本发明涉及一种自动成型真空排气装置，包括基座、下模本体和合模油缸，所述合模油缸的两端部分别通过一连接杆与所述基座两侧连接，合模油缸包括真空模块和气动模块，该气动模块通过气管与外置气源连接；所述下模本体设置于基座上，下模本体上均匀开设有若干型腔，型腔的底部均相连通并通过连接模块与所述合模油缸的真空模块相连；所述每个型腔的前侧均倾斜设有底部与其连通的注料管。本发明过真空模块和气动模块可根据陶瓷制品密度大小调节型腔内的压力，同时在短时间内将型腔内的空气排除，干粉压缩成坯体，该装置成型速度快、废品率低、适用性广泛。

一种自动成型真空排气装置
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种自动成型真空排气装置。
背景技术：
传统火花塞瓷绝缘体制造的方法是浆注成型，而浆注成型的瓷绝缘体在烧制过程中会出现气孔、缩孔和热性能不稳定等缺陷，其性能也很难适应汽油或燃气发动机发展的需要；粉末成型是一种非常重要的加工方式，是一种节能、节材的先进制造技术，是目前一种较先进的成型工艺，以其独特的优势开始替代传统的成型方法，如陶瓷生产的火花塞、瓷球、柱塞、真空管壳等产品，但现有的粉末等静压成型方式在干粉压缩成型之前无法将干粉中的空气排除，以至于在成型过程中空气被压缩在坯体内，当压力解除后坯体容易发生层裂，日前一些等静压压机中通过采用真空阀将坯体成型腔内的空气排除再对粉末压缩成型，但其压力无法根据产品所需密度进行调节，当成型腔内的压力过大时陶瓷坯体成型速度降低，密度过高时仍会出现裂纹，无法满足市场要求。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足之处，提供一种自动成型真空排气装置，通过真空模块和气动模块可根据陶瓷制品密度大小调节型腔内的压力，同时在短时间内将型腔内的空气排除，干粉压缩成坯体，该装置成型速度快、废品率低、适用性广泛。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：
一种自动成型真空排气装置，包括基座和下模本体，下模本体设置于基座上，其特征在于：还包括合模油缸，所述合模油缸的两端部分别通过一中空状连接杆与所述基座两侧连接，合模油缸包括真空模块和气动模块，该气动模块通过气管与外置气源连接；所述下模本体上均匀开设有若干型腔，型腔的底部均相连通并通过连接杆与所述合模油缸的真空模块相连；所述每个型腔的前侧均倾斜设有底部与其连通的注料管。
作为改进，所述真空模块包括真空发生器、真空阀、破真空阀和真空继电器，连接杆的一端通过气动模块与真空阀和破真空阀形成气动真空回路，气管通过真空发生器与气动模块形成气动压力回路。
作为改进，所述气管的一端通过密封阀设置于合模油缸上，另一端通过设有空气过滤器与气源相连。
作为改进，所述注料管与下模本体上表面的夹角为10～30°，便于粉末沿注料管进入型腔内。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明采用连接模块将下模本体的型腔与真空模块相连，坯体成型时，上模上的冲头与下模本体紧密配合，型腔内形成密闭空间，粉体经注料管进入型腔内，启动真空阀，根据坯体密度大小预先设定真空继电器的压力值，当密闭空间内的压力达到设定值时，真空阀断开，粉体实现压缩成型，该成型过程中根据坯体密度调节密闭型腔内对干粉施加的压力，提高成型速度的同时提高产品质量，具有成型速度快、废品率低、适用性广泛、生产效率高等优点。

实施例
如图1所示，一种自动成型真空排气装置，包括基座1、下模本体2和合模油缸3，所述合模油缸3的两端部分别通过一中空状连接杆4与所述基座1两侧连接，合模油缸3包括真空模块31和气动模块32，该气动模块32通过气管5与外置气源连接，气管5的一端通过密封阀6设置于合模油缸3上，另一端通过设有空气过滤器7与气源相连；所述下模本体2设置于基座1上，下模本体2上均匀开设有若干型腔21，型腔21的底部均相连通并通过中空状的连接杆4与所述合模油缸3的真空模块31相连；所述每个型腔21的前侧均倾斜设有注料管22，其底部与相应的型腔21连通，注料管22与下模本体2上表面的夹角为10～30°。
如图2所示，所述真空模块31包括真空发生器311、真空阀312、破真空阀313和真空继电器314，连接杆4通过气动模块32与真空阀312和破真空阀313形成气动真空回路，气管5通过真空发生器311与气动模块32形成气动压力回路，在成型过程中，根据坯体密度大小预先设定真空继电器314的压力值，上模上的冲头与下模本体2紧密配合，型腔21内形成密闭空间，粉体经注料管22进入型腔21内，气动真空回路启动，气源经空气过滤器7、气管5为真空发生器311和破真空阀313提供压缩空气，当密闭空间内的压力达到设定值时，气动压力回路启动，真空阀312断开，粉体实现压缩成型，保压一定时间后，卸压，启动破真空阀313，密闭型腔21通过连接模块8与气源连通，上模上升即完成一次成型过程，该成型过程中根据坯体密度调节密闭型腔21内对干粉施加的压力，压力值可调，适用性广泛。

1.一种自动成型真空排气装置，包括基座和下模本体，下模本体设置于基座上，其特征在于：还包括合模油缸，所述合模油缸的两端部分别通过一中空状连接杆与所述基座两侧连接，合模油缸包括真空模块和气动模块，该气动模块通过气管与外置气源连接；所述下模本体上均匀开设有若干型腔，型腔的底部均相连通并通过连接杆与所述合模油缸的真空模块相连；所述每个型腔的前侧均倾斜设有底部与其连通的注料管；所述真空模块包括真空发生器、真空阀、破真空阀和真空继电器，连接杆的一端通过气动模块与真空阀和破真空阀形成气动真空回路，气管通过真空发生器与气动模块形成气动压力回路，所述气管的一端通过密封阀设置于合模油缸上，另一端通过设有空气过滤器与气源相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种自动成型真空排气装置，其特征在于：所述注料管与下模本体上表面的夹角为10～30°。
