技术领域
本发明涉及除草剂领域,具体地说,涉及一种甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂。
背景技术
甲酰氨基嘧磺隆是一种高效、广谱、低毒、高选择性的磺酰脲类除草剂,属支链氨基酸合成抑制剂。抑制合成生物体必需的氨基酸,是细胞停止分裂,阻碍植物生长。芽后除草,广泛应用于谷类作物如玉米等,对许多一年生或多年生禾本科或阔叶杂草均有优异的活性。
甲基碘磺酸钠盐为选择性芽后除草剂,主要用于防治小麦、黑麦、大麦等谷物禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草,通过杂草根、叶吸收后,在植物体内传导,使杂草叶色退绿、停止生长、而后枯死。对猪殃殃、荠菜、繁缕、麦蒿等一年生阔叶杂草有较好的防效。于杂草比较,谷物选择性来源于加入安全剂吡唑解草酯,使谷物可以降解该药,对禾谷类作物安全,对后茬作物无影响,与环境、生态的相容性安全性极高。
单一活性组分的除草剂,连续施用杂草易产生抗药性,杀草谱窄,施用次数多也会加重对环境的污染。如研发新成分的除草剂,不但开发成本高,而且研发周期,也跟不上杂草产生抗性的速度。而像作物布局调整、不同农药轮换等措施,在实际错过过程中,效果甚微。因此,不同成分的除草剂复配,成为防治杂草最常用的方法。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种不易使杂草产生抗性、具有增效作用的甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂。
本发明所述的甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,有效成分为甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐,甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐的重量比为30:1~1:20。
优选的,甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐的重量比为4~6:1。
进一步的,所述有效成分在复合除草剂中的重量百分比为1~80%,其他组分为助剂和载体。
所述载体为水、溶剂或填料中的一种或多种。
所述溶剂选自N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、甲苯、二甲苯、二甲基亚砜、甲醇、乙醇、三甲基环己酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、乙二醇甲醚、丁醚、植物油(如大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、松节油、棉籽油等)、矿物油、乙酸 乙酯或乙腈等中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述填料选自高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、淀粉或轻质碳酸钙中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述助剂至少包括一种表面活性剂。所述助剂可以是乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、渗透剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、崩解剂或消泡剂。所述表面活性剂可以是非离子或阴离子型的,也可以是两种类型复合使用。

根据不同的使用场合和需求,所述复合除草还可加入防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、崩解剂、消泡剂等其他功能性助剂。
所述增稠剂选自明胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、改性淀粉、黄原胶、膨润土、二氧化硅和硅酸铝镁中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇或尿素中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述消泡剂选自硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10~C20饱和脂肪酸类化合物或C8~C10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述崩解剂选自膨润土、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铝、低取代羟丙基纤维素、乳糖、柠檬酸、丁二酸或碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述稳定剂选自环氧大豆油,环氧氯丙烷、BHT、乙酸乙酯,磷酸三苯酯的一种或多种组成的混合物。
上述所述物质均是本领域技术人员公知的物质,可通过市场购得。
优选的,所述复合除草剂的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂或悬浮剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该除草组合物具有明显的协调增效作用,能够降低农药的使用量,降低用药成本和对环境的污染;除草组合物的作用位点不同,能够克服和延缓杂草抗药性的产生;对作物安全,对人畜和环境安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步解释。
实施例1
一种甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,为乳油,有下述重量百分比的各组分组成:甲酰氨基嘧磺隆,6%;甲基碘磺隆钠盐,2%;乳化剂选用农乳500#和农乳601#,用量分别为4%和5%;溶剂选用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,10%,二甲苯,余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例将有效成分甲酰氨基嘧磺隆与甲基碘磺隆钠盐除草剂加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其它功能性助剂,在搅拌混合釜中搅拌混合均匀即可。搅拌混合釜可选用搪瓷反应釜、不锈钢搅拌釜等。
实施例2
一种甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,为可湿性粉剂油,有下述重量百分比的各组分组成:甲酰氨基嘧磺隆,40%;甲基碘磺隆钠盐,10%;润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠,3%;分散剂木质素磺酸钙,8%;填料白炭黑,15%,填料高岭土,余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将有效成分甲酰氨基嘧磺隆与甲基碘磺隆钠盐除草剂加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其它功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后再混合制得可湿性粉剂。主要设备有混合机、气流粉碎机。
实施例3
一种甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,为水分散粒剂,有下述重量百分比的各组分组成:甲酰氨基嘧磺隆,45%;甲基碘磺隆钠盐,10%;润湿剂十二烷苯磺酸钠,4%;分散剂烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,8%;填料凹凸棒土,余量。
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将有效成分甲酰氨基嘧磺隆与甲基碘磺隆钠盐除草剂加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其它功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。主要设备有混合机、气流粉碎机、捏合机、挤压造粒机,烘房或流化床干燥,或沸腾造粒机、筛分机。
实施例4
一种甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,为悬浮剂,有下述重量百分比的各组分组成:甲酰氨基嘧磺隆,25%;甲基碘磺隆钠盐,5%;乳化剂农乳OP-10,3%;分散剂聚羧酸盐,6%;增稠剂选用黄原胶,用量分别为0.15%;防冻剂乙二醇,5%;消泡剂硅酮类化合物,0.5%;水,余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分甲酰氨基嘧磺隆与甲基碘磺隆钠盐除草剂、表面活性剂和其它功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得产品。主要设备是配料釜、胶体磨或匀质混合机、砂磨机。
实施例5
下面内容是实施例3和4以及对比例对冬小麦杂草进行田间药效防治的数据。田间主要防治对象是小麦田禾本科杂草看麦娘、野燕麦等,阔叶杂草猪殃殃、播娘蒿、鸭跖草、荠菜等。对比例为35%甲酰氨基嘧磺隆水分散粒剂、10%甲基碘磺隆钠盐水分散粒剂何清水对照(CK)。田间药效的处理剂量均为有效成分用量。
本田间试验中设实施例药剂、对比例药剂和以清水作为对照(CK)共9个处理,每个处理重复4次,共36个处理小区,于麦苗3叶龄期施药。防效调查,于施药后20d、40d调查2次。每处理小区固定4点,每点0.25m2,分种类调查杂草株数,第二次将杂草拔出称取地上部鲜重。计算株防效和鲜重防效。结果见表1、表2和表3。

