薄荷脑还因其对口腔皮肤和粘膜的生理凉味效果而闻名。作为薄荷油的主要成分,薄荷脑已广泛用于食物、饮料、洁牙剂、嗽口剂、盥洗用品、洗剂等中。然而,使用薄荷脑的缺点在于薄荷脑对含其的组合物所赋予的强烈薄荷味和呛口味道。
几种已知的化合物具有可表征为“凉味”的活性,并且在本领域中将所述化合物称作“生理凉味剂”。当使生理凉味剂与人体接触并具体地与口腔粘膜、鼻粘膜和咽喉粘膜接触时,会感觉到冷或凉爽。已经建议将这些化合物中的几种用于糖食产品,包括口香糖。
然而,虽然这些生理凉味剂的令人不快的感觉要小于薄荷脑,但是当其以高水平使用以提供期望的提神性凉爽感时,其也有令人不快的风味特性,如苦味、刺痛感和辛辣感以及变味感。
期望提供凉味感水平更高但不使用表现由添加薄荷脑引起的不想要的呛口或风味特性的材料的口香糖。还期望提供凉味良好并且苦味较少的风味纯正且高质量的口香糖。
发明内容
已经发明了提供高水平的提神味道、具有明显的口气清新性而无令人不快的风味特性的口香糖组合物。在第一方面,本发明是包含胶基、香料、甜味剂和约0.01%至约0.4%的Gly-OiPr的口香糖组合物。
在第二方面,本发明是包含由胶基、香料和甜味剂制成的口香糖组合物的口香糖产品,并且其中所述口香糖产品包含占所述口香糖产品重量的约0.01%至约0.4%的[(2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯(Gly-OiPr)。
在第三方面,本发明包括口香糖组合物,其包含胶基、香料、至少一种选自糖、糖醇以及其混合物的甜味剂,以及以一定量存在以向所述口香糖赋予典型商业口香糖产品中所见范围内的凉味水平的、除Gly-OiPr以外的凉味剂,改善包含添加占口香糖组合物总重量的约0.01%至约0.4%的Gly-OiPr,从而提升凉味和口气清新性。
在第四方面,本发明包括口香糖组合物,其包含约5%至约95%胶基、约0.1%至约10%香料、约10%至约90%选自糖、糖醇以及其混合物的甜味剂,以及以足以向口香糖提供良好的凉味性和口气清新性的组合而无苦味的量存在的Gly-OiPr。
已经惊人地发现,甚至与N-[[5-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙基)-环己基]羰基]甘氨酸乙酯(WS-5)相比,以约0.01%至约0.4%的水平使用Gly-OiPr会向具有高水平的提神味道的口香糖组合物和口香糖产品提供可观的凉味和口气清新性,而无不想要的风味特性,所述Gly-OiPr是WS-5的类似物。Gly-OiPr生理凉味剂可以与其它生理凉味剂组合使用,并且可以处理其以控制其释放并且提高其保质期稳定性。另外,可以添加Gly-OiPr生理凉味剂以作为凉味风味组合物的部分,或用于口香糖涂层中。所公开的实施方式的附加特征和优势描述于以下详细描述和随附图式中,并且将根据以下详细描述和随附图式而显而易见。

现将进一步描述本发明。在以下各段中,较详细地定义本发明的不同方面。除非相反地明确指示,否则可以将如此定义的每一方面与任何其它方面组合。具体地,可以将指示为优选或有利的任何特征与指示为优选或有利的任何其它特征组合。
除非另有规定,否则本文所有百分比都是重量百分比。虽然一些术语是以单数提及,但是应了解,这样的指称还可以涵盖复数。例如,虽然口香糖涂层是以单数提及,但是应了解,经过涂布的口香糖通常含有多层涂层。因此,提及“涂层”的短语是指一层以上涂层。最后,本文引用的所有参考文献都通过参考并入。
说明书和权利要求书中使用的几个术语具有如下定义的含义。
在本发明的情况下,口香糖是指口香糖、泡泡糖等。
本文讨论的口气清新性是消费者感觉到的口气清新性,而非客观地测量的口气清新性。
生理凉味剂涵盖任何数目的生理凉味剂。然而,在本发明的情况下,术语“生理凉味剂(physiological cooling agent)”不包括传统的香料衍生物,如薄荷脑或薄荷酮。优选的生理凉味剂不具有可感觉到的自身风味,而简单地提供凉味效果。
