制备与服用方法:

组成本发明的各中药原料的详细说明如下:
黄芪:味甘,性微温。归肺、脾、肝、肾经。具有益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿等功效。常用于治疗气虚乏力,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚萎黄,内热消渴,慢性肾炎,蛋白尿,糖尿病等症。本品有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿,增强心肌收缩力,调节血糖含量。黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
熟地:味甘,微温。归肝、肾经。具有补血养阴,填精益髓等功效。常用于血虚萎黄,眩晕,心悸失眠,月经不调,崩漏等症。熟地黄水煎剂,可促进贫血动物红细胞、血红蛋白的恢复,加快多能造血干细胞、骨髓红系造血祖细胞的增殖、分化作用。熟地黄能显著抑制肝脏出血性坏死灶及单纯性坏死。对高脂食物引起的高脂血症,脂肪肝及大鼠内毒素引起的肝静脉出血症,均有抑制血栓形成的作用。认为对纤溶酶原的激活作用,是抗血栓形成的作用机制。熟地黄醇提取物对受角叉菜胶抑制的巨噬细胞功能有明显的保护作用;对抗体形成细胞有抑制作用。熟地黄有显著的降压作用,收缩压和舒张压均显著下降以及抗氧化作用。
桂枝:味辛、甘,性温。归心、肺、膀胱经。具有发汗解肌,温经通脉,助阳化气,散寒止痛等功效。常用于风寒感冒,脘腹冷痛,血寒经闭,关节痹痛,痰饮,水肿,心悸,奔豚等症。本品还具有扩张血管、调节血液循环、解热、镇痛、镇静、抗惊厥、抗炎、抗过敏、抗菌等作用。
白芍:性凉,味苦酸,微寒,具有补血养血、平抑肝阳、柔肝止痛。敛阴止汗等功效,适用于阴虚发热、月经不调、胸腹胁肋疼痛、四肢挛急,泻痢腹痛、自汗盗汗、崩漏、带下等症。本品中所含芍药甙有抗菌、解热、抗炎、增加冠状动脉流量、改善心肌营养血流、扩张血管、对抗急性心肌缺血、抑制血小板聚集、镇静、镇痛、解痉、抗溃疡、调节血糖的作用;白芍煎剂能抑制痢疾杆菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌等。此外,研究表明:白芍对巨噬细胞的吞噬功能有增强作用。
甘草:味甘,性平。归胃、肺、脾经。具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药等功效。常用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性等症。本品有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉、抗癌、调节机体免疫功能、抗心律失常、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抑制血小板聚集、抗肿瘤等药理作用。还可解附子毒。
饴糖:味甘,性温。归脾、胃、肺经。具有缓中,补虚,生津,润燥,补脾益气,缓急止痛、润肺止咳等功效。常用于劳倦伤脾,里急腹痛,肺燥咳嗽,吐血,口渴,咽痛,便秘等症。本品中主要含麦芽糖,并含维生素B和铁等,可解附子毒。
红枣:味甘,性温。归脾、胃经。具有益气补血、健脾和胃、袪风的功效,对治疗过敏性紫癜、贫血、高血压、急慢性肝炎和肝硬化患者的血清转氨酶增高以及预防输血反应等均有理想的效果;大枣含有三萜类化合物及环磷酸腺苷,有较强的抑癌、抗过敏作用;枣中含有抗疲劳作用的物质,能增强人的耐力;枣还具有减轻毒性物质对肝脏损害的功效;枣中的黄酮类化合物,有镇静降血压的作用。
桂圆肉:桂圆肉:味甘,性温。归心、脾经。具有补益心脾,养血安神等功效。常用于气血不足,心悸怔忡,健忘失眠,血虚萎黄等症。龙眼含丰富的葡萄糖、蔗糖和蛋白质等,含铁量也比较高,可在提高热能、补充营养的同时促进血红蛋白再生,从而达到补血的效果。研究发现,龙眼肉除了对全身有补益作用外,对脑细胞特别有效,能增强记忆,消除疲劳。
黑顺片:味辛、甘,性大热;有毒。归心、肾、脾经。具有回阳救逆,补火助阳,逐风寒湿邪等功效。常用于亡阳虚脱,肢冷脉微,阳痿,宫冷,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,阴寒水肿,阳虚外感,寒湿痹痛等症。本品还具有扩张外周血管、提高小鼠体液免疫功能及豚鼠血清补体含量、抗心律失常、镇痛、镇静、抗炎以及强心和升压等作用。

一种调理中焦亏虚型虚劳症的中药茶饮,其特征在于是由以下重量配比的中药原料制成:黄芪25份,熟地20份,桂枝15份,白芍15份,炙甘草10份,饴糖10份,红枣15份,桂圆肉15份,黑顺片3份。
实施例2:
一种调理中焦亏虚型虚劳症的中药茶饮,其特征在于是由以下重量配比的中药原料制成:黄芪20份,熟地13份,桂枝13份,白芍13份,炙甘草8份,饴糖8份,红枣10份,桂圆肉13,黑顺片2份。
实施例3:
一种调理中焦亏虚型虚劳症的中药茶饮,其特征在于是由以下重量配比的中药原料制成:黄芪35份,熟地30份,桂枝18份,白芍18份,炙甘草13份,饴糖13份,红枣20份,桂圆肉20份,黑顺片4份。
实施例1-3均使用以下制备与服用方法:
按重量配比取上述各中药原料粉碎成80目粗粉后平均分为4等份后,每份1袋装入泡茶袋。
每天冲泡饮用4次,沸水冲入茶杯后加盖20分钟后,即可饮用,然后反复加水饮用直至茶水无味后再咀嚼药渣吞下,一个疗程为15天。
一般资料:
2009年2月-2013年2月间,使用本发明对160例中焦亏虚型虚劳症的患者进行调理,患者中年龄最小的38岁、最大的62 岁,病情2个月-3年。随机分为:治疗组100例,对照组60例。两组年龄等资料无显著性差异,具有可比性。
治疗方法:
对照组口服益血生胶囊,按照说明书服用,疗程 30 天。
治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例 1 制得的中药茶包,每天冲泡饮用4次。一个疗程为15天。
疗效标准 :
痊愈 :临床症状全部消失,试验室检查正常。
好转 :临床症状减轻,病情得到控制,实验检查改善或正常。
无效 :临床症状无明显好转或加重。
在治疗2个月后治疗结果如下:
治疗组:痊愈36例,好转57例,无效7例,总有效率93%。
对照组:痊愈8例,好转23例,无效29例,总有效率51.7%。
由此可见,本发明制得的药物能够安全有效调理中焦亏虚型虚劳症。

1.一种调理中焦亏虚型虚劳症的中药茶饮,其特征在于是由以下重量配比的中药原料制成:黄芪15-40份,熟地10-35份,桂枝10-20份,白芍10-20份,炙甘草5-15份,饴糖5-15份,红枣10-20份,桂圆肉10-20份,黑顺片2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种调理中焦亏虚型虚劳症的中药茶饮,其特征在于是由以下重量配比的中药原料制成:黄芪25份,熟地20份,桂枝15份,白芍15份,炙甘草10份,饴糖10份,红枣15份,桂圆肉15份,黑顺片2份。
