水喷头属于淋浴设备；在阀体内可转动的配装带有上、下密封圈的瓶式阀芯，旋装在阀体下端内侧部上的丝母将瓶式阀芯在阀体内轴向定位，在瓶式阀芯上端部上固装开关手柄，在阀体相对侧壁上分别开设长条状阀体进水口和长条状阀体出水口，在瓶式阀芯相对侧壁上分别开设长条状阀芯进水口和长条状阀芯出水口，所述长条状阀芯进、出水口分别与长条状阀体进、出水口相配合，在阀体侧壁外部上、位于长条状阀体进水口和长条状阀体出水口外侧分别配装扁锥形连接管和控流板；本水喷头结构新颖合理，拆解消毒和喷淋操作使用简易方便，消毒效果好，淋浴水质量高，有利于人体健康。

技术领域
本发明属于淋浴设备，主要涉及一种配装在淋浴设备上的水喷头。
背景技术
现用的淋浴水喷头均采用倒置圆锥体的喇叭状桶体、并在桶体底壁上开设多个喷水通孔的结构。近年来的最新研究发现，上述结构的淋浴喷头中鸟分枝杆菌比自来水高100倍，由于鸟分枝杆菌喜欢在温暖、黑暗、潮湿的环境中生长，而淋浴喷头提供了这一环境。从淋浴喷头喷洒出来的水所含的病菌很容易对人体造成伤害，损坏人体健康；而对那些孕妇、老年人和身体较弱的人，由于免疫力较差，导致的损害会更严重。我国有关部门也做了这项调查，取样检验后发现淋浴喷头上的细菌含量平均超出自来水中细菌含量的500倍以上，并发现有的淋浴喷头上还含有金黄葡萄球菌，这种金黄葡萄球菌是人类化脓感染中最常见的病原菌，上述问题已开始引起人们的关注。而现用的水喷头无法拆解进行消毒处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题，研究设计一种组合且可拆解的水喷头，达到方便水喷头消毒处理、减少和消除水喷头中宜于病菌生长存留环境、保证和提高淋浴用水水质的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：在阀体内可转动的插入配装瓶式阀芯，在所述瓶式阀芯上端部上、位于阀体上端外侧部位处固装开关手柄，丝母配装在阀体下端内侧部上，通过丝母与瓶式阀芯底端部的接触配合，将瓶式阀芯在阀体内轴向定位，在阀体相对侧壁上分别开设长条状阀体进水口和长条状阀体出水口，在瓶式阀芯相对侧壁上分别开设长条状阀芯进水口和长条状阀芯出水口，所述长条状阀芯进水口和长条状阀芯出水口分别与长条状阀体进水口和长条状阀体出水口呈重迭配合或错位配合，在所述瓶式阀芯上侧部上、位于瓶式阀芯与阀体之间部位处配装上密封圈，在所述瓶式阀芯下侧部上、位于瓶式阀芯与阀体之间部位处配装下密封圈，在所述阀体外部上、位于长条状阀体进水口外侧密封包容的安装扁锥形连接管，在所述阀体外部上、位于长条状阀体出水口外侧从上至下立向依次配装多个控流板，至此构成水喷头。
本发明采用组合且可拆卸结构，并自身完成水喷头喷水或停止喷水的控制操作，为水喷头的清洁消毒处理和使用操作提供了方便条件，采用长条状的阀体和阀芯进、出水口结构，消除了有利于病菌在水喷头内存留生长的环境条件，具有结构新颖合理、拆解消毒和喷淋使用操作简易方便、效果好、淋浴水质量高、有利于人体健康的特点。本水喷头还可用于水稻育秧喷洒水设备上使用，防堵效果好，使用效率高，故障少。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施方案进行详细描述。一种水喷头，在阀体2内可转动的插入配装瓶式阀芯4，在所述瓶式阀芯4上端部上、位于阀体2上端外侧部位处固装开关手柄1，丝母8配装在阀体2下端内侧部上，通过丝母8与瓶式阀芯4底端部的接触配合，将瓶式阀芯4在阀体2内轴向定位，在阀体2相对侧壁上分别开设长条状阀体进水口6和长条状阀体出水口11，在瓶式阀芯4相对侧壁上分别开设长条状阀芯进水口7和长条状阀芯出水口10，所述长条状阀芯进水口7和长条状阀芯出水口10分别与长条状阀体进水口6和长条状阀体出水口11呈重迭配合或错位配合，在所述瓶式阀芯4上侧部上、位于瓶式阀芯4与阀体2之间部位处配装上密封圈3，在所述瓶式阀芯4下侧部上、位于瓶式阀芯4与阀体2之间部位处配装下密封圈9，在所述阀体2外部上、位于长条状阀体进水口6外侧密封包容的安装扁锥形连接管5，在所述阀体2外部上、位于长条状阀体出水口11外侧从上至下立向依次配装多个控流板13。在所述控流板13的下端面上设置锥形分流凸筋12。所述长条状阀体进水口6的横向宽度尺寸H1大于长条状阀体出水口11的横向宽度尺寸H2，长条状阀体进水口6的立向长度尺寸L1小于长条状阀体出水口11的立向长度尺寸L2。所述长条状阀芯进水口7的横向宽度尺寸和立向长度尺寸分别与长条状阀体进水口6的横向宽度尺寸H1和立向长度尺寸L1相同；所述长条状阀芯出水口10的横向宽度尺寸和立向长度尺寸分别与长条状阀体出水口11的横向宽度尺寸H2和立向长度尺寸L2相同。
作业使用时，利用扁锥形连接管5与热水源接通；用手转动开关手柄1驱动瓶式阀芯4在阀体2内转动，使瓶式阀芯4上的长条状阀芯进水口7和长条状阀芯出水口10分别与阀体2上的长条状阀体进水口6和长条状阀体出水口11重合，实现温水喷出，在控流板13和锥形分流凸筋12控制下，温水形成多层均布扇形水面散开，保证喷淋质量。调节长条状阀芯进、出水口7、10分别与长条状阀体进、出水口6、11的重合面积，实现水量大小调节。长条状阀体进水口6的横宽尺寸H1大于长条状阀体出水口11的横宽尺寸H2和长条状阀体进水口6的立长尺寸L1小于长条状阀体出水口11的立长尺寸L2可保证出水成扇形面喷淋，提高喷淋效果。拆下丝母8，将瓶式阀芯4和开关手柄1与阀体2分离，便于水喷头的定期消毒灭菌处理和清洁作业，消除病菌生存。