术语“Gly-OiPr”是指[(2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯。存在可以用于本发明的不同的Gly-OiPr异构体,并且一个实例是[((1R,2S,5R)-2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯。Gly-OiPr具有以下说明的结构:
认识到作为Gly-OiPr获得的一些组合物可能不是纯的[(2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯,而是可以含有小百分比的作为制造副产品的杂质。优选地,本发明的口香糖组合物中使用的Gly-OiPr将具有至少96%Gly-OiPr的纯度。在本申请中,Gly-OiPr是指100%纯的[(2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯。如果使用不纯的混合物,那么可能需要调节用量水平以顾及纯度水平。
可以与Gly-OiPr一起用于本发明的口香糖中的生理凉味剂的具体实例包括:

虽然上文公开的生理凉味剂中的任一者都可以包含于口香糖中,但是目前优选与Gly-OiPr一起包含的生理凉味剂是丁二酸薄荷酯;乳酸薄荷酯;3-l-薄荷氧基丙烷-1,2-二醇;N取代的对薄荷烷甲酰胺;无环甲酰胺;薄荷酮甘油缩酮、戊二酸薄荷酯、l-异蒲勒醇、WS-5以及其混合物。生理凉味剂的浓度将根据生理凉味剂的强度(例如在相同的浓度水平下,WS-5的凉味效果要高于WS-3和WS-23)和期望的凉味效果。附加生理凉味剂当使用时,将优选地以口香糖产品的约0.01%至约0.5%存在,优选地,无一附加生理凉味剂构成口香糖产品的约0.4%以上。根据所用Gly-OiPr的水平,其它生理凉味剂(当使用时)的水平可以在口香糖产品的约0.05%和约0.4%之间,或甚至在约0.1%和约0.3%之间。
本发明设想,任选地感觉剂(sensate)如暖味剂(warming agent)和/或麻刺剂(tingling agent)也可以包含于口香糖中。暖味剂向使用者提供温暖的感觉并且麻刺剂向使用者提供刺痛感。暖味剂和麻刺剂的实例可见于美国专利6,890,567号中,所述美国专利通过参考并入本文中。
本发明设想,可以将Gly-OiPr和任选的附加生理凉味剂添加至用于制造口香糖的香料中。另一方面,可以在制造口香糖的制造工艺中的任意处分别添加香料和凉味剂。另外,可以封装包含Gly-OiPr的生理凉味剂以改进其从口香糖的释放速率。可以用可溶于水或不溶于水的材料完全或部分封装生理凉味剂或甜味剂。一些封装程序包括喷雾干燥、喷雾冷冻、流化床涂布、凝聚、挤出和其它聚结和封装技术。封装材料包括丙烯酸聚合物和共聚物、聚羧乙烯、聚酰胺、聚苯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙酸乙烯邻苯二甲酸酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、蜡、虫胶、玉米蛋白、琼脂、海藻酸盐、多种纤维素衍生物如乙基纤维素和羟丙基甲基纤维素、糊精、明胶、改性淀粉、阿拉伯胶、麦芽糖糊精、阿拉伯树胶、瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、角叉菜胶以及其混合物。另外,也可以使生理凉味剂吸附到惰性或不溶于水的材料如二氧化硅、硅酸盐、Pharmasorb粘土、海绵样珠粒或微珠、无定形碳酸酯和氢氧化物包括铝和钙色淀上。可以用包含任何注意到的技术的多步工艺对包括Gly-OiPr的凉味剂进行改进。
这些香料包括在本领域中通常已知的具有在食物上可接受的质量的任何香料,如香精油、合成香料或其混合物。这些香料包括但不限于来源于植物和水果的油,如柑桔油、水果香精、薄荷油、留兰香油、桉树、其它薄荷油、丁香油、鹿蹄草油、肉桂醛、茴芹、调味香料等。本发明中还设想了极强烈的香料如薄荷脑香料。优选的香料包括凉味香料如薄荷、桉树、薄荷脑、鹿蹄草和水果薄荷;非凉味香料如留兰香和肉桂;以及其组合。在一些实施方式中,口香糖产品将包含薄荷脑,并且可以包含约0.01%至约2.0%、优选地小于0.5%的薄荷脑。
