Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种管柱串,至少包括相串联的连续油管连接器、机械丢手、扶正器、接箍定位器、喷砂射孔滑套、液压坐封工具和桥塞;所述喷砂射孔滑套、液压坐封工具和桥塞由所述管柱串的连续油管连接器的一端向另一端的方向上依次串联;所述连续油管连接器用于与连续油管连接。本发明利用连续油管设备就可以完成桥塞下入、桥塞坐封整个作业,因此施工时动用的设备少、工序少、人工少、可以避免使用火工器材,安全性能高,对井况的适应性强,桥塞钻除后全通径能够实现套管水平井大排量分段压裂。本发明还公开了一种桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种管柱串及桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法。
背景技术
在水平井进行桥塞及射孔作业时,通常用水力泵送桥塞、射孔枪的方法,此方法具有封隔可靠、分级压裂级数不受限制、裂缝布放位置精准的特点,近年来在国内外非常规油气藏中得到广泛应用。
现有的水力泵送桥塞、射孔枪的方法是用电缆下入桥塞与射孔联作的管柱串,然后向井内泵注液体,液体的流动将推动桥塞及其联作工具至预定位置。然后通过电缆通电启动桥塞坐封工具,坐封桥塞后丢手。拖动管柱串至预定位置,使射孔枪对准目标位置,然后通电点火射孔,为油气井压裂提供通道。再起出射孔枪和桥塞下入工具,开始第一段压裂。完成第一段压裂后,用同样的方法,根据下入段数的要求,依次下入桥塞,射孔,压裂。分段压裂完成后,采用油管或连续油管钻除所有桥塞,然后进行试采或投产。
采用电缆下入射孔枪的方式需要额外的使用电缆车进行桥塞下入,射孔队伍及配套设备来完成桥塞坐封和套管射孔,工具提供方提供井下配套作业工具等,在石油领域内,上述三项业务都不是一个公司能够同时拥有的,使得现有的水力泵送桥塞与射孔联作管柱串的方法在施工过程中动用的设备多,工序多,人工多,而且需要动用火工器材,安全控制要求高,对恶劣井况的适应性差,事故处理能力弱。
因此,如何避免由于需要使用火工器材导致的安全性差的问题,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种管柱串及桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法,以避免由于需要使用火工器材导致的安全性差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种管柱串,至少包括相串联的连续油管连接器、机械丢手、扶正器、接箍定位器、喷砂射孔滑套、液压坐封工具和桥塞;
所述喷砂射孔滑套、液压坐封工具和桥塞由所述管柱串的连续油管连接器的一端向另一端的方向上依次串联;
所述连续油管连接器用于与连续油管连接。
优选地,在上述管柱串中,所述机械丢手设置于所述连续油管连接器和所述扶正器之间;
所述接箍定位器设置于所述扶正器和所述喷砂射孔滑套之间。
优选地,在上述管柱串中,所述桥塞包括:
中心杆;
固定于所述中心杆一端的上接头;
套设于所述中心杆上的挤压环;
固定于所述中心杆另一端的引锥;
套设于所述中心杆上,且位于所述挤压环和所述引锥之间的桥塞环空件。
优选地,在上述管柱串中,所述桥塞环空件包括两个卡瓦组件和设置于两个卡瓦组件之间的胶筒。
优选地,在上述管柱串中,所述卡瓦组件包括:
与所述胶筒连接的锥形导向件;
与所述锥形导向件连接的,具有应力集中槽的整体式卡瓦,所述锥形导向件的直径较小的一端插入所述卡瓦内。
优选地,在上述管柱串中,所述中心杆的中心孔通过带密封件的盲堵封堵,且所述盲堵布置于所述中心杆靠近所述上接头的一端。
优选地,在上述管柱串中,所述上接头与所述中心杆连接,且所述上接头内设置有塑性件。
优选地,在上述管柱串中,所述上接头与所述引锥为咬合结构。
一种桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法,包括步骤:
1)用连续油管将如上任一项所述的管柱串送入到井下,通过接箍定位器,将所述管柱串送入到预定位置,使桥塞对准预定的坐封位置;
2)启动所述液压坐封工具坐封所述桥塞并使所述液压坐封工具和所述桥塞脱离;
3)上提连续油管,通过所述接箍定位器的定位,使所述喷砂射孔滑套对准预定射孔位置,射孔液经所述喷砂射孔滑套的喷嘴,射穿套管、水泥环和近井地层,形成射孔孔眼;
4)起出管柱串,在套管内实施大排量压裂施工,完成这一段施工;
5)完成所有段的压裂后,下入钻磨桥塞管柱钻磨掉所有桥塞。
