Description

Central air-conditioning system and indoor unit address configuration method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an air conditioning technology, in particular to a central air conditioning system and an indoor unit address configuration method thereof.
Background
A central air-conditioning system is usually a multi-split connection system, and one outdoor unit can be connected with a plurality of different indoor units; in practical application, the load requirements of environments where different indoor units are located may be different; in order to ensure the normal communication between the outdoor unit and each indoor unit, each indoor unit must have a unique address which is not repeated with other indoor units, so that the control command can be accurately sent to each indoor unit; if the address is out of order or random, control confusion and the like may be caused. Since the indoor units in the central air-conditioning system are usually shipped without addresses, it is necessary to assign addresses to the indoor units of the central air-conditioning system in order to accurately control the respective indoor units.
An existing method for setting addresses of indoor units of a central air-conditioning system can be used for accurately setting addresses for each indoor unit in the central air-conditioning system by a worker, and specific method steps, as shown in fig. 1a, include the following steps:
s001: the working personnel adjust the indoor unit remote controller to a test state, and unique and different test codes are sent to each indoor unit through the indoor unit remote controller.
S002: and each indoor unit receives and analyzes the test code, takes the test code as a local address and stores the local address in the storage unit.
However, the inventor finds that, in practical applications, one outdoor unit can be connected with dozens of indoor units and installed in different places, and due to special control requirements of some places, the addresses of the indoor units in the place need to be accurately set, for example, the addresses of 10 indoor units in the place are configured to be 0001 to 1010; the indoor units in other places do not have the requirement of accurately setting addresses; if the existing technical scheme is adopted, the address is set for each indoor unit one by one in the installation or debugging process of the central air-conditioning system; that is to say, for the indoor set that does not have the demand of accurate setting address, its address also carries out accurate setting through the remote controller, causes the waste of manpower resources.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide an address allocation method for an indoor unit of a central air conditioning system, which can save human resources and ensure accuracy.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a central air-conditioning system and an indoor unit address configuration method thereof, which not only can manually configure the address of an indoor unit to meet the requirement of the address configuration accuracy of the indoor unit, but also can automatically configure the address for the indoor unit which is not manually configured so as to save human resources.

Preferably, before the outdoor unit removing the address in the legal address range returned by each indoor unit from the legal address range and then using the remaining address to reallocate the address for each indoor unit whose address exceeds the legal address range, the method further includes:
after the outdoor unit sends the set time period of the addressing instruction, judging whether the returned address exceeds the legal address range; and
the outdoor unit eliminates the address in the legal address range returned by each indoor unit, and then uses the remaining address to redistribute the address for each indoor unit with the address exceeding the legal address range, specifically:
and if the judgment result is yes, the outdoor unit eliminates the address in the legal address range returned from the legal address range, and then uses the remaining address to redistribute the address for the indoor unit of which the address exceeds the legal address range.
Preferably, after the outdoor unit removes the address in the legal address range returned by each indoor unit from the legal address range, and then reallocates the address for each indoor unit whose address exceeds the legal address range by using the remaining address, the method further includes:
the outdoor unit also sends an address change instruction carrying the original address and the changed address to each indoor unit which is not redistributed with the address; the changing address and the original address are both the addresses returned by the indoor unit.
Preferably, after the indoor unit that receives the address change instruction confirms that the original address in the received address change instruction is the same as the address stored in the local unit, the method further includes:
the indoor unit returns the change address obtained from the address change instruction to the outdoor unit by carrying the change address in response ACK information;
after receiving the ACK information, the outdoor unit confirms that the indoor unit completes address change, and sends address confirmation information to the indoor unit according to the address carried in the ACK information;
and the indoor unit receives the address confirmation information and then sends the ACK information again.
