Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present application will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings (like numerals represent like elements throughout the several figures) and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the present application but are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
It will be understood by those within the art that the terms "first", "second", etc. in this application are used only to distinguish one step, device or module from another, and do not denote any particular technical meaning or necessarily logical order therebetween.
The inventor of the present application finds that, in addition to being interested in the observed target object, the user may also be interested in the object interested in the target object, and therefore needs to find a solution for automatically acquiring video information corresponding to the object interested in the target object. Therefore, as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an information obtaining method, including:
s110, acquiring first video information;
s120, in response to the change of the direction of interest of a target object in the first video information, acquiring at least one piece of second video information corresponding to the changed direction of interest.
For example, the information acquiring apparatus provided by the present invention executes S110 and S120 as the execution subject of the present embodiment. Specifically, the information obtaining apparatus may be disposed in a user equipment in a manner of software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware, or the information obtaining apparatus itself is the user equipment; the user equipment includes but is not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, desktop computers, video conferencing equipment, home smart center equipment, and the like.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, when the direction of interest of the target object in the obtained video information containing the target object changes, the video information corresponding to the changed direction of interest is obtained, the user can obtain the content of interest of the target object under the condition that the user watching the video or the target object does not participate, the implementation is convenient, and the user experience is improved.
The steps of the examples of the present application are further illustrated by the following examples:
s110 obtains first video information.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first video information is video information including image information corresponding to a target object. The first video information may be, for example, video information acquired by a camera that acquires an image of the target object when the user performs video communication with the target object, and in this case, the first video information is also transmitted to the user side in real time (possibly with a certain time delay); alternatively, the first video information may be, for example, video information collected in a scene in which the environment of the target object is monitored, and in such a scene, the first video information may be stored locally or transmitted to the monitor side in real time.
As can be seen from the above, the manner of acquiring the first video information in the embodiments of the present application may be various, including:
directly acquiring the first video information through image acquisition devices such as a camera and the like; or,
the first video information is obtained by means of communication from another device, for example from an image acquisition device, or from a device in which the first video information is stored.
In most cases, the target object in the embodiments of the present application is a human, but in the case where some animals need to be observed and monitored, the target object may be an animal other than a human, and the like.
S120, in response to the change of the direction of interest of a target object in the first video information, acquiring at least one piece of second video information corresponding to the changed direction of interest.
In this embodiment, the direction of interest is a direction of a position of the target object in which the object of interest is located relative to the target object. The change of the direction of interest can be obtained by the movement and posture change of the head and eyes of the target object, which is described in detail below.
In a possible implementation manner, the at least one second video information corresponding to the direction of interest may be, for example, video information obtained by image capturing towards the direction of interest. Or, in another possible implementation, there is, for example, a video presentation device that is playing video, such as a television, in the area corresponding to the direction of interest, and in this case, the at least one piece of second video information may be, for example, video source information presented by the video presentation device.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
determining that the direction of interest has changed.
In one possible embodiment, the determining that the direction of interest has changed comprises:
determining that the gaze direction of the target object changes.
In a possible implementation manner, the change of the sight line direction of the target object may be determined by analyzing the first video information and determining that the eye image feature information of the target object in the first video information changes.
The eye image feature information includes: the position of the black eyeball of one or both eyes of the target object in the eye, or the position of the pupil in the eye, and possibly the position of the image area corresponding to the eye of the target object on the current image.
In this embodiment, the above eye image feature information may be obtained by analyzing and processing image information corresponding to the target object in the first video information.
In a possible embodiment, since the direction of the current line of sight of the target object can also be estimated by the face orientation of the target object, in a possible embodiment, the determining that the direction of interest changes includes:
determining that the orientation of the face of the target object has changed.
For example, whether the image feature information of the face of the target object in the first video information changes may be determined by analyzing an image region corresponding to the face of the target object.
Of course, in another possible implementation, if the image sharpness or information of the target object is not sufficient to analyze the facial image features of the target object, the body posture or the like of the target object may also be analyzed to determine the direction of interest of the target object, for example, to determine the direction corresponding to the front of the target object as the direction of interest.
