本发明属于机械设计技术领域，涉及一种出油密封接嘴。本发明包括定位套（1）、弹性挡圈（2）、外套螺母（3）、接管嘴（4）、密封垫（5）；定位套（1）沿轴向分成两部分，用弹性挡圈（2）将其固定在一起形成完整的套筒；所述定位套（1）的内圆设有环形凸台（6），与增压泵出油口的凹槽相配合；所述定位套的外圆设有螺纹与外套螺母（4）连接；增压泵出油口与接管嘴（4）、密封垫（5）采取端面密封方式密封。本发明定位可靠，锁紧密封牢靠，操作简单方便。

本发明属于机械设计技术领域，涉及一种出油密封接嘴。
背景技术
目前，某机型燃油增压泵做压力实验时，由于增压泵出油口为管形结构，无螺纹，靠近端面位置有一圈凹槽，没有可供选用的标准接头或合适的外购成品接头可与之配套连接。只能用软管与管箍组合使用完成密封，此种密封方式拆卸麻烦，且容易产生漏油现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种出油密封接嘴，以满足燃油增压泵出油口与液压试验器接口连接的密封性。
本发明的技术方案是：一种出油密封接嘴，其特征为：所述出油密封接嘴包括定位套1、弹性挡圈2、外套螺母3、接管嘴4、密封垫5；定位套1沿轴向分成两部分，用弹性挡圈2将其固定在一起形成完整的套筒；所述定位套1的内圆设有环形凸台6，与增压泵出油口的凹槽相配合；所述定位套的外圆设有螺纹与外套螺母4连接；增压泵出油口与接管嘴4、密封垫5采取端面密封方式密封。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明出油密封接嘴采用分体式定位套结构，使其能够有效与产品接头定位，并将外套螺母、接管嘴和密封垫组合使用实现管路连接的密封性，解决了此种产品接头与试验器接头连接易漏油的问题；本发明定位可靠，锁紧密封牢靠，操作简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详细说明。
参见图1，一种出油密封接嘴，其特征为：所述出油密封接嘴包括定位套1、弹性挡圈2、环形凸台3、密封垫4、外套螺母5、接管嘴6；定位套1沿轴向分成两部分，用弹性挡圈2将其固定在一起形成完整的套筒；所述定位套1的内圆设有环形凸台3，与增压泵出油口的凹槽相配合；所述定位套的外圆设有螺纹与外套螺母5连接；增压泵出油口与接管嘴6、密封垫4采取端面密封方式密封。
在进行与产品接头连接之前，先组装此出油密封接嘴，将接管嘴6套入外套螺母5中，在接管嘴6与试验器软管连接完成后，再将密封垫4外套螺母5中，密封垫4端面与接管嘴6端面贴合。
本发明出油密封接嘴的具体实施过程是：将定位套1套在增压泵出油口，环形凸台3卡到增压泵出油口的凹槽内，用弹性挡圈2将其套牢固定，与事先组装好的外套螺母组件拧紧，即可完成出油密封接嘴与飞机燃油增压泵出油口的密封连接。

1.一种出油密封接嘴，其特征为：所述出油密封接嘴包括定位套（1）、弹性挡圈（2）、外套螺母（3）、接管嘴（4）、密封垫（5）；定位套（1）沿轴向分成两部分，用弹性挡圈（2）将其固定在一起形成完整的套筒；所述定位套（1）的内圆设有环形凸台（6），与增压泵出油口的凹槽相配合；所述定位套的外圆设有螺纹与外套螺母（4）连接；增压泵出油口与接管嘴（4）、密封垫（5）采取端面密封方式密封。