优选地,在上述桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法中,所述射孔液中含有石英砂。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,采用本发明提供的管柱串作业时,通过连续油管与连续油管连接器连接,实现与管柱串的连接,利用扶正器提高管柱串的钢性,在施工过程使管柱串居中。本发明使用连续油管,液压坐封工具单级或多级液缸坐封桥塞并丢手,桥塞坐封完全,桥塞封隔可靠。接箍定位器校深准确,确保射孔位置精准。本发明利用连续油管设备就可以完成桥塞下入、桥塞坐封整个作业,因此施工时动用的设备少、工序少、人工少、可以避免使用火工器材,安全性能高,对井况的适应性强,桥塞钻除后全通径能够实现套管水平井大排量分段压裂。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心在于提供一种管柱串及桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法,以避免由于需要使用火工器材导致的安全性差的问题。
以下,参照附图对实施例进行说明。此外,下面所示的实施例不对权利要求所记载的发明内容起任何限定作用。另外,下面实施例所表示的构成的全部内容不限于作为权利要求所记载的发明的解决方案所必需的。
请参阅图1和图2,图1为本发明实施例所提供的一种管柱串的结构示意图;图2为本发明实施例所提供的桥塞的剖视图。
本发明实施例提供的管柱串,包括相串联的连续油管连接器100、机械丢手200、扶正器300、接箍定位器400、喷砂射孔滑套500、液压坐封工具600和桥塞700。喷砂射孔滑套500通过向管柱串内打压剪断销钉或剪切环,实现滑套位移,打开射孔的通道。
喷砂射孔滑套500、液压坐封工具600和桥塞700由管柱串的连续油管连接器100的一端向另一端的方向上依次串联,即喷砂射孔滑套500、液压坐封工具600和桥塞700需要按照固定的顺序串联,其它部件的位置可以相互调整,连续油管连接器100用于与连续油管连接。需要说明的是,机械丢手200、扶正器300、接箍定位器400、喷砂射孔滑套500、液压坐封工具600和桥塞700可以为现有技术相同的部件,本发明的改进点在于增加连续油管连接器100,以及各个部件的串联顺序。
采用本发明提供的管柱串作业时,通过连续油管与连续油管连接器100连接,实现与管柱串的连接,利用扶正器300提高管柱串的钢性,在施工过程使管柱串居中。本发明使用连续油管,液压坐封工具600的单级或多级液缸坐封桥塞并丢手,桥塞700坐封完全,桥塞700封隔可靠。接箍定位器400校深准确,确保射孔位置精准。本发明利用连续油管设备就可以完成桥塞下入、桥塞坐封整个作业,仅一家公司就可以完成全部作业,因此施工时动用的设备少、工序少、人工少、可以避免使用火工器材,安全性能高,对井况的适应性强,桥塞钻除后全通径能够实现套管水平井大排量分段压裂。
在本发明一具体实施例中,机械丢手200设置于连续油管连接器100和扶正器300之间;接箍定位器400设置于扶正器300和喷砂射孔滑套500之间。
接箍定位器400中包含弹簧和卡块,弹簧顶住卡块,使卡块紧贴套管内壁,通过卡块与套管接触的摩擦力来精准定位。接箍定位器400上的卡块和套管壁接触,能给连接在其下的喷砂射孔滑套500提供扶正作用。优选地,接箍定位器400上的卡块使用耐磨材料制成或在卡块表面作耐磨处理,例如增加耐磨层。
在本发明一具体实施例中,桥塞700包括中心杆704、上接头701、挤压环708、引锥707和桥塞环空件。
其中,上接头701固定于中心杆704的一端,挤压环708套设于中心杆704上,引锥707固定于中心杆704的另一端,桥塞环空件套设于中心杆704上,且位于挤压环708和引锥707之间。
桥塞环空件包括两个卡瓦组件和设置于两个卡瓦组件之间的胶筒705。其中,卡瓦组件为整体式卡瓦706。其中,锥形导向件709与胶筒705连接,具有应力集中槽的卡瓦706与锥形导向件709连接,锥形导向件709的直径较小的一端插入卡瓦706内。
液压坐封工具600包含单级或多级液缸,通过管内憋压剪断销钉或剪切环开启。开启后液压坐封工具600上的推筒挤压桥塞700上的胶筒705和整体式卡瓦706,实现桥塞700的坐封。液压坐封工具600的上接头有过流槽扶正块,对喷砂射孔滑套500有扶正作用。
在本发明一具体实施例中,中心杆704的中心孔通过带密封件的盲堵703封堵,且盲堵703布置于中心杆704靠近上接头701的一端。
在本发明一具体实施例中,上接头701与中心杆704螺纹配合,且上接头701内设置有塑性件702。上接头701与引锥707为咬合结构,钻磨桥塞700时相互咬合,防止旋转。
中心杆704及桥塞700的大部分组成由复合纤维制成,易钻磨,易从井筒中返排出来。液压坐封工具600末端伸出坐封杆与桥塞上塑性件702通过螺纹或其他方式连接,坐封桥塞700时坐封杆与塑性件702脱离,实现丢手。