本发明还设想了人造香料组分。本领域普通技术人员应认识到,可以将天然香料和人造香料组合成任何感觉上可接受的掺混物。本发明设想了所有这样的香料和掺混物。
可以将香料以一定量添加至口香糖配方中以使其含有约0.1%至约10%香料、优选地约0.2%至约4.0%香料,以及最优选地约0.5%至约2%香料。
可以将液体形式的生理凉味剂以其液体形式直接添加至口香糖制剂中,或可以将所述生理凉味剂与香料或与其它溶剂如醇、甘油、丙二醇、香料溶剂、乳化剂或植物油组合。也可以将晶体或粉末形式的生理凉味剂以其粉末形式直接添加至口香糖制剂中,或可以将所述生理凉味剂与其它粉末增量剂如糖、多元醇以及其它类型的粉末成分组合。在一些情况下,可以在香料/水组合物或油/水组合物中乳化生理凉味剂。最重要地,因为用量水平低,所以需要使生理凉味剂均匀地分散在整个口香糖组合物中。
大多数情况下,可以将液体生理凉味剂组合并且容易地直接添加至口香糖或糖食制剂中。在其它情况下,可以将晶体或粉末生理凉味剂以及薄荷脑溶解于其它液体生理凉味剂中,并且将所述组合容易地直接添加至口香糖或糖食制剂中。还已知可以组合一些晶体生理凉味剂以及薄荷脑以形成熔点低于单独的晶体凉味剂本身的低共熔混合物。因此,一些晶体生理凉味剂的混合物会熔化、掺混在一起,并且在室温或接近室温下保持为液体,并然后可直接添加至口香糖或糖食制剂中。可使薄荷脑与生理凉味剂如乳酸薄荷酯、丁二酸薄荷酯、对薄荷烷甲酰胺如WS-3、无环甲酰胺如WS-23的组合熔化在一起并且以液体形式容易地用于产品制剂中。
可以将Gly-OiPr用于无糖口香糖制剂中并且也可以用于含糖口香糖中。可以将Gly-OiPr用于常规的口香糖或泡泡糖中。也可以将Gly-OiPr用于低水分口香糖中。
本发明的口香糖组合物遵循以下概述的一般模式。通常,口香糖组合物典型地含有基本上无水并且不溶于水的可嚼胶基部分、可溶于水的增量部分以及典型地不溶于水的香料。在咀嚼期间,在一段时间内,可溶于水的部分会随香料的一部分一起消散。在整个咀嚼过程中,胶基部分保留在口腔中。
不溶性胶基通常包含弹性体、弹性体溶剂、增塑剂、蜡、乳化剂和无机填料。还经常包含表现与增塑剂稍相像的塑料聚合物如聚乙酸乙烯酯。可以所用的其它塑料聚合物包括聚乙烯醇月桂酸酯(polyvinyllaureate)、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
弹性体可以包括聚异丁烯、丁基橡胶、(异丁烯-异戊二烯共聚物)和丁苯橡胶,以及天然胶乳如糖胶树胶。弹性体溶剂经常是树脂如萜烯树脂和松香酯。增塑剂有时称为软化剂,典型地是脂肪和油,包括牛脂、氢化和部分氢化的植物油和可可脂。常用蜡包括石蜡、微晶蜡和天然蜡如蜂蜡和巴西棕榈蜡。可以将微晶蜡,尤其是结晶程度高的那些微晶蜡视为增稠剂或质地改进剂。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,不溶性胶基构成口香糖重量的约5%至约95%之间。更优选地,不溶性胶基构成口香糖重量的10%和50%之间,并且最优选地构成口香糖重量的约20%至35%。
胶基典型地还包括填料组分。填料组分可为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、滑石、磷酸二钙等。填料可构成胶基重量的约5%和约60%之间。优选地,填料构成胶基重量的约5%至50%重量。
胶基典型地还含有软化剂,包括单硬脂酸甘油酯和三乙酸甘油酯。胶基还可以含有任选成分如抗氧化剂、着色剂和乳化剂。本发明设想了采用任何商业上可接受的胶基。
口香糖的可溶于水的部分可以进一步包含软化剂、甜味剂、香料、填料、生理凉味剂以及其组合。甜味剂在口香糖中经常发挥增量剂的作用。增量剂典型地构成口香糖组合物的约5%至约95%。
