本发明涉及一种磨削钻孔用切削液。
背景技术
随着切削技术的提高,切削液的种类越来越多。按其类型大体可以分为油基切削液和水基切削液两大类。油基切削液多采用矿物油、脂肪油、混合油和极压油为原料,一般润滑性良好,但冷却性能较差。用在高速和重切削等加工过程中,因剧烈地冒烟而恶化坏境卫生,甚至有引起火灾的危险。水基切削液具有冷却效果好、可节约能源和提高工作效率等特点,日渐广泛应用于金属加工工艺中,并且有逐步替代油基润滑剂的趋势。其中尤以全合成型水基切削液的优异性更为突出。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种切削液,具有优异的冷却润滑以及防锈性能,特别适合磨削、打孔等后加工中使用。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种磨削钻孔用切削液,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
异丙醇胺15-25份,油酸6-13份,甲基苯并三氮唑4.5-9份,聚乙烯醇2.5-7份,非离子表面活性剂0.9-1.6份,防锈剂2.2-4.3份,钼酸钠8-16份,苯甲酸单乙醇胺1.3-2.8份,硅酸钠0.2-0.9份,水18份。
本发明的优化技术方案是,一种磨削钻孔用切削液,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
