本发明涉及一种高强度耐高温的聚氯乙烯塑料,包括下列组分,聚氯乙烯120份,醋酸乙烯7份,硬脂酸钙4份,三元乙丙橡胶1份辛二酸5份,聚氧乙烯醚7份,ABS塑料45份,耐热剂1份,抗氧剂2份。本发明制备的塑料能够充分发挥材料中各组分的优势,能够耐高温,克服现有技术中单一材料的缺点,而且成本低廉,提高了材料的附加值,具有优良的综合性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种高强度耐高温的聚氯乙烯塑料。
背景技术
近年来工程塑料被广泛应用于各个行业,以塑代钢、以塑代木已成为国际流行趋势,这些工程塑料件有些作为装饰面,不需要具有很高的强度,塑料是利用单体原料以合成或缩合反应聚合而成的材料,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成的,它的主要成分是合成树脂,其本身材料不具备耐热性,在输送温度较高的介质时,会造成压力折减,承压能力显著降低。在我国的现有技术中,该产业尚处于初级阶段,现有技术中的木塑复合材料还存在一些缺陷,如:强度不够、韧性不好以及不耐疲劳等缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度耐高温的聚氯乙烯塑料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的高强度耐高温的聚氯乙烯塑料,包括下列组分,聚氯乙烯120份,醋酸乙烯7份,硬脂酸钙4 份,三元乙丙橡胶1份辛二酸5份,聚氧乙烯醚7份,ABS 塑料45份,耐热剂1份,抗氧剂2份。
其还包括磷酸三酚酯4份。
其还包括聚乳酸1份。
本发明制备的塑料能够充分发挥材料中各组分的优势,能够耐高温,克服现有技术中单一材料的缺点,而且成本低廉,提高了材料的附加值,具有优良的综合性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的高强度耐高温的聚氯乙烯塑料,包括下列组分,聚氯乙烯120份,醋酸乙烯7份,硬脂酸钙4 份,三元乙丙橡胶1份辛二酸5份,聚氧乙烯醚7份,ABS 塑料45份,耐热剂1份,抗氧剂2份。

1.一种高强度耐高温的聚氯乙烯塑料,其特征在于:包括下列组分,聚氯乙烯120份,醋酸乙烯7份,硬脂酸钙4 份,三元乙丙橡胶1份辛二酸5份,聚氧乙烯醚7份,ABS 塑料45份,耐热剂1份,抗氧剂2份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的高强度耐高温的聚氯乙烯塑料,其特征在于:其还包括磷酸三酚酯4份。
3.按照权利要求2所述的高强度耐高温的聚氯乙烯塑料,其特征在于:其还包括聚乳酸1份。
