Abstract

An embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of electronics and provides an information acquisition starting method, an information acquisition starting device and a mobile terminal which are capable of recording voice information and image information of the current environment timely. The information acquisition starting method includes: acquiring acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time, and automatically starting a voice and image recording function of the mobile terminal when the acceleration is larger than a preset valve. The information acquisition starting method and the information acquisition starting device are mainly used for starting the voice and image recording function of the mobile terminal automatically.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronics, in particular to an information acquisition starting method and device and a mobile terminal.
Background
After a plurality of accidents occur, when related responsibility units investigate and analyze the reasons of the accidents, the video and audio recording of the accident site can provide the most direct accident evidence. However, if no video recording and audio recording equipment is available on the accident site, if a construction worker working at high altitude falls down carelessly, the condition of the falling moment cannot be known; in fact, although fixed cameras are installed in many places, video and audio recording equipment exists in an accident site, and clear images and sound cannot be obtained due to the positions, angles, light and the like of the video and audio recording equipment. If enough video and audio recording equipment is to be installed, great installation and maintenance costs are required.
With the continuous development of electronic technology, many mobile terminals now have functions of recording, video recording, photographing and the like, and when an accident occurs, the mobile terminal can be used as a recording tool, but the accident usually occurs under the condition that people have no preparation, so people usually have no time to start the related recording function of the mobile terminal, and the accident has already occurred.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide an information collection starting method, an information collection starting device, and a mobile terminal, which can record sound information and image information of an environment where the information collection starting device is located in time.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information start-up acquisition method, including:
acquiring the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time;
and when the acceleration is larger than a preset value, automatically starting the sound recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal.
In a second aspect, in a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the acquiring the acceleration degree of the mobile terminal in real time includes:
receiving the acceleration reported by an acceleration sensor; or,
and inquiring the acceleration acquired by the acceleration sensor in real time.
In a third aspect, with reference to the first aspect or a possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the acquiring, in real time, the acceleration of the mobile terminal further includes:
converting the acquired acceleration from a physical signal into a digital signal;
and analyzing the digital signal to determine the acceleration.
With reference to the fourth aspect, in any possible implementation manner of the first to third aspects, while or after the automatically starting the audio recording and video recording function of the mobile terminal, the method further includes:
and recording at least one of the acceleration, the temperature value, the time information and the position information.
In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information acquisition starting apparatus, including:
the mobile terminal comprises an acquisition unit, a starting unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time and sending the data of the acceleration to the starting unit;
and the starting unit is used for receiving the acceleration data sent by the acquisition unit, and automatically starting the sound recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal when the acceleration is greater than a preset value.

the sensing subunit is used for sensing the acceleration of the mobile terminal and acquiring the data of the acceleration; further comprising:

In an eighth aspect, in a possible implementation manner of any one of the fifth to seventh aspects, the method further includes:
and the recording unit is used for recording at least one of the acceleration, the temperature value, the time information and the position information while or after the starting unit automatically starts the sound recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal.
In a ninth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile terminal, including: a sound recording module, a video recording module, and the information acquisition starting device of any one of the above items,
the starting unit of the information acquisition starting device automatically starts the recording and videotaping functions as follows: the starting unit automatically sends a starting command to the sound recording module and the video recording module;
the recording module is used for recording and storing sound information after receiving a starting command of the information acquisition starting device starting unit;
and the video recording module is used for recording and storing the video information after receiving the starting command of the information acquisition starting device starting unit.
In the above scheme, when the mobile terminal performs the acceleration motion, if the acceleration of the mobile terminal is greater than the preset value, the mobile terminal automatically starts the recording and video recording functions, and records the sound information and the image information of the environment in time.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an information acquisition starting method, which can be applied to a mobile terminal, such as a mobile terminal, and can also be applied to other equipment, such as an airplane, an automobile, a train, a ship and the like, and the method is described in detail below by combining specific examples, as shown in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
101. acquiring the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time;
in this embodiment, the method is used for a mobile terminal as an example, and various operations performed by the mobile terminal may be performed by other devices or corresponding components on other devices when the method is applied to other devices.
And executing step 102 when the acceleration of the mobile terminal is greater than a preset value, otherwise, executing step 101.
Specifically, step 101 may be implemented by an acceleration sensor, which may be a gyroscope, a G-sensor (Gravity-sensor), or other auxiliary positioning device that can be used to detect acceleration.
In this embodiment, the acceleration sensor uses a gyroscope, and the mobile terminal obtains the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time through the gyroscope.
Specifically, optionally, the obtaining, by the mobile terminal, the self acceleration in real time through the acceleration sensor includes, but is not limited to, the following two modes:
in the first mode, the mobile terminal receives the acceleration reported by the acceleration sensor;
or,
in the second mode, the mobile terminal queries the acceleration obtained by the acceleration sensor in real time.
After acquiring the acceleration, the mobile terminal may perform the following operations:
1. the mobile terminal converts the detected acceleration from a physical signal into a digital signal;
2. and the mobile terminal analyzes the digital signal and determines the acceleration.
102. And automatically starting the recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal automatically starts the recording and video recording functions, and records the current sound and images through the built-in recording and video recording equipment.
Further optionally, in order to facilitate later analysis of the environment where the mobile terminal is located, while or after the mobile terminal automatically starts the sound recording and video recording functions (only shown in fig. 1), step 103 may be further included:
103. and recording at least one of acceleration, temperature value and time information.
If necessary, the mobile terminal may record at least one of acceleration, temperature value, and time information, and of course, may record any other conceivable information if necessary.
In the above scheme, when the mobile terminal performs an accelerated motion, if the acceleration of the mobile terminal is greater than a preset value, the mobile terminal automatically starts the recording and videoing functions, records the sound information and the image information of the environment in time, and provides a field basis for analyzing the environment and the condition of the mobile terminal.
In order to implement the information acquisition method in a coordinated manner, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information acquisition starting apparatus, as shown in fig. 2, including:
the acquiring unit 21 is used for acquiring the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time and sending the data of the acceleration to the starting unit 22;
and the starting unit 22 is configured to receive the acceleration data sent by the obtaining unit 21, and automatically start the recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal when the acceleration is greater than a preset value.
The obtaining unit 21 may have the following two implementation manners:
first, the acquiring unit 21 includes:
a sensing subunit 211, configured to sense an acceleration of the mobile terminal, and acquire data of the acceleration;
the receiving subunit 212 is configured to receive data of the acceleration reported by the sensing subunit 211.
Secondly, the acquiring unit 21 includes:
a sensing subunit 211, configured to sense an acceleration of the mobile terminal, and acquire data of the acceleration;
an inquiring subunit 213, configured to inquire, in real time, data of the acceleration sensed by the sensing subunit 211.
The two implementations of the obtaining unit 21 may be implemented in the same embodiment (as shown in fig. 2) or may be implemented in different embodiments.
Further optionally, the obtaining unit 21 further includes:
the conversion subunit 214 is configured to convert the acquired acceleration from a physical signal to a digital signal, and send the digital signal to the analysis subunit;
and the analyzing subunit 215 is configured to receive the digital signal received by the converting subunit, analyze the digital signal, and determine an acceleration.
The acceleration sensor may be a gyroscope, a G-sensor (Gravity sensor), or other auxiliary positioning devices that may be used to detect acceleration.
Preferably, the information collecting device may further include:
the recording unit 23 is configured to record at least one of acceleration, a temperature value, time information, and position information while or after the starting unit automatically starts the audio recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal.
If the information acquisition device is applied to the mobile terminal, when the mobile terminal does accelerated motion, if the acceleration of the mobile terminal is greater than a preset value, the starting unit automatically starts the recording and video recording functions, records the sound information and the image information of the environment in time, and provides a site basis for analyzing the environment and the condition of the mobile terminal.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 3, including: a sound recording module 31, a video recording module 32, and an information acquisition starting device 33 described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2.

