本发明公开了一种医用起子,包括起子本体和手柄,所述起子本体呈六角形,所述起子本体上端伸入手柄下部,所述手柄外壁一侧设有夹线槽。通过上述方式,本发明一种医用起子,当起子转动时,缝线跟着起子一起转动,能够使防止缝线缠绕在起子上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用起子的改进,特别是一种能够防止缝线缠绕的医用起子。
背景技术
在伸肌腱止点重建的手术中,医用起子用于将带线锚钉植入骨头内,现有技术中的医用起子,包括起子本体和手柄,起子本体的上端与手柄相连,下端设有缝线槽,手术时,缝线穿过带线锚钉上的穿线孔进入起子本体下端的缝线槽,起子本体下部伸入带线锚钉上端面的孔槽内,然后转动起子将带线锚钉植入骨头,在将带线锚钉植入骨头时缝线穿过起子本体下端的缝线槽,能让一人同时拿住缝线和起子,节省了人力,但由于缝线穿入起子本体内,所以当起子转动时缝线容易缠绕在起子本体上,曾加了手术的复杂程度。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够防止缝线缠绕的医用起子。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种医用起子包括起子本体和手柄,所述起子本体呈六角形,所述手柄外壁一侧设有夹线槽。
优选的,所述夹线槽为带缝隙的橡皮条。
优选的,所述手柄外壁与设有夹线槽的一侧相垂直的两侧面上均设有凹槽,方便手的拿捏
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种医用起子,手术时,将缝线放入手柄上的夹线槽内,由于缝线在起子本体的外部,所以当起子转动时,缝线跟着起子一起转动,以此防止缝线缠绕在起子上。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明实施例包括:
一种医用起子,包括起子本体1和手柄2,所述起子本体1为六角形,与医用带线锚钉的内六角孔槽配合使用,所述起子本体1上端伸入手柄2下部,所述手柄2大致呈长条形,所述手柄2外壁一侧设有夹线槽3,与设有夹线槽一侧相对的侧面呈弧形。所述夹线槽3为带缝隙的橡皮条,能够更好的夹住缝线。所述手柄2外壁与设有夹线槽3的一侧相垂直的两侧面上均设有凹槽4,方便手的拿捏。
手术时,将缝线的一端固定在伸肌腱止点上,另一端穿过伸肌腱止点,再将缝线穿过带线锚钉上的穿线孔5和线槽6,然后将缝线嵌入起子手柄2上的夹线槽3内,起子本体1伸入内六角孔槽内,转动起子将带面锚钉斜行植入骨头中,起子转动时,缝线跟着锚钉和起子一起转动,最后将缝线穿过伸肌腱止点,并且在伸肌腱止点的上端与缝线的另一端进行打结,使伸肌腱止点固定在骨头表面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种医用起子,手术时,将缝线放入手柄上的夹线槽内,由于缝线在起子本体的外部,所以当起子转动时,缝线跟着起子一起转动,以此防止缝线缠绕在起子上。

1.一种医用起子,包括起子本体和手柄,其特征在于:所述起子本体呈六角形,所述起子本体上端伸入手柄下部,所述手柄外壁一侧设有夹线槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜面带线锚钉和起子,其特征在于:所述夹线槽为带缝隙的橡皮条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜面带线锚钉和起子,其特征在于:所述手柄外壁与设有夹线槽的一侧相垂直的两侧面上均设有凹槽,方便手的拿捏。