Preferably, the outdoor unit in the central air-conditioning system broadcasts an addressing instruction to each indoor unit, specifically:
and the outdoor unit in the central air-conditioning system broadcasts an addressing instruction to each indoor unit in the central air-conditioning system through the bus after being powered on or reset.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a central air conditioning system including:
the outdoor unit and at least one indoor unit connected with the outdoor unit through a bus; wherein,
the outdoor unit broadcasts an addressing instruction to each indoor unit; removing the address in the legal address range returned by the indoor unit from the legal address range, and then redistributing the address for each indoor unit with the address exceeding the legal address range by using the remaining address; then, for each indoor unit with the re-allocated address, sending an address change instruction carrying the original address and the changed address to the indoor unit; wherein, the changing address is the address newly allocated to the indoor unit; the original address is an address returned by the indoor unit to the outdoor unit;
after receiving the addressing instruction, the indoor unit judges whether the address configuration identification of the indoor unit is configured; if yes, returning the configured address stored locally to the outdoor unit; otherwise, generating a nonnegative random number, adding the random number and a set numerical value, storing the sum as the address of the outdoor unit, and returning the sum to the outdoor unit; after receiving the address change instruction, if the original address in the received address change instruction is confirmed to be the same as the address stored by the local computer, the change address in the address change instruction is used as the configured address of the local computer to be stored in the nonvolatile memory, and the address configuration identifier of the local computer is set to be configured; wherein the set value is greater than a maximum value in a legal address range.
Preferably, the indoor unit is further configured to store the configured address input by the operator through the dial switch or the remote controller into the nonvolatile memory, and set the address configuration identifier of the local unit as configured; and the configured address input by the dial switch or the remote controller is within the legal address range.

Preferably, the indoor unit is further configured to receive an address change instruction, and after confirming that an original address in the received address change instruction is the same as an address stored in the local unit, return the change address obtained from the address change instruction to the outdoor unit by carrying the change address in the response ACK message; and
and the outdoor unit is also used for confirming that the indoor unit completes address change after receiving the ACK information and sending address confirmation information to the indoor unit according to the address carried in the ACK information.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after an outdoor unit in a central air-conditioning system broadcasts an addressing instruction to each indoor unit, the indoor unit which has manually configured an address returns the configured address which belongs to a legal address range to the outdoor unit; and the indoor unit which does not have the address configured manually returns an address beyond the legal address range as the address of the local unit to the outdoor unit. Therefore, the outdoor unit can remove the address in the legal address range returned by the indoor unit from the legal address range and then redistribute the address to the indoor unit of which each address exceeds the legal address range by using the rest address. In the method for setting the address of the indoor unit of the central air-conditioning system in the prior art, the address of each indoor unit in the central air-conditioning system needs to be accurately controlled through a remote controller; compared with the scheme in the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention can not only manually configure the address of the indoor unit to meet the requirement of the address configuration accuracy of the indoor unit in a special place, but also automatically configure the address for the indoor unit which is not manually configured without performing accurate address setting through a dial switch or a remote controller, thereby avoiding the waste of human resources.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of examples of preferred embodiments. It should be noted, however, that the numerous details set forth in the description are merely for the purpose of providing the reader with a thorough understanding of one or more aspects of the present invention, which may be practiced without these specific details.
As used in this application, the terms "module," "system," and the like are intended to include a computer-related entity, such as but not limited to hardware, firmware, a combination of hardware and software, or software in execution. For example, a module may be, but is not limited to: a process running on a processor, an object, an executable, a thread of execution, a program, and/or a computer. For example, an application running on a computing device and the computing device may both be a module. One or more modules may reside within a process and/or thread of execution.
According to the technical scheme, for the indoor unit with the requirement for accurately setting the address, the address of the indoor unit can be manually configured to meet the requirement for accurately configuring the address of the indoor unit; for the indoor unit without the requirement of accurately setting the address, the address can be automatically allocated based on the address of the indoor unit with the address manually configured, so that the address of the indoor unit can be manually configured to meet the accuracy of address configuration of the indoor unit, the address can be automatically configured for the indoor unit without being manually configured, and the waste of human resources is avoided.
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail in the following with the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a central air conditioning system, as shown in fig. 1b, including: an outdoor unit 101, and at least one indoor unit 102 connected to the outdoor unit 101 through a bus.
When a worker installs or debugs the central air-conditioning system, the worker can manually configure addresses for some indoor units 102 needing to be accurately set with the addresses; for example, the configured address is input to some of the indoor units 102 through a dial switch or a remote controller. The indoor units 102 can store the configured address input by the staff member through the dial switch or the remote controller into the nonvolatile memory, and set the local address configuration identifier as configured. The configured address input by the dial switch or the remote controller is within the legal address range of the bus system in the communication protocol of the central air-conditioning system. How to use the remote controller or the dial switch to configure the address of the indoor unit can adopt the prior art method, which is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again.
