技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰材料。
背景技术
车内饰材料是按乘用汽车的空间范围来划分乘用汽车材料的,仅限于乘用汽车内饰件、装备及其表皮装饰的设计和运用。乘用汽车内饰材料涉及乘用汽车工程材料和乘用汽车美容材料两方面,品种繁多,成分与工艺复杂,功能形式多样。按乘用汽车内饰件的结构层次与功能,可分为面饰材料、缓冲材料和内饰件骨架材料等3类。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车内饰材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车内饰材料,其特征在于,该装饰材料的原料按重量份配方如下:聚丙烯树脂65~80份、热塑性聚氨酯树脂5~10份、饱和乙烯-辛烯共聚物5~20份、纳米二氧化钛3~5份、增韧剂10~20份、成核剂5~15份、接枝相容剂5~15份、抗冲剂5~10份、氧化锌2~8份、润滑剂0.1~2份、塑化促进剂0.1~2份、复配稳定剂0.4~2份、偶联剂0.3~2份。
相较于现有技术,本发明有如下优点:
接枝增容设计方面:采用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯和PU复配增韧改性,不但提高耐冲击性能,而且提高了聚丙烯耐磨性和抗撕裂性,主要应用于汽车、家电、军品等耐冲击和耐磨部件。
增强设计方面:以PP/PU为基体,添加碱式硫酸镁晶须、3000目滑石粉、接枝相容剂组合配方,经过长径比48:1反应型双螺杆挤出,材料的弯曲强度达到30Mpa以上,耐五指刮擦达到1级。
耐候技术:针对PP/PU粒料制成的制品在自然环境中长期使用或存放,受光(特别是紫外光)、热、氧和水分等影响,外观特性和物理机械性能等会大幅度下降,甚至失去实用价值,为此开发了季戊四醇亚磷酸酯等多种稳定剂复配的耐候体系,在PP/PU中添加0.4-0.6%复配稳定剂,经氙灯加速老化1000小时,不粉化,不龟裂,性能下降小于40%。
消除异味:通过纳米二氧化钛均匀分散到PP/PU粒料中,分解有毒有害气体,消除材料异味,成功通过CTI气味检测试验,达到2级以上。

一种汽车内饰材料,其特征在于,该装饰材料的原料按重量份配方如下:聚丙烯树脂80份、热塑性聚氨酯树脂5份、饱和乙烯-辛烯共聚物5份、纳米二氧化钛3份、增韧剂10份、成核剂5份、接枝相容剂15份、抗冲剂10份、氧化锌8份、润滑剂2份、塑化促进剂2份、复配稳定剂2份、偶联剂0.3份。

1.一种汽车内饰材料,其特征在于,该装饰材料的原料按重量份配方如下:聚丙烯树脂65~80份、热塑性聚氨酯树脂5~10份、饱和乙烯-辛烯共聚物5~20份、纳米二氧化钛3~5份、增韧剂10~20份、成核剂5~15份、接枝相容剂5~15份、抗冲剂5~10份、氧化锌2~8份、润滑剂0.1~2份、塑化促进剂0.1~2份、复配稳定剂0.4~2份、偶联剂0.3~2份。