表1、2、3药后20天和药后40天,实施例3在每公顷使用有效成分55克以上、实施例4每公顷使用有效成分60克以上,对小麦田间杂草看麦娘、野燕麦、猪殃殃、播娘蒿、鸭跖草、荠菜的株防效和鲜重防效即达到理想防治效果,防效均在90%以上,显著高于对比药剂。从 表可以看出,该发明组合物在低剂量下就达到理想防治效果,减少药剂使用量,降低生产成本,减少了对环境污染。另外,试验期间田间观察发现,该发明组合物对小麦生长发育无影响,对后茬作物无影响,与环境、生态的相容性安全性极高。
实施例6
下面是本发明的室内生测试验。
供试杂草:马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis(L.)Scop)、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv)、铁苋菜(Acalypha hispida Burm)、马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.)
试验条件及试材的培养:在光照培养室中进行试验试材的培养,温度25~35℃。将定量的马唐、稗草、铁苋菜、马齿苋种子播于直径8cm的塑料盆中,覆土1~2mm,放入装有水的搪瓷盘中,让水逐渐渗入,等水渗到土表后转移到光照培养室待用。
供试药剂:94%甲酰氨基嘧磺隆原药,德国拜耳作物科学公司提供;87%甲基碘磺隆钠盐原药,德国拜耳作物科学公司提供。
供试药剂药液配制:用电子天平分别称取定量的甲酰氨基嘧磺隆、甲基碘磺隆钠盐原药,加入专用乳化剂溶解后,再加入2倍的丙酮至完全溶解,用0.1%的吐温-80水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
试验剂量设计:每药剂单剂根据对试验杂草的各自特性设置浓度如下:甲酰氨基嘧磺隆设10、20、40、80g.a.i./ha(马唐、稗草);12、24、48、96g.a.i./ha(铁苋菜、马齿苋),甲基碘磺隆设5、10、20、40g.a.i./ha(马唐、稗草);4、8、16、32g.a.i./ha(铁苋菜、马齿苋);每个药剂不同浓度两两混用得不同混配剂量。具体试验设计剂量见表4和表5。

施药方法:试验于马唐、稗草、铁苋菜2叶1心期,马齿苋4叶期茎叶均匀喷雾处理。按精准喷雾塔实际喷药面积准确计算并配制所需药液,将待处理塑料盆环形均匀排列在旋转喷雾台上,喷雾处理。喷雾压力2kg/m2,锥形喷头流量100ml/min,4次重复。
杂草调查方法、时间和次数:施药后详细记录杂草的受害症状(如生长抑制、失绿、畸形等),20天后称量各处理杂草地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效。
药效计算方法:试验结果用Gowing法评价混用后的联合作用类型。Gowing法理论防效计算式为:
式中X、Y分别为两单剂的实测防效值(%),E为不同配比混用的实测防效值(%),E0为理论防效值(%),当E-E0介于-10~10时为相加作用,当E-E0>10时为增效作用、当E-E0<-10时为拮抗作用。试验结果见表6和表7:

单独使用甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆,在施药后期控制作用差,两者混配,具有增效作用。

1.一种甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,其特征在于,复合除草剂的有效成分为甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐,甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐的重量比为4:1、6:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,其特征在于,所述有效成分在复合除草剂中的重量百分比为1~80%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,其特征在于,所述复合除草剂中还含有载体和助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的甲酰氨基嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐复合除草剂,其特征在于,所述载体为水。
