Abstract
本发明涉及卫生用品领域，涉及一种生活用的吸收物品，特别是涉及一种婴儿纸内裤。一种婴儿纸内裤，包括弹性腰围、弹性腿围以及吸收裤体，吸收裤体由亲水无纺布、吸收芯体和底层防漏层组成，其特征在于所述的吸收裤体的吸收芯体中部具有一对与吸收芯体中轴镜像对称的月牙形镂空，所述的吸收芯体先由一层湿强纸包裹，包裹后的吸收芯体的两侧各设置一根橡筋，外层再包裹一层亲水无纺布，其下面是构成腿部防漏护栏的2层或多层拒水无纺布，底层覆盖一层防漏层。该纸内裤的优点是该月牙形镂空可自由型为“U”型立体结构，可以使裆部变窄，亦可避免对宝宝生殖器的挤压，穿着更舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品领域，涉及一种生活用的吸收物品，特别是涉及一种婴儿纸内裤。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对婴儿的护理更注重方便、干净卫生的要求，现有的纸内裤携带和使用方便，而受到宝贝妈咪的喜爱，因而婴儿纸内裤的使用也越来越广泛。现在市场上已经有很多种类的婴儿纸内裤，其主要结构有吸收体、前后侧护翼、防侧漏护围和防后漏护围，婴儿纸内裤大致分为内裤式纸内裤和可打开式魔法贴纸内裤，这些纸内裤在使妈咪为宝宝穿戴方便的同时，在纸内裤的舒适透气方面都有了很大的改进，然而，现在市场上的婴儿纸内裤并不是十分完美，还存在一些不足：一些纸内裤裆部太宽，在婴儿学走路时带来胯部不适，也容易造成“O”型腿；另外，由于男宝宝和女宝宝生理结构的不同，使用同样的纸内裤容易造成对男宝宝生殖器的挤压，带来不舒服的感觉，甚至会使尿液不易排出。为解决这些问题，本发明对婴儿纸内裤进行了创新式的设计。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种穿戴更加舒适的婴儿纸内裤。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种婴儿纸内裤，包括弹性腰围、弹性腿围以及吸收裤体，吸收裤体由亲水无纺布、吸收芯体和底层防漏层组成，其特征在于所述的吸收裤体的吸收芯体中部具有一对与吸收芯体中轴镜像对称的月牙形镂空，月牙形镂空的长与宽的比例为(7-10)：1，在穿戴时可自然成型为“U”型结构，所述的吸收芯体先由一层湿强纸由下向上包裹，在上表面重叠闭合，包裹后的吸收芯体的两侧各设置一根橡筋，外层再由上向下包裹一层亲水无纺布，呈半包围下表面不闭合，其下面是构成腿部防漏护栏的2层或多层拒水无纺布，底层覆盖一层防漏层。
所述的吸收裤体的前、后两端设有弹性腰围，弹性腰围由2层或多层无纺布以及橡筋粘贴而成，弹性腰围的前腰围部宽于后腰围部，前腰围和后腰围的边缘在体侧部位通过热粘黏缝合成一体，前腰围里包裹的橡筋为白色或有色橡筋，有色橡筋一方面可以增加纸内裤的色彩，另一方面可以通过前后腰围采用不同的有色橡筋来区分前后。
所述的弹性腰围无纺布中包裹的橡筋不均匀分布，根据人的体型设计使腰部橡筋分布密于腹部，使婴儿穿戴紧密舒适。
所述的拒水无纺布向上包裹吸收芯体并向内折叠，向上折叠区域里面粘有橡筋形成腿部防漏护栏，包裹在拒水无纺布里面的橡筋越靠近边缘越密，橡筋的数量为2-6根。
所述的底层防漏层由上面一层PE透气膜和底层拒水无纺布组成，PE透气膜上喷胶区域为门框式，PE膜的上胶采用连续侧边上胶与中间间断上胶的组合上胶方式。
所述的橡筋的拉伸倍率，腰部为3-4，腹部为2.5-3.5，腿围部为2-3。
所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，在其弹性腰围的前腰围中部设有标志图案层，后腰围部正中间设有抛弃贴，标志图案层上可以设置各种图案及标志前后和大小码，方便人们根据婴儿的体型选购合适的纸内裤，及穿戴时的方便，同时也可以带来美观。
所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，裆部长400-445mm，腰围长度550-1100mm，腿围长度300-400mm，以满足不同大小和体型的婴儿。
所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其吸收芯体镂空内间距与吸收芯体宽的比为（0.4-0.6）：1。
上述技术方案与现有技术的区别在于：
1、将吸收芯体的中部设计一对称的月牙形镂空，宝宝穿戴走路时，由于吸收芯体月牙形镂空的存在，在腿部的夹持下可使吸收芯体形成“U”型棉槽，胯部的吸收芯体变窄，可有效地解决传统纸内裤裆部太宽婴儿学走路时胯部的不适和造成“O”型腿的问题；
2、“U”型棉槽呈立体空间，不会造成对男宝宝生殖器的挤压，使男宝宝女宝宝穿戴同样舒服；
3、吸收棉芯两侧各设计一根橡筋，在橡筋收缩作用下，棉芯更容易呈立体“U”型结构，吸收面积增加，吸收速度更快，同时这一立体“U”型棉槽也能有效防止侧漏；
4、根据婴儿的体型设计前窄后宽的腰围，方便婴儿腿部运动，前腰围采用有色橡筋，方便区分前后。

具体实施方式
下面是结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步地描述。
