酚0.2、粘结助剂4;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
硅丙乳液35、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、硫酸铝铵1、乳化剂OP-100.5、过硫酸铵0.7、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2、三油酸甘油酯2、二氧化钛粉末2、去离子水14;
将二氧化钛粉末、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三油酸甘油酯混合,在75℃下搅拌混合3分钟,加入上述去离子水重量的50%、过硫酸铵,150转/分搅拌分散10分钟,得分散液;
将乳化剂OP-10与硫酸铝铵混合加入到剩余的去离子水中,在70℃下搅拌混合3分钟,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、分散液,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种外墙保温抗裂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将过硫酸铵与N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺混合,搅拌均匀后加入上述去离子水重量的10-15%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、季戊四醇混合,加入剩余去离子水重量的70%,在90℃下保温搅拌40分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸丁酯重量的40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的50%混合,加入上述预乳液,在65℃下搅拌混合35分钟,升高温度为75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,加入醋酸乙烯酯,在80℃下保温搅拌30分钟,得混合单体;
(5)在上述种子乳液中滴加混合单体,滴加时间为120分钟,滴加完毕后,在90℃下保温60分钟,冷却,用250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散20分钟,即得所述外墙保温抗裂涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。
Claims (2)
1.一种外墙保温抗裂涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅酸钾钠1-2、硫酸锰0.5-1、硅酸铝陶瓷纤维2-3、丙烯酸十二酯1-2、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺0.8-1、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2、天青石粉3-5、轻质碳酸钙10-12、丙烯酸丁酯120-140、醋酸乙烯酯160-200、季戊四醇4-6、去离子水500-700、羧甲基纤维素钠0.7-1、过硫酸铵0.6-2、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-3、2-溴-4-甲基苯酚0.2-1、粘结助剂4-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
硅丙乳液30-35、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4、硫酸铝铵1-2、乳化剂OP-100.5-1、过硫酸铵0.7-1、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2-3、三油酸甘油酯1-2、二氧化钛粉末2-4、去离子水10-14;
将二氧化钛粉末、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三油酸甘油酯混合,在70-75℃下搅拌混合3-4分钟,加入上述去离子水重量的40-50%、过硫酸铵,100-150转/分搅拌分散10-13分钟,得分散液;
将乳化剂OP-10与硫酸铝铵混合加入到剩余的去离子水中,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、分散液,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的外墙保温抗裂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将过硫酸铵与N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺混合,搅拌均匀后加入上述去离子水重量的10-15%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、季戊四醇混合,加入剩余去离子水重量的60-70%,在80-90℃下保温搅拌30-40分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸丁酯重量的30-40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的40-50%混合,加入上述预乳液,在60-65℃下搅拌混合30-35分钟,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温60-70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,加入醋酸乙烯酯,在60-80℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得混合单体;
(5)在上述种子乳液中滴加混合单体,滴加时间为90-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在80-90℃下保温50-60分钟,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述外墙保温抗裂涂料。