将软化剂添加至口香糖中以使口香糖的可嚼性和口感最优化。软化剂在本领域中还称为塑化剂或增塑剂,其通常构成口香糖的约0.5%至约15%之间。本发明设想的软化剂包括甘油、卵磷脂以及其组合。此外,也可以将甜味剂水性溶液如含有山梨醇、氢化淀粉水解产物、玉米糖浆以及其组合的那些用作口香糖中的软化剂和粘合剂。
如上文提及,可以将本发明的Gly-OiPr和任选的附加生理凉味剂用于无糖口香糖制剂中。然而,含有糖的制剂也在本发明的范围内。糖甜味剂通常包括口香糖领域中通常已知的含糖组分,其包含但不限于单独或呈任何组合的蔗糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、糊精、干燥转化糖、果糖、半乳糖、淀粉糖浆干粉等。
本发明的Gly-OiPr和任选的附加生理凉味剂还可与无糖甜味剂组合使用。通常,无糖甜味剂包括具有甜味特性但是没有通常所知的糖的组分,并且包含但不限于单独或呈任何组合的糖醇如山梨醇、氢化异麦芽酮糖、甘露醇、木糖醇、乳糖醇、赤藓糖醇、氢化淀粉水解物、麦芽糖醇等。
根据所需要的具体的甜味释放曲线和储藏稳定性,可以将游离形式或封装的高强度甜味剂用于口香糖组合物中,或者可以用于涂布于由那些口香糖组合物制成的芯的涂层中。可以在约0.01%至约3.0%的水平使用高强度甜味剂、优选地阿斯巴甜。封装的阿斯巴甜是与游离形式的阿斯巴甜相比稳定性和释放特性改善的高强度甜味剂。还可添加游离形式的阿斯巴甜,并且当使用阿斯巴甜时,优选一些游离形式的阿斯巴甜和封装的阿斯巴甜的组合。可以用于口香糖芯的其它高强度甜味剂是:糖精、索马甜、阿力甜、糖精盐、三氯蔗糖、甜菊糖苷和安赛蜜。总体来说,口香糖组合物将优选包含约0.5%至约90%甜味剂。最典型地,甜味剂将包含至少一种增量甜味剂和至少一种高强度甜味剂。
还可以添加任选的成分如着色剂、乳化剂和药剂以作为口香糖组合物的独立组分,或者添加作为胶基的部分。
特别地如果其水分含量降低,那么可以使用含水糖浆如玉米糖浆和氢化玉米糖浆。这可优选地通过将含水糖浆与增塑剂如甘油或丙二醇共蒸发至小于10%的水分含量来进行。优选的组合物包含氢化淀粉水解产物固体和甘油。美国专利4,671,967号中详细讨论了这些糖浆和其制备方法。
制造根据本发明的口香糖的优选方法是通过向本领域中已知的任何可商购获得的混合器中依次添加各种口香糖成分来进行。在已将成分充分混合之后,将口香糖从混合器排出并且如通过碾压成片并切成条、挤出成块或浇铸成丸粒而成形为期望的形式。
通常,通过首先将胶基熔化且将其添加至运行中的混合器中来混合所述成分。还可以在混合器本身中熔化胶基。此时还可以连同糖浆和一部分增量剂一起添加着色剂或乳化剂。然后可以将增量剂的其它部分添加至混合器中。典型地与增量剂的最后部分一起添加调味剂。可以将Gly-OiPr生理凉味剂与本发明的香料组合物混合并且优选地作为香料添加物的部分进行添加。如果封装Gly-OiPr以改进其释放速率,那么其优选地在已经添加增量剂的最后部分和香料之后添加。整个混合程序典型地用时5至20分钟,但是有时可能需要更长的混合时间。本领域技术人员将认识到,可以遵循上述程序的许多变化。
如果将口香糖组合物成形为丸粒或球,那么可涂布口香糖组合物。涂层起初以液体糖浆形式存在,所述液体糖浆含有约30%至约80%或85%的糖或糖醇,以及约15%或20%至约70%的溶剂如水。通常,在常规的锅包衣设备中进行涂布工艺。将待涂布的口香糖芯片放入锅包衣设备中以形成移动团。
将最终形成涂层的材料或糖浆施加或分布在口香糖芯片上。可以在将糖浆施加于口香糖芯之前、期间和之后添加香料。一旦涂层已经干燥以形成硬表面,便可添加附加糖浆以产生多个涂层或多层涂层。可以在涂层中添加占涂层重量约0.01%至约0.4%或占涂层重量约0.05%至约0.3%或约0.07%至约0.2%的Gly-OiPr。
在锅包衣程序中,在约100℉至约240℉的温度范围下将糖浆添加至口香糖芯片。优选地,糖浆温度是约140℉至约200℉。最优选地,糖浆温度应在整个工艺中保持恒定以防止糖浆中的多元醇结晶。可以用本领域技术人员已知的任何方式使糖浆与口香糖芯片混合、将糖浆喷洒、倾倒或添加到所述口香糖芯片上。
