Abstract
本发明公开了一种层数可控的大尺寸、高质量石墨烯制备方法,主要以石墨粉或鳞片石墨为原料,具体为:采用插层剂对石墨原料进行插层,初步削弱层间相互作用力,得到不同阶数的石墨层间化合物(GICs);将GICs浸泡在适当膨胀剂中,然后添加或不添加辅助剂的情况下,使层间物质迅速与之反应释放出气体,得到高度膨胀的蠕虫状石墨烯聚集体,从而扩大石墨烯片层之间的距离;经一定的处理,实现剥离,重复离心再分散后得到不同层数的石墨烯分散液。本发明涉及插层-膨胀-剥离的过程,原料廉价,反应过程简单,易控,并能精确控制石墨烯层数,得到的石墨烯片层具有缺陷少、尺寸大、电导率高、产率高等优点,易于实现产业化大规模生产,解决了现有石墨烯制备技术中存在成本高、产率低、质量差、尺寸小及层数不可控等问题。
