技术领域
本发明涉及排水设备领域，具体地指一种隔除浮渣的旋转挡板。
背景技术
在我国城市中排水管网中的截流井、雨水调蓄池溢流口等处，常常会有漂浮物聚集，特别在雨季的时候漂浮物会更多，不及时清理就可能堵塞下游管道，影响排水，造成城市内涝。随着我国城市中排水管网的建设越来越完善，迫切需要一种能够拦截漂浮物的旋转挡板技术，目前，旋转挡板技术在我国给排水设备技术领域还是一项空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决上述背景技术的不足，提供一种隔除浮渣的旋转挡板。
本发明的技术方案为：一种隔除浮渣的旋转挡板，其特征在于：包括固定在排水管道内的支座和隔渣挡板；所述的隔渣挡板为中空的漂浮在水面上的板状结构，隔渣挡板左右两端固定有摆臂；所述的摆臂端部固定连接有旋转轴；所述的旋转轴可旋转地铰接在支座上。
进一步的所述的隔渣挡板包括两端连接摆臂的支撑板和固定在支撑板前端的中空盒子。
进一步的所述的盒子的重心位于支撑板中心的上方。。
进一步的所述的盒子上部中间设置有可容纳配重物的压载舱；所述的压载舱上端设有通过螺栓固定在盒子上部的密封盖板。
本发明结构简单，安装容易方便，通过浮动的隔渣挡板能够将流道中漂浮的浮渣集中起来处理掉，另外旋转铰接的结构有利于安装和维修，能够广泛应用于各种城市污水管道中，具有很大的推广价值。

具体实施方式
如图1～4所示，一种隔除浮渣的旋转挡板，包括固定在排水管道墙壁上的支座2，支座2固定在墙壁上的方式可以有很多种，可以通过螺栓固定在流道两侧的墙壁上，也可以固定在流道顶面上。支座2上设有旋转轴3。
还包括隔渣挡板1，隔渣挡板1以垂直流体流向的方向横向布置在水面上，隔渣挡板1两端固定有摆臂4，摆臂4的端部可旋转地铰接在旋转轴3上，隔渣挡板1通过摆臂4与旋转轴3的铰接绕旋转轴3旋转。
如图3～4所示，隔渣挡板1包括两端固定在摆臂4上的支撑板7和固定在支撑板7前端的盒子5，盒子5为上大下小的梯形结构，梯形的上面的连接板向下弯折形倾斜的斜面，梯形的下面连接板向上弯折形成倾斜的斜面，盒子5的重心保持在支撑板7水平中心线的上方位置，因为摆臂4固定在隔渣挡板1两侧的最上端，总体构造可以保证隔渣挡板1在水中漂浮时的稳定性。
盒子5上部中间设置有可容纳配重物的压载舱9，压载舱9上端设有通过螺栓固定在盒子5上部的密封盖板8。通过在压载舱9中配重可以进一步调节隔渣挡板1在水中漂浮的高度，也可以进一步调节隔渣挡板1的重心，这样隔渣挡板1在水中漂浮的更稳定，密封盖板8防止压载舱中进水，一般情况下，密封盖板8这个部位不会浸入水中。
隔渣挡板1漂浮在水面上的高度为隔渣挡板1总高度的1/2～2/3，这样设置的目的是一是为了隔渣挡板1能够稳定地漂浮在水面上，另外这样的高度能够将水面上大部分的浮渣隔除掉。
使用时，打开密封盖板8，通过在压载舱9中放置重物调节隔渣挡板1漂浮在水面上的高度，使该高度维持在隔渣挡板1整体高度的1/2～2/3，漂浮在水面上的漂浮物6就会被隔渣挡板1拦截集中起来，再将这些漂浮物6打捞起来集中处理。
本发明结构简单，安装容易方便，通过浮动的隔渣挡板能够将流道中漂浮的浮渣集中起来处理掉，另外旋转铰接的结构有利于安装和维修，能够广泛应用于各种城市污水管道中，具有很大的推广价值。

1.一种隔除浮渣的旋转挡板，其特征在于：包括固定在排水管道内的支座(2)和隔渣挡板(1)；所述的隔渣挡板(1)为中空的漂浮在水面上的中空盒子(5)和固定在盒子(5)上的支撑板(7)；所述的支撑板(7)两端连接有摆臂(4)；所述的盒子(5)的重心位于支撑板(7)中心的上方，盒子(5)上部中间设置有可容纳配重物的压载舱(9)；所述的压载舱(9)上端设有通过螺栓固定在盒子(5)上部的密封盖板(8)；所述的摆臂(4)端部固定连接有旋转轴(3)；所述的旋转轴(3)可旋转地铰接连接于支座(2)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔除浮渣的旋转挡板，其特征在于：所述的隔渣挡板(1)漂浮在水面上的高度为隔渣挡板(1)总高度的1/2～2/3。