In a possible implementation manner, the executing entity of the method according to the embodiment of the present application remotely obtains the first video information, for example, in the above scenario where the user performs video communication with the target object or remotely observes the target object, the obtaining of the at least one second video information in step S120 may include:
transmitting the changed direction of interest to at least a first remote device;
obtaining the at least one second video information corresponding to the changed direction of interest from at least one second remote device.
In a possible embodiment, the at least one first remote device may be, for example, a video capture device, and the video capture direction is determined according to the changed interest direction to capture the corresponding second video information.
In this embodiment, the at least one second remote device may also be the at least one first remote device, that is, the second video information is remotely acquired from the video capture device.
In another possible embodiment, the at least one first remote device and the at least one second remote device may be, for example, a control device local to an environment where a target object is located, for example, a video communication device or an intelligent router, and after sending the changed direction of interest to the control device, the control device sends corresponding control signals to a locally corresponding video capture device and/or video playback device, and obtains the second video information from the video capture device and/or the video playback device; and then the control device sends the acquired second video information to the execution main body of the embodiment of the application.
In another possible implementation, the at least one first remote device may be, for example, the control device described above, and sends the corresponding control signal and a destination address to the video capture device and/or the video playback device, where the destination address may be a communication address of the execution subject in the embodiment of the present application; the at least one second remote device may include, for example, the video capture device and/or the video playback device, and may send corresponding second video information directly to the execution subject of the embodiment of the present application according to the destination address.
Unlike the above method of remotely acquiring the second video information, in some possible implementations, the executing entity of the embodiment of the present application is in the same environment as the target object, in which case, in one possible implementation, acquiring the at least one piece of second video information may include, for example:
sending a video information acquisition request to at least one video presentation device according to the changed interested direction;
and acquiring the at least one piece of video presentation information from the at least one piece of video presentation equipment.
Wherein the at least one video presentation device is located within a region of interest corresponding to the changed direction of interest.
In this embodiment, if the target object interest region corresponding to the changed interest direction has the at least one video presentation device, the current object of interest of the target object is generally a video presented by the video presentation device, and therefore, the at least one piece of second video information may be at least one piece of video presentation information presented by the at least one video presentation device.
In one possible implementation, the video information acquisition request may be sent to the direction of interest, for example, by beam-forming (beam-forming) techniques.
In another possible implementation manner, the at least one video capturing device may perform corresponding video capturing according to the changed direction of interest, where the at least one second video information includes: and the at least one video information is acquired by the at least one video acquisition device.
In this embodiment, the acquiring the at least one second video information includes:
sending a video information acquisition request to at least one video acquisition device according to the changed interested direction;
acquiring at least one piece of video information acquired by the at least one piece of video acquisition equipment according to the request from the at least one piece of video acquisition equipment;
wherein the video capture range of the at least one video capture device corresponds to the changed direction of interest. For example, the video capture range of the at least one video capture device includes or at least partially includes the region of interest corresponding to the changed direction of interest.
Of course, in another possible implementation, the at least one second video information may also include both the at least one video presentation information described above and the at least one video information captured by the at least one video capture device.
In a possible embodiment, in particular in a scenario in which real-time video communication with the target object or real-time monitoring of the target object is performed, the method further comprises:
presenting at least one of the at least one second video information.
When the number of the at least one second video information is multiple, one or more of the at least one second video information can be determined to be presented according to a user instruction.
Possible implementations of the embodiments of the present application are further illustrated by the following application scenarios:
as shown in fig. 2, in a scene where the user 210 performs real-time video communication with the child 220, the user 210 performs real-time communication with the second video communication device 240 on the side where the child is located through the first video communication device 230 such as a mobile phone and a computer having a camera on the side of the user 210, and acquires and displays the first video information sent by the second video communication device 240.
Since the attention of the child 220 is more distracting, it is possible that the child may be attracted to the television broadcast by the nearby television 250 or turn to play with the toy during the communication. At this point, the user may still be able to see the face of the child 220 through the second video communication device 240, but does not know what the child 220 is interested in. At this time, by the method of the embodiment of the present application, the first video communication device 230 analyzes the image features corresponding to the child 220 in the first video information, determines that the direction of interest of the child 220 has changed (for example, the direction of interest changes from viewing the display device corresponding to the video of the user to viewing the television), obtains the changed direction of interest 260 of the child 220, and sends the changed direction of interest 260 to the second video communication device 240; after obtaining the changed interested direction 260, the second video communication device 240 sends corresponding video request information to the television 250 corresponding to the direction, and then obtains the currently played video presentation information from the television 250 as the second video information and sends the second video information to the first video communication device 230.