After the addresses of some indoor units are manually configured, in order to save labor and improve the installation efficiency of the central air conditioning system, the outdoor unit 101 may automatically assign addresses to other indoor units:
the outdoor unit 101 broadcasts an addressing instruction to each indoor unit 102; after the address in the legal address range returned by the indoor unit 102 is removed from the legal address range, the remaining address is used for reallocating the address for each indoor unit 102 with the address exceeding the legal address range; then, for each indoor unit 102 with the re-allocated address, sending an address change instruction carrying the original address and the changed address to the indoor unit 102; wherein, the changed address is the address reallocated by the indoor unit 102; the original address is an address returned from the indoor unit 102 to the outdoor unit 101. In practical application, the outdoor unit 101 may further send an address change instruction carrying an original address and a change address to each indoor unit 102 to which an address is not newly allocated; the change address and the original address are both addresses returned by the indoor unit 102.
After receiving an addressing instruction sent by the outdoor unit 101, the indoor unit 102 judges whether an address configuration identifier of the local unit is configured; if yes, returning the configured address stored locally to the outdoor unit 101; otherwise, generating a non-negative random number, adding the random number and a set numerical value, storing the sum as the address of the machine, and returning the sum to the outdoor unit 101; after receiving the address change instruction, if the original address in the received address change instruction is confirmed to be the same as the address stored by the local computer, the change address in the address change instruction is used as the configured address of the local computer to be stored in the nonvolatile memory, and the address configuration identifier of the local computer is set to be configured; wherein the set value is greater than the maximum value in the legal address range. Therefore, for the indoor units which do not have the requirement of accurately controlling the addresses and are not manually configured, the automatic address configuration can be realized through the embodiment of the invention, and compared with the existing method that the addresses of all the indoor units in the central air-conditioning system need to be accurately controlled through a remote controller, the method saves the human resources.
Based on the central air conditioning system, the specific method for configuring the address of the indoor unit of the central air conditioning system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2a, may specifically include the following steps:
s201: an outdoor unit in the central air-conditioning system broadcasts an addressing instruction to each indoor unit.
Specifically, the outdoor unit 101 in the central air conditioning system may broadcast an addressing command to each indoor unit 102 in the central air conditioning system through the bus after being powered on or reset, as shown in fig. 2b, so as to obtain the current address configuration of each indoor unit 102 in the central air conditioning system.
S202: the indoor unit receiving the addressing instruction sent by the outdoor unit judges whether the address configuration identifier of the indoor unit is configured or not; if yes, go to step S203; otherwise, step S204 is executed.
Specifically, for each indoor unit 102 in the central air-conditioning system, after receiving an addressing instruction sent by the outdoor unit 101, it may be determined whether an address configuration identifier of the local unit is configured, and if so, step S203 may be executed; otherwise, step S204 is executed.
S203: and the indoor unit which receives the addressing command sent by the outdoor unit returns the configured address stored locally to the outdoor unit.
Specifically, for each indoor unit 102 whose address configuration identifier is configured, a configured address stored locally may be returned to the outdoor unit 101; the configured address is specifically a configured address input by a user through a dial switch or a remote controller.
S204: the indoor unit which receives the addressing command sent by the outdoor unit generates a nonnegative random number, adds the random number and a set numerical value, stores the random number as the address of the indoor unit and returns the address to the outdoor unit.
Specifically, for each indoor unit 102 whose address configuration identifier is not already configured, that is, each indoor unit 102 whose address is not manually configured, after receiving an addressing instruction sent by the outdoor unit 101, a non-negative random number is randomly generated, the random number is added to a set value, the added value is stored as the address of the local unit, and the address of the local unit is returned to the outdoor unit 101. Wherein the set value is greater than the maximum value in the legal address range. Thus, the local address obtained by adding the non-negative random number to the maximum value in the legal address range exceeds the legal address range.
S205: and after the outdoor unit removes the address in each returned legal address range from the legal address range, the remaining addresses are used for reallocating the addresses for the indoor units of which the addresses exceed the legal address range.
Specifically, after the outdoor unit 101 in the central air-conditioning system receives the address returned by each indoor unit 102 within the set time period of sending the addressing command, it may determine whether all returned addresses exceed the legal address range according to the legal address range, so as to divide the indoor units 102 whose addresses belong to the legal address range and the indoor units 102 whose addresses exceed the legal address range from the indoor units 102 whose addresses return.
