技术领域
本发明涉及混合搅拌设备技术领域，具体属于一种组装式涡轮旋转分散器。
背景技术
涂料、油漆类物料都含有粉末状颗粒，颗粒越小，性能越好，为了得到小颗粒物料，需要对物料进行研磨，通常采用湿法研磨设备之一。其工作原理是物料经螺杆高速旋转产生的离心力吸入，在腔体座内经过与研磨介质强烈的碰撞、摩擦、剪切作用，达到加快磨细微粒和分散聚集体的目的，其关键部件在于分散器结构，但现有的研磨设备的分散器，结构设计不合理，安装难度较大，一般与转动轴为整体结构连接，这样分散器清洗操作不方便，需要将轴密封结构拆除进行清洗，操作繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种组装式涡轮旋转分散器，解决了分散器不便于清洗的问题，设计结构紧凑合理，通过这种合理结构连接组装，有效的将散热器的旋转螺旋套固定在带有转动轴的固定盘中，旋转螺旋套外壳体采用拉开门结构，便于组装操作，也便于日后清洗。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种组装式涡轮旋转分散器，包括外连接盘、固定罩和旋转螺旋套，所述的外连接盘上设有连接柱台，连接柱台上连接旋转螺旋套，连接柱台与旋转螺旋套通过螺纹连接，所述的固定罩上设有连接轴，连接轴穿过旋转螺旋套连接到连接柱台上，所述的连接轴后端部与固定罩后端面通过轴承连接固定，所述的旋转螺旋套上设有多个耐磨突起，固定罩上设有与旋转螺旋套耐磨凸点交叉配合的耐磨突起。
所述的旋转螺旋套上设有通道结构。
所述的固定罩上端部分为拉开门结构。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明通过这种合理结构连接组装，有效的将散热器的旋转螺旋套固定在带有转动轴的固定盘中，旋转螺旋套外壳体采用拉开门结构，便于组装操作，也便于日后清洗。

参见附图，一种组装式涡轮旋转分散器，包括外连接盘1、固定罩2和旋转螺旋套3，外连接盘1上设有连接柱台101，连接柱台101上连接旋转螺旋套3，连接柱台101与旋转螺旋套3通过螺纹连接，所述的固定罩2上设有连接轴201，连接轴201穿过旋转螺旋套3连接到连接柱台101上，所述的连接轴201后端部与固定罩后端面通过轴承4连接固定，所述的旋转螺旋套3上设有多个耐磨突起301，固定罩上设有与旋转螺旋套耐磨凸点交叉配合的耐磨突起，旋转螺旋套3上设有通道结构302，固定罩上端部分202为拉开门结构，便于组装，清洗。

1.一种组装式涡轮旋转分散器，包括外连接盘、固定罩和旋转螺旋套，其特征在于：所述的外连接盘上设有连接柱台，连接柱台上连接旋转螺旋套，连接柱台与旋转螺旋套通过螺纹连接，所述的固定罩上设有连接轴，连接轴穿过旋转螺旋套连接到连接柱台上，所述的连接轴后端部与固定罩后端面通过轴承连接固定，所述的旋转螺旋套上设有多个耐磨突起，固定罩上设有与旋转螺旋套耐磨凸点交叉配合的耐磨突起。