the starting unit of the information acquisition starting device 33 automatically starts the recording and videotaping functions as follows: the starting unit automatically sends a starting command to the sound recording module and the video recording module;
the recording module 31 is configured to record and store sound information after receiving a start command of the information acquisition starting device starting unit;
the video recording module 32 is configured to record and store video information after receiving a start command of the information acquisition starting device starting unit.
According to the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment, when the mobile terminal does accelerated motion, if the acceleration of the mobile terminal is greater than the preset value, the starting unit automatically starts the recording and videoing functions, and the sound information and the image information of the environment where the mobile terminal is located are recorded in time through the recording module and the videoing module.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an information acquisition starting apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, including: acceleration sensor 41, processor 42, camera 43, and audio circuit 44.
The acceleration sensor 41 is used for acquiring the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time; reporting the acceleration data to the processor 42, or waiting for the processor 42 to automatically acquire the acceleration data;
the processor 42 is configured to receive the acceleration data sent by the acceleration sensor 41, and when the acceleration is greater than a preset value, automatically turn on the camera 43 and the audio circuit 44 of the mobile terminal to perform a recording function.
As a further alternative it is possible that,
the acceleration sensor 41 is specifically configured to sense an acceleration of the mobile terminal;
as a further alternative it is possible that,
the processor 42 is further configured to receive the acceleration data reported by the acceleration sensor 41; or,
the processor 42 is also configured to query the acceleration sensor for sensed acceleration data in real time.
As a further alternative it is possible that,
the processor 42 is further configured to convert the acquired acceleration from a physical signal to a digital signal, and to receive the digital signal received by the transforming subunit, and to analyze the digital signal to determine the acceleration.
Further optionally, the information acquisition starting device provided in this embodiment may further include:
a memory 43, configured to record at least one of the acceleration, the temperature value, the time information, and the location information while or after the processor 42 automatically starts the audio recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the acceleration sensor may be a gyroscope, a G-sensor (Gravity-sensor), or other auxiliary positioning device that may be used to detect acceleration.
According to the information acquisition starting equipment provided by the embodiment, when the mobile terminal does accelerated motion, if the acceleration of the mobile terminal is greater than the preset value, the port is obtained to automatically start the recording and video recording functions, and the sound information and the image information of the environment where the port is located are recorded in time through the recording module and the video recording module.
The mobile terminal in the embodiment of the invention can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a reader and other products.

acquiring the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time;

receiving the acceleration reported by an acceleration sensor; or,
and inquiring the acceleration acquired by the acceleration sensor in real time.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time further comprises:
converting the acquired acceleration from a physical signal into a digital signal;
and analyzing the digital signal to determine the acceleration.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein, simultaneously with or after said automatically activating the audio recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
and recording at least one of the acceleration, the temperature value, the time information and the position information.
5. An information acquisition starting device, comprising:
the mobile terminal comprises an acquisition unit, a starting unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the acceleration of the mobile terminal in real time and sending the data of the acceleration to the starting unit;
and the starting unit is used for receiving the acceleration data sent by the acquisition unit, and automatically starting the sound recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal when the acceleration is greater than a preset value.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the obtaining unit comprises:
the sensing subunit is used for sensing the acceleration of the mobile terminal and acquiring the data of the acceleration;
the receiving subunit is used for receiving the acceleration data reported by the sensing subunit; or,
and the inquiry subunit is used for inquiring the data of the acceleration sensed by the mobile terminal of the sensing subunit in real time.
7. The apparatus according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the obtaining unit further comprises:
the converter unit is used for converting the acquired acceleration from a physical signal into a digital signal and sending the digital signal to the analysis subunit;
and the analysis subunit is used for receiving the digital signal received by the conversion subunit, analyzing the digital signal and determining the acceleration.
8. The apparatus of any one of claims 5-7, further comprising:
and the recording unit is used for recording at least one of the acceleration, the temperature value, the time information and the position information while or after the starting unit automatically starts the sound recording and video recording functions of the mobile terminal.