本发明实施例公开的桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法,包括如下步骤:
1、用连续油管将如上实施例公开的管柱串送入到井下,通过接箍定位器400,将管柱串送入到预定位置,使桥塞700对准预定的坐封位置;
2、启动液压坐封工具600坐封桥塞700并使液压坐封工具600和桥塞700脱离;在本过程中,启动液压坐封工具600的方式为连续油管内打压,剪断液压坐封工具600上的销钉或剪切环,液压坐封工具600的单级或多级液缸产生推力,推动推筒挤压桥塞700;
桥塞700上1个胶筒705和2个整体式卡瓦706受液压坐封工具600推筒挤压,胶筒705膨胀封隔管柱串与套管环空,整体式卡瓦705径向扩张咬紧套管内壁,实现桥塞700在套管内的双向锚定,与此同时,实现液压坐封工具600与桥塞700的脱离。
3、上提连续油管,通过接箍定位器400的定位,使喷砂射孔滑套500对准预定射孔位置,射孔液经喷砂射孔滑套500的喷嘴,射穿套管、水泥环和近井地层,形成射孔孔眼;
具体的,上提连续油管,通过接箍定位器400定位,使喷砂射孔滑套500对准预定射孔位置。向管柱串内打压,蹩起一定压力后,喷砂射孔滑套500内的滑套通过剪切销钉或剪切环,喷砂射孔滑套开启。将射孔液泵入管柱串内,射孔液经喷砂射孔滑套500的喷嘴,产生高速射流,射穿套管、水泥环和近井地层,形成射孔孔眼,提供压裂通道。射孔液中含有石英砂,可以提高射流的强度。
4、起出管柱串,在套管内实施大排量压裂施工,完成这一段施工;
5、完成所有段的压裂后,下入钻磨桥塞管柱钻磨掉所有桥塞。

Claims (10)
1.一种管柱串,其特征在于,至少包括相串联的连续油管连接器(100)、机械丢手(200)、扶正器(300)、接箍定位器(400)、喷砂射孔滑套(500)、液压坐封工具(600)和桥塞(700);
所述喷砂射孔滑套(500)、液压坐封工具(600)和桥塞(700)由所述管柱串的连续油管连接器(100)的一端向另一端的方向上依次串联;
所述连续油管连接器(100)用于与连续油管连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的管柱串,其特征在于,所述机械丢手(200)设置于所述连续油管连接器(100)和所述扶正器(300)之间;
所述接箍定位器(400)设置于所述扶正器(300)和所述喷砂射孔滑套(500)之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的管柱串,其特征在于,所述桥塞(700)包括:
中心杆(704);
固定于所述中心杆(704)一端的上接头(701);
套设于所述中心杆(704)上的挤压环(708);
固定于所述中心杆(704)另一端的引锥(707);
套设于所述中心杆(704)上,且位于所述挤压环(708)和所述引锥(707)之间的桥塞环空件。
4.如权利要求3所述的管柱串,其特征在于,所述桥塞环空件包括两个卡瓦组件和设置于两个卡瓦组件之间的胶筒(705)。
5.如权利要求4所述的管柱串,其特征在于,所述卡瓦组件包括:
与所述胶筒(705)连接的锥形导向件(709);
与所述锥形导向件(709)连接的,具有应力集中槽的整体式卡瓦(706),所述锥形导向件(709)的直径较小的一端插入所述卡瓦(706)内。
6.如权利要求3所述的管柱串,其特征在于,所述中心杆(704)的中心孔通过带密封件的盲堵(703)封堵,且所述盲堵(703)布置于所述中心杆(704)靠近所述上接头(701)的一端。
7.如权利要求3所述的管柱串,其特征在于,所述上接头(701)与所述中心杆(704)连接,且所述上接头(701)内设置有塑性件(702)。
8.如权利要求3所述的管柱串,其特征在于,所述上接头(701)与所述引锥(707)为咬合结构。
9.一种桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)用连续油管将如权利要求1-8任一项所述的管柱串送入到井下,通过接箍定位器(400),将所述管柱串送入到预定位置,使桥塞(700)对准预定的坐封位置;
2)启动所述液压坐封工具(600)坐封所述桥塞(700)并使所述液压坐封工具(600)和所述桥塞(700)脱离;
3)上提连续油管,通过所述接箍定位器(400)的定位,使所述喷砂射孔滑套(500)对准预定射孔位置,射孔液经所述喷砂射孔滑套(500)的喷嘴,射穿套管、水泥环和近井地层,形成射孔孔眼;
4)起出管柱串,在套管内实施大排量压裂施工,完成这一段施工;
5)完成所有段的压裂后,下入钻磨桥塞管柱钻磨掉所有桥塞。
10.如权利要求9所述的桥塞坐封与喷砂射孔联作的方法,其特征在于,所述射孔液中含有石英砂。