Claims (3)

1.一种水喷头，在阀体(2)内可转动的插入配装瓶式阀芯(4)，其特征在于：在所述瓶式阀芯(4)上端部上、位于阀体(2)上端外侧部位处固装开关手柄(1)，丝母(8)配装在阀体(2)下端内侧部上，通过丝母(8)与瓶式阀芯(4)底端部的接触配合，将瓶式阀芯(4)在阀体(2)内轴向定位，在阀体(2)相对侧壁上分别开设长条状阀体进水口(6)和长条状阀体出水口(11)，在瓶式阀芯(4)相对侧壁上分别开设长条状阀芯进水口(7)和长条状阀芯出水口(10)，所述长条状阀芯进水口(7)和长条状阀芯出水口(10)分别与长条状阀体进水口(6)和长条状阀体出水口(11)呈重叠配合或错位配合，在所述瓶式阀芯(4)上侧部上、位于瓶式阀芯(4)与阀体(2)之间部位处配装上密封圈(3)，在所述瓶式阀芯(4)下侧部上、位于瓶式阀芯(4)与阀体(2)之间部位处配装下密封圈(9)，在所述阀体(2)外部上、位于长条状阀体进水口(6)外侧密封包容的安装扁锥形连接管(5)，在所述阀体(2)外部上、位于长条状阀体出水口(11)外侧从上至下立向依次配装多个控流板(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水喷头，其特征在于：在所述控流板(13)的下端面上设置锥形分流凸筋(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水喷头，其特征在于：所述长条状阀体进水口(6)的横向宽度尺寸H1大于长条状阀体出水口(11)的横向宽度尺寸H2，长条状阀体进水口(6)的立向长度尺寸L1小于长条状阀体出水口(11)的立向长度尺寸L2。
