Abstract

本发明提供一种低温旋塞阀,其包括:阀体,包括腔体和通过介质的通道,腔体的侧壁上设有环形槽,环形槽中镶嵌有阀体衬套,且阀体的材质为LCB、LC3、CF8;旋塞,设有介质通孔,上部设有旋塞杆,旋塞上包覆有旋塞套,且旋塞可旋转地设于阀体的腔体中,旋塞套和阀体衬套紧密接触;旋塞的材质为不锈钢堆焊钴基硬质合金,旋塞杆的材质则为0Cr18Ni9;填料函,密封地套设于旋塞杆上,位于旋塞的上方,阀盖,覆盖于填料函的周围,并和阀体固定,材质和阀体相同;手柄座,固定于旋塞杆的上端;固定块,固定于阀盖上;定位片,一端与旋塞杆的上部固定,另一端用于和固定块固定连接。本发明的结构、材质相辅相成,综合机械性能提高。

Description

低温旋塞阀
技术领域
本发明涉及旋塞阀技术领域,特别涉及一种低温旋塞阀。
背景技术
低温阀门通常是指工作温度在-40°(摄氏度,下同)以下的阀门。一般用于乙烯、液化天然气装置、天然气LPG和LNG储罐及其接受基地、卫星站、空分设备、石油化工尾气分离设备及液氧、液氢、液氮、液氩、二氧化碳低温贮槽和槽车、变压吸附制氧等装置上。
近年来,低温阀门需求逐年上升,应用领域也越来越广泛,低温阀门已成为阀门产品中的一个重要分支。按功能分类,低温阀门包括低温球阀、低温闸阀、低温截止阀、低温安全阀、低温止回阀、低温蝶阀、低温针阀、低温节流阀、低温减压阀等。按工作温度分类,-100°~-40°之间的称为低温阀门,-100°以下的称为超低温阀门(或深冷阀门),低温阀门的工作温度主要取决于其介质温度。根据阀门的使用温度分为-46°、-100°和-196°C三个低温等级。
低温阀门的材料及结构都非常重要,材质不合格,会造成壳体及密封面的外漏或内漏;零部件的综合机械性能、强度和钢度满足不了使用要求甚至断裂。因此,在开发、设计、研制低温阀门的过程中,阀门结构、材质都是必须予以同时高度关注的方面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低温旋塞阀,在结构、材质方面进行同时改进,以使低温旋塞阀的综合性能更突出。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种低温旋塞阀,其包括:阀体,包括位于中心区域的腔体和用于通过介质的通道,所述腔体的侧壁上设有环形槽,所述环形槽中镶嵌有阀体衬套,且所述阀体的材质为LCB、LC3、CF8;旋塞,设有用于通过介质的介质通孔,上部设有旋塞杆,所述旋塞上包覆有旋塞套,且所述旋塞可旋转地设于所述阀体的腔体中,所述旋塞套和所述阀体衬套紧密接触;所述旋塞的材质为不锈钢堆焊钴基硬质合金,所述旋塞杆的材质则为0Cr18Ni9;填料函,密封地套设于所述旋塞杆上,位于所述旋塞的上方,且与所述旋塞之间密封;阀盖,覆盖于所述填料函的周围,并和所述阀体固定,用于固定所述填料函,且所述阀盖的材质为LCB、LC3、CF8;手柄座,固定于所述旋塞杆的上端,且与一手柄连接;固定块,固定于所述阀盖上;定位片,一端与所述旋塞杆的上部固定,另一端用于和所述固定块固定连接;所述定位片呈球拍状,一端固定地套设于所述旋塞杆上,另一端设有第一通孔;所述固定块上设有一突出头,所述突出头上设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔和第一通孔之间通过锁连接,以固定所述旋塞杆的位置。
优选地,所述旋塞套、阀体衬套的上端面和所述填料函之间通过缠绕垫片、隔膜密封;所述填料函和所述旋塞杆之间通过O型圈密封。
优选地,所述旋塞杆的上部侧面设有水平的深孔,所述深孔中设有防静电弹簧、钢珠,所述防静电弹簧将所述钢珠紧密地抵顶在所述定位片上,以避免所述定位片发生抖动。
分析可知,本发明从结构、材质两个方面改进,提供了一种新的低温旋塞阀。借此,本发明不但强度和钢度满足使用要求,而且结构、材质相辅相成,综合机械性能提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明实施例包括阀体1、旋塞2、旋塞套3、阀体衬套4、缠绕垫片5、隔膜6、缠绕垫片7、填料函8、阀盖9、O型圈10、螺柱11、螺母12、防静电弹簧14、钢珠15、卡簧16、固定块17、定位片18、手柄座19、手柄20、锁21。
具体而言,如图1、图2-图4,阀体1包括位于中心区域的腔体100和用于通过介质的通道102,腔体100的侧壁上设有环形槽101,环形槽101中镶嵌有阀体衬套4。且阀体1的材质均为LCB(LCB铸钢牌号,美标的一种低温碳素钢)、LC3(属Al-Zn-Mg-Cu,系超硬铝合金)、CF8(美国ANSIASTM的标准钢材牌号,与中国的304不锈钢成分基本等同)。
如图1、图5-图7所示,旋塞2设有用于通过介质的介质通孔200,上部设有旋塞杆201,旋塞2上包覆有旋塞套3,且旋塞2可旋转地设于阀体1的腔体100中,旋塞套3和阀体衬套4紧密接触且上端面平齐。打开时,介质通孔200、通道102贯通。旋塞2的材质为不锈钢堆焊钴基硬质合金,旋塞杆201的材质则为0Cr18Ni9。
填料函8密封地套设于旋塞杆201上,位于旋塞2、旋塞套3、阀体衬套4的上方,其下端面与三者的三端面之间密封。
阀盖9覆盖于填料函8的周围,并和阀体1通过螺柱11、螺母12固定,用于固定填料函8。阀盖9的材质则与阀体1的材质相同。
手柄座19固定于旋塞杆201的上端202,且与一手柄20连接,手柄20用于驱动旋塞杆201转动。
如图1、图8、图9所示,固定块17固定于阀盖9上。定位片18一端与旋塞杆201的上端202固定,另一端通过一锁21和固定块17固定连接。优选地,定位片18呈球拍状,大端设有长孔181,长孔181套设在旋塞杆201的上端202,上端202的截面与长孔181吻合,以避免二者发生相对转动,并且上端202上设有浅槽203,卡簧16卡入浅槽203,从而将定位片18固定地套设于旋塞杆201上,防止脱落。定位片18的另一端设有第一通孔182。固定块17两端设有通孔172,用于通过螺柱等固定在阀盖9上,中部设有一突出头171,突出头171上设有第二通孔173,第二通孔173和第一通孔182之间通过锁21连接,以固定旋塞杆201的位置。
优选地,旋塞杆201的上端202侧面设有水平的深孔204,深孔204中设有防静电弹簧14、钢珠15,防静电弹簧14将钢珠15紧密地抵顶在定位片17上,以避免定位片17发生抖动。
此外,为了增加密封效果,旋塞2与其他部件之间采用多道密封:
第一道的缠绕垫片5密封,优选为柔性石墨材质,缠绕垫片5位于阀体1、上连接板221、阀盖9的结合处,其可以降低负荷不均匀、接合力易松弛、温度与压力周期性变化、有冲击或震动的不良影响。
第二道的PAT材质隔膜6密封,其位于上连接板221、填料函8之间。其具有耐介质、耐压、耐屈挠和灵敏度高等优点。
第三道的缠绕垫片7密封,其位于隔膜6、旋塞杆201、填料函8之间,优选为柔性石墨材质。
第四道的O型圈密封,其位于填料函8的上部和旋塞杆201之间,实现有效密封。
综上所述,本发明从结构、零部件材质两个方面提出了改进,从而可以整体提高低温旋塞阀的综合性能。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