在另一实施方式中,通过在液体涂层之后添加粉末涂层形成软涂层。粉末涂层可以包含天然糖胶水解产物、麦芽糖糊精、明胶、纤维素衍生物、淀粉、改性淀粉、糖、糖醇、天然糖胶以及填料如滑石和碳酸钙。
口香糖芯上的涂层的每一组分可以被施用在单个层或多个层中。通常,通过施加单个涂层、使所述层干燥并然后重复所述过程以获得多个层。由每一涂布步骤添加的固体量主要取决于涂布糖浆的浓度。可以将任何数目的涂层施加在口香糖芯片。优选地,将不超过约75个涂层施加于口香糖芯。更优选地,施加小于约60个涂层,并且最优选地,施加约30至约60个涂层。在任何情况下,本发明都设想了施加足以得到含有约10%至约65%涂层的经过涂布的口香糖产品的量的糖浆。优选地,最终产品将含有约20%至约50%涂层。
本领域技术人员将认识到,为了获得多个涂布的层,可以将涂布糖浆的多个预先测量的等分试样施加于口香糖芯。然而,设想了施加于口香糖芯的糖浆等分试样的体积可以在整个涂布程序中变化。
一旦将糖浆涂层施加于口香糖芯,便在惰性介质中干燥所述糖浆。优选的干燥介质包含空气。优选地,使强制干燥空气在约70℉至约110℉的温度范围内接触湿的糖浆涂层。更优选地,干燥空气处于约80℉至约100℉的温度范围内。本发明还设想了干燥空气具有小于约15%的相对湿度。优选地,干燥空气的相对湿度小于约8%。
可以使干燥空气以本领域中通常已知的任何方式在糖浆涂布的口香糖芯上通过并且与其混合。优选地,在糖浆涂布的口香糖芯上方和周围吹动干燥空气。如果在糖浆涂层已经干燥之后施加香料,那么本发明设想了在使用或不使用干燥介质的情况下干燥香料。
实施例
提供本发明和比较制剂的以下实施例以说明而非限制本发明,而本发明是由权利要求书所界定的。所列的量为重量百分比。
制造了几种口香糖组合物,并且将其组成提供于下表1中。

由经过训练的五个专门小组成员的组评价比较例A和实施例1的样品,给予所述专门小组成员感觉问卷,其中要求其对样品的凉味强度进行定级。他们各自咀嚼样品20分钟,并且被要求以每一分钟的间隔对样品的凉味强度进行定级。将凉味强度试验的结果示于表2中。
图1示出对表2中的分数所绘制的图表。比较例A在口香糖中含有0.1%WS-5并且实施例1含有0.1%Gly-OiPr。即使在比较例A和实施例1之间除凉味剂以外口香糖制剂是相同的,但与含WS-5的口香糖组合物相比,在第2分钟之后,含Gly-OiPr的实施例1惊人地在20分钟咀嚼的剩余时间内维持更高水平的凉味强度。基于这个试验,与WS-5相比含相同量的材料的情况下,含Gly-OiPr的组合物能够维持更高水平的凉味。因此,Gly-OiPr优于WS-5之处在于可能实现相同水平的凉味而不用投入同样多的材料,这可具有成本优势并且也使苦味降低。
表3和图2示出经过训练的五至六个专门小组成员的感觉小组的试验结果,其中要求所述专门小组成员对具有不同浓度的WS-5和Gly-OiPr的所制备溶液的苦味强度进行定级。
用使用蒸馏去离子水的5%蔗糖溶液制备表3和图2中使用的具有不同浓度(ppm)的WS-5和Gly-OiPr的样品溶液。结果惊人地显示,在溶液中较高的凉味剂浓度下,对Gly-OiPr所感觉到的苦味强度要比WS-5低得多。例如,即使Gly-OiPr的浓度从200ppm加倍到400ppm,苦味强度仍保持相同。如图2中的图表所示,苦味强度随Gly-OiPr浓度提高而提高的速率要比WS-5的速率低得多。

Claims (21)
1.一种口香糖组合物,其包含:
a)胶基、
b)香料、
c)甜味剂,以及
d)占所述口香糖组合物的重量的约0.01%至约0.4%的[(2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯(Gly-OiPr)。
2.如权利要求1所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述组合物包含约0.05%至约0.3%Gly-OiPr。