如图1所示的一种婴儿纸内裤，整个裤体展开呈“工”字形，包括前后两端的弹性前腰围1、弹性后腰围2以及中间的吸收裤体3，吸收裤体3由亲水无纺布13、吸收芯体4和底层防漏层7组成，吸收芯体4中部具有一对与吸收芯体4中轴镜像对称的月牙形镂空5，月牙形镂空5其长与宽的比例为(7-10)：1，底层防漏层7由一层PE膜16和底层拒水无纺布17组成，吸收芯体4可折叠成“U”型结构，弹性腿围的一边由包裹有橡筋15的拒水无纺布17向内折叠形成腿部防漏护栏6，另一边在棉芯底部靠近月牙形镂空5的部位粘贴固定，橡筋15包裹在拒水无纺布里面，橡筋15越靠近边缘越密。弹性腰围的前腰围部1宽于后腰围部2，前腰围1和后腰围2的边缘在体侧的粘合部位9通过热粘黏缝合成一体。
本发明的弹性腰围的前弹性腰围1中部设置有一标记图案层19，在这一部位可以设置图案和大小码标志，使人们在使用时更容易区分前后，同时也增加了美观；后弹性腰围2正中间设有抛弃贴8，抛弃贴8长和宽分别为60mm和40mm，“Z”行粘贴固定在距离后腰围边缘50mm处，使用时直接拉开缠绕待抛弃的纸内裤，方便，环保；腰围部和腿围部上分布不同的橡筋15，腰围部1与2和胯围部6的橡筋15分布的方向相互垂直，同时，根据人体型的不同，在腰围的腰部10设置排布较密的橡筋15，在腰围的腹部11设置排布较疏的橡筋15，所使用的橡筋15的拉伸倍率各不相同，腰部10为3-4，腹部11为2.5-3.5，腿围部6为2-3，这一设置可以使得婴儿在穿戴时纸内裤不易掉落。
本发明纸内裤中的吸收芯体4比底层防漏层7短，外层亲水无纺布13和底层防漏层7紧密粘合包裹吸收芯体4，这样使得吸收芯体不易滑动移位。
本发明中防漏层7所使用的PE透气膜16，其上交方式为侧边连续上胶和中间间断上胶的组合上胶方式，PE透气膜16的喷胶方式改变了传统的满喷方式，而采用的是门框式喷胶，使得各方面的性能有了很大的提高，测试结果显示，相同条件下，采用满喷的喷胶方式，一次吸收为16.67s，二次吸收为23.33s，返渗2.48g，扩散长度为275mm；采用了新型的门框式中空喷胶方式后，结果为：一次吸收10.50s，二次吸收11.00s，返渗0.53g，扩散长度287.50mm。由这一对比结果可以看出，采用门框式中空喷胶的PE透气膜16使得纸内裤的吸收速度和扩散速度更快，大大提高了纸内裤吸液性能。
宝宝穿戴走路时，由于吸收芯体4长条形镂空5的存在，在腿部的夹持下可使吸收芯体4形成“U”型棉槽，腿部的吸收芯体4变窄，解决了传统纸内裤裆部太宽婴儿学走路时胯部的不适，也能有效避免造成学步婴儿“O”型腿的问题；同时，“U”型棉槽呈立体空间，不会造成对男宝宝生殖器的挤压，使男宝宝女宝宝穿戴同样舒服，这一立体棉槽也能有效防止侧漏和加快吸收，即使在发生渗漏的情况下，“U”型棉槽竖立起来部分的外侧由构成腿部防护栏的拒水无纺布包围，可防止外漏，“U”型棉槽竖立起来部分的外侧亦可吸收。
以上所述仅为本发明结构的较佳实施例，并非因此限制本发明的技术范围，故凡是依据本发明的技术实质所作的等效结构或等效流程变换与修饰，均属于本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种婴儿纸内裤，包括弹性腰围、弹性腿围以及吸收裤体，吸收裤体由亲水无纺布、吸收芯体和底层防漏层组成，其特征在于所述的吸收裤体的吸收芯体中部具有一对与吸收芯体中轴镜像对称的月牙形镂空，所述的吸收芯体先由一层湿强纸包裹，包裹后的吸收芯体的两侧各设置一根橡筋，外层再包裹一层亲水无纺布，其下面是构成腿部防漏护栏的2层或多层拒水无纺布，底层覆盖一层防漏层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其特征在于所述的吸收裤体的前、后两端设有弹性腰围，弹性腰围由2层或多层无纺布以及橡筋粘贴而成，弹性腰围的前腰围部宽于后腰围部，前腰围和后腰围的边缘在体侧部位通过热粘黏缝合成一体，前腰围里包裹的橡筋为白色或有色橡筋。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其特征在于所述的弹性腰围无纺布中包裹的橡筋不均匀分布，腰部橡筋分布较腹部密。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其特征在于所述的拒水无纺布向上包裹吸收芯体并向内折叠，向上折叠区域里面粘有橡筋形成腿部防漏护栏，包裹在拒水无纺布里面的橡筋越靠近边缘越密。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其特征在于所述的腿部防护栏中橡筋的数量为2-6根。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其特征在于所述的底层防漏层由上面一层PE透气膜和底层拒水无纺布组成，PE透气膜上喷胶区域为门框式。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种婴儿纸尿裤，其特征在于所述的PE透气膜的上胶采用侧边连续上胶与中间间断上胶的组合上胶方式。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其特征在于月牙形镂空的长与宽的比例为7-10：1，在穿着时可自然成型为“U”型结构。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其特征在于所述的橡筋的拉伸倍率，腰部为3-4，腹部为2.5-3.5，腿围部为2-3。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种婴儿纸内裤，其特征在于在弹性腰围的前腰围中部设有标志图案层，后腰围部正中间设有抛弃贴。