After receiving the second video information, the first video communication device 230 may present video contents corresponding to the first video information and the second video information at the same time or alternatively automatically or according to a user instruction.
It is understood by those skilled in the art that, in the method according to the embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the steps do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of the steps should be determined by their functions and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application provides an information acquisition apparatus 300, including:
a first obtaining module 310, configured to obtain first video information;
the second obtaining module 320 is configured to, in response to a change in an interest direction of a target object in the first video information, obtain at least one piece of second video information corresponding to the changed interest direction.
The modules of the examples of the present application are further illustrated by the following embodiments:
in an embodiment of the present application, the first video information is video information including image information corresponding to a target object. Reference is made in particular to the corresponding description of the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 4a, in another possible implementation, the first obtaining module 310 may include, for example: a communication unit 311, configured to obtain the first video information from another device, for example, from an image capture device, or from a device storing the first video information through communication.
As shown in fig. 4b, in a possible implementation, the first obtaining module 310 may include, for example: a video collecting unit 312, configured to collect the first video information.
In most cases, the target object in the embodiments of the present application is a human, but in the case where some animals need to be observed and monitored, the target object may be an animal other than a human, and the like.
In this embodiment, the direction of interest is a direction of a position of the target object in which the object of interest is located relative to the target object. The change of the direction of interest may be obtained by the movement and posture change of the head and eyes of the target object, and refer to the corresponding description in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
In a possible embodiment, the at least one second video information may be, for example, a video information obtained by image capturing towards the direction of interest. Or, in another possible implementation, there is, for example, a video presentation device that is playing video in a region corresponding to the direction of interest, where the at least one piece of second video information may be, for example, video source information presented by the video presentation device.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4a, the apparatus 300 further comprises:

The eye image analysis unit 332 may obtain the above eye image feature information by performing analysis processing on the image information corresponding to the target object in the first video information.
In another possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4b, since the direction of the current line of sight of the target object can also be estimated by the face orientation of the target object, the change determining module 330 includes:
a face change determination unit 333 for determining that the orientation of the face of the target object has changed.
For example, as shown in fig. 4d, in one possible implementation, the face change determining unit 333 may be, for example, a face image analyzing unit 334, configured to determine that the face image feature information of the target object in the first video information changes.
For example, whether the image feature information of the face of the target object in the first video information changes may be determined by analyzing an image region corresponding to the face of the target object.
Of course, the change determining module 330 may also be other structures that can determine that the direction of interest of the target object has changed.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4a, an executing entity of the method in the embodiment of the present application remotely obtains the first video information, for example, in a scenario where a user performs video communication with the target object or remotely observes the target object, in this case, the second obtaining module 320 includes:
a first communication unit 321, configured to send the changed direction of interest to at least one first remote device;
the first communication unit 321 is further configured to obtain the at least one second video information corresponding to the changed direction of interest from at least one second remote device.
Unlike the above method for remotely acquiring the second video information, in some possible implementations, the execution subject of the embodiment of the present application is in the same environment as the target object, in this case, as shown in fig. 4b, in one possible implementation, the second acquiring module 320 may include:
a second communication unit 322, configured to send a video information obtaining request to at least one video presenting device according to the changed direction of interest,
wherein the at least one video presentation device is located within a region of interest corresponding to the changed direction of interest.
In a possible implementation, the second communication unit 322 may send the video information acquisition request to the interested party by using a beam forming technique, for example.
In this embodiment, the at least one second video information includes:

a third communication unit 323, configured to send a video information acquisition request to at least one video capture device according to the changed direction of interest, and acquire the at least one video information from the at least one video capture device;
wherein the video capture range of the at least one video capture device corresponds to the changed direction of interest. For example, the video capture range of the at least one video capture device includes or at least partially includes the region of interest corresponding to the changed direction of interest.
Of course, in a possible implementation manner, the second obtaining module 320 may also include the second communication unit 322 and the third communication unit 323 described above.