3.如权利要求1至2中任一项所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述组合物包含约0.07%至约0.2%Gly-OiPr。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述组合物还包含附加生理凉味剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述附加生理凉味剂选自丁二酸薄荷酯;乳酸薄荷酯;3-l-薄荷氧基丙烷-1,2-二醇;N-取代的对薄荷烷甲酰胺;无环甲酰胺;薄荷酮甘油缩酮、戊二酸薄荷酯、l-异蒲勒醇、N-[[5-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙基)-环己基]羰基]甘氨酸乙酯以及其混合物。
5.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述组合物还包含薄荷脑。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述甜味剂包含:a)至少一种选自糖、糖醇以及其混合物的甜味剂,以及b)至少一种高强度甜味剂。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述香料选自薄荷香料、调味香料以及水果香料。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述组合物进一步包含暖味剂或麻刺剂。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述Gly-OiPr是异构体[((1R,2S,5R)-2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯。
10.一种口香糖产品,其包含由胶基、香料和甜味剂制成的口香糖组合物,并且其中所述口香糖产品包含占所述口香糖产品的重量的约0.01%至约0.4%的[(2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯(Gly-OiPr)。
11.如权利要求10所述的口香糖产品,其中所述产品包含占所述口香糖产品的重量的约0.05%至约0.3%的Gly-OiPr。
12.如权利要求10至11中任一项所述的口香糖产品,其中所述产品包含占所述口香糖产品的重量的约0.07%至约0.2%的Gly-OiPr。
13.如权利要求10至12中任一项所述的口香糖产品,其中所述产品包含由所述口香糖组合物制成的口香糖丸粒以及在所述丸粒上的涂层。
14.如权利要求13所述的口香糖产品,其中所述涂层含有占所述涂层的重量的约0.01%至约0.4%的Gly-OiPr。
15.如权利要求13至14所述的口香糖产品,其中所述涂层含有占所述涂层的重量的约0.05%至约0.3%的Gly-OiPr。
16.如权利要求10至15中任一项所述的口香糖产品,其中所述产品包含由所述口香糖组合物制成并且还包含液体芯填充物的口香糖丸粒。
17.如权利要求10至12中任一项所述的口香糖产品,其中所述产品包含多层不同的口香糖组合物,其中至少一种所述组合物包含所述Gly-OiPr。
18.如权利要求10至17中任一项所述的口香糖产品,其中将所述Gly-OiPr封装。
19.如权利要求10至18中任一项所述的口香糖产品,其中所述Gly-OiPr是异构体[((1R,2S,5R)-2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯。
20.一种口香糖组合物,其包含:
a)约5%至约95%胶基、
b)约0.1%至约10%香料、
c)约10%至约90%的选自糖、糖醇以及其混合物的甜味剂,以及
d)以足以向所述口香糖提供良好的凉味性和口气清新性的组合而无苦味的量存在的[(2-异丙基-5-甲基-环己烷羰基)-氨基]-乙酸异丙酯(Gly-OiPr)。
21.如权利要求20所述的口香糖组合物,其中所述Gly-OiPr的存在水平是所述口香糖组合物的约0.01%至约0.4%。