If the result of the determination is yes, that is, there are indoor units 102 that are not configured manually in the central air conditioning system, the address in each returned legal address range can be removed from the legal address range, and then addresses are reallocated to the indoor units 102 whose addresses exceed the legal address range by using the addresses remaining in the legal address range. In this way, the addresses assigned to the indoor units 102 by the outdoor unit 101 in the central air-conditioning system can all be in the valid address range. In practical applications, the address allocated to the indoor unit 102 capable of manually allocating an address may be overlapped with the addresses allocated to other indoor units 102, and for this reason, the outdoor unit 101 may perform alarm processing. For example, information of indoor units with the same address, such as the number, model, or installation location information of the indoor units, may be displayed to notify the operator to manually reconfigure the address of the indoor unit with the same address, thereby preventing address conflict of the indoor units.
S206: and the outdoor unit sends an address change instruction carrying the original address and the changed address to each indoor unit with the re-allocated address.
Specifically, for each indoor unit 102 with the re-assigned address, the outdoor unit 101 may send an address change instruction carrying the original address and the changed address to the indoor unit 102; wherein, the changed address is the address reallocated by the indoor unit 102; the original address is an address returned by the indoor unit 102 to the outdoor unit 101, that is, an address out of a legal address range. In practical applications, for each indoor unit 102 to which an address is not reallocated, the outdoor unit 101 may also send an address change instruction carrying an original address and a changed address to the indoor unit 102; the change address and the original address are both addresses returned by the indoor unit 102, that is, addresses belonging to a legal address range. In this way, the indoor unit 102 that manually configures the address can maintain the address set by itself, and the accuracy of address configuration of the indoor unit 102 is satisfied.
S207: the indoor unit which receives the address change command uses the change address in the address change command as the configured address of the local unit to store the change address in the address change command in the nonvolatile memory when confirming that the original address in the received address change command is the same as the stored local address, and sets the address configuration identifier of the local unit as configured.
Specifically, each indoor unit 102 in the central air-conditioning system, after receiving an address change command sent by the outdoor unit 101, determines whether an original address carried in the address change command is the same as an address stored by the local unit, and if so, stores the change address carried in the address change command in a nonvolatile memory as a configured address of the local unit, and sets an address configuration identifier of the local unit to be configured. In this way, the indoor unit 102 that is not manually configured obtains the address automatically allocated by the outdoor unit 101, and does not need to set the address through a dial switch or a remote controller, thereby greatly saving human resources.
In practical application, in the method for configuring the address of the indoor unit in the central air conditioning system according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2b, after the indoor unit 102 that receives the address change instruction confirms that the original address in the received address change instruction is the same as the address stored in the local unit, the indoor unit 102 may further carry the change address obtained from the address change instruction in ACK (Acknowledgement) information and return the change address to the outdoor unit 101; then, after receiving the ACK message sent by the indoor unit 102, the outdoor unit 101 confirms that the indoor unit 102 completes address change, and sends address confirmation information to the indoor unit 102 according to the address carried in the ACK message; the indoor unit 102 receives the address acknowledgement information and then retransmits the ACK information. In this way, the outdoor unit 101 in the central air conditioning system completes automatic address assignment to each indoor unit 102 that is not manually configured.
According to the technical scheme, after the outdoor unit in the central air-conditioning system broadcasts the addressing command to each indoor unit, the indoor unit which has manually configured the address returns the configured address which belongs to the legal address range to the outdoor unit; and the indoor unit which does not have the address configured manually returns an address beyond the legal address range as the address of the local unit to the outdoor unit. Therefore, the outdoor unit can remove the address in the legal address range returned by the indoor unit from the legal address range and then use the remaining address to redistribute the address for the indoor unit of which each address exceeds the legal address range. In the method for setting the address of the indoor unit of the central air-conditioning system in the prior art, the address of each indoor unit in the central air-conditioning system needs to be accurately controlled through a remote controller; compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention can not only manually configure the address of the indoor unit to meet the requirement of the address configuration accuracy of the indoor unit in a special place, but also automatically configure the address for the indoor unit which is not manually configured, and does not need to accurately set the address through a dial switch or a remote controller, thereby saving human resources.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by relevant hardware instructed by a program, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as: ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