Claims (3)

1.一种低温旋塞阀,其特征在于,包括:
阀体,包括位于中心区域的腔体和用于通过介质的通道,所述腔体的侧壁上设有环形槽,所述环形槽中镶嵌有阀体衬套,且所述阀体的材质为LCB、LC3、CF8;
旋塞,设有用于通过介质的介质通孔,上部设有旋塞杆,所述旋塞上包覆有旋塞套,且所述旋塞可旋转地设于所述阀体的腔体中,所述旋塞套和所述阀体衬套紧密接触;所述旋塞的材质为不锈钢堆焊钴基硬质合金,所述旋塞杆的材质则为OCr18Ni9;
填料函,密封地套设于所述旋塞杆上,位于所述旋塞的上方,且与所述旋塞之间密封;
阀盖,覆盖于所述填料函的周围,并和所述阀体固定,用于固定所述填料函,且所述阀盖的材质为LCB、LC3、CF8;
手柄座,固定于所述旋塞杆的上端,且与一手柄连接;
固定块,固定于所述阀盖上;
定位片,一端与所述旋塞杆的上部固定,另一端用于和所述固定块固定连接;所述定位片呈球拍状,一端固定地套设于所述旋塞杆上,另一端设有第一通孔;
所述固定块上设有一突出头,所述突出头上设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔和第一通孔之间通过锁连接,以固定所述旋塞杆的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温旋塞阀,其特征在于,所述旋塞套、阀体衬套的上端面和所述填料函之间通过缠绕垫片、隔膜密封;所述填料函和所述旋塞杆之间通过O型圈密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低温旋塞阀,其特征在于,所述旋塞杆的上部侧面设有水平的深孔,所述深孔中设有防静电弹簧、钢珠,所述防静电弹簧将所述钢珠紧密地抵顶在所述定位片上,以避免所述定位片发生抖动。
