Abstract

本发明涉及一种硬齿面轴装式减速机,包括左、右箱体、输入齿轮轴、中间齿轮轴和输出轴,所述输入齿轮轴一端经双油封密封穿接输入透盖上,另一端经滚柱逆止器连接于输入闷盖内;输出轴的两端经双油封密封穿接于左、右输出通盖上。采用相同或对称的左、右箱体,便于箱体加工及通用互换;采用相同的轴承支撑各轴,便于通用互换及支撑稳定性一致,有利于提高减速性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种硬齿面轴装式减速机。
背景技术
传统结构的减速机采用上、下箱体结构,在下箱体上依次支撑输入、中间、输出轴,上、下箱体结构不同,各轴支承轴承不同,无法通用,生产成本高;另外,各轴依次设置,加大了减速机的长度,箱体体积大,箱内无效空间大,增大了生产成本,并且不便于运输、安装。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,箱内结构紧凑,各部件通用性强,生产成本低,便于运输、安装的硬齿面轴装式减速机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种硬齿面轴装式减速机,包括左、右箱体、输入齿轮轴、中间齿轮轴和输出轴,其技术特点是所述输入齿轮轴一端经双油封密封穿接输入透盖上,另一端经滚柱逆止器连接于输入闷盖内;输出轴的两端经双油封密封穿接于左、右输出通盖上。
进一步地,所述输入齿轮轴、中间齿轮轴和输出轴沿轴线方向呈三角形排布。
进一步地,所述输入齿轮轴的两端、中间齿轮轴的两端和输出轴的两端均分别经相同的轴承支承于左、右箱体内。
进一步地,所述左、右箱体相同或对称。
进一步地,所述输出轴为空心轴。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、采用相同或对称的左、右箱体,便于箱体加工及通用互换;采用相同的轴承支撑各轴,便于通用互换及支撑稳定性一致,有利于提高减速性能;
2、输入齿轮轴和输出轴均通过双油封穿接于各自的透盖上,有利于提高密封性能;输入齿轮轴另一端的滚柱逆止器能有效防止减速机反转,提高使用安全性能;
3、输入齿轮轴、中间齿轮轴和输出轴沿轴线方向呈三角形排布,各轴间空间紧凑,箱体内无无效空间,有利于减小箱体体积,便于生产、运输和安装。

图1所示,一种硬齿面轴装式减速机包括左箱体1、右箱体2、输入齿轮轴3、输入透盖4、双油封5、输入闷盖6、滚柱逆止器7、轴承8、小齿轮9、中间闷盖10、中间齿轮轴11、大齿轮12、输出空心轴13和输出透盖14。左箱体1、右箱体2相同,左、右箱体1、2经螺栓连接,输入齿轮轴3和中间齿轮轴11分别对称穿设于左、右箱体1、2的下部,输出空心轴13穿设于左、右箱体1、2的上部与输入齿轮轴3和中间齿轮轴11平行呈空间三角形结构;输入齿轮轴3一端经双油封5穿接于设置在减速机左箱体上的输入透盖4上,输入齿轮轴3另一端经滚柱逆止器7连接于设置在减速机右箱体上的输入闷盖6上,输出齿轮轴3的两端经同样的轴承8支撑于左、右箱体内;中间齿轮轴11的两端经设在左、右箱体上的中间闷盖10封装,中间齿轮轴11的两端经同样的轴承支撑于左、右箱体内,中间齿轮轴11上穿接有小齿轮9,小齿轮9与输入齿轮轴3齿轮啮合;输出空心轴13的两端经同样的轴承支撑于左、右箱体内且经双油封穿接在左、右箱体上的输出透盖14上,输出空心轴13上设有大齿轮 12,大齿轮12与中间齿轮轴11齿轮啮合。

1.一种硬齿面轴装式减速机,包括左、右箱体、输入齿轮轴、中间齿轮轴和输出空心轴,其特征在于:所述输入齿轮轴一端经双油封密封穿接于设置在左箱体的输入透盖上,另一端经滚柱逆止器连接于设置在右箱体上的输入闷盖内;输出空心轴的两端经双油封密封穿接于左、右箱体上的输出透盖上;中间齿轮轴的两端经设在左、右箱体上的中间闷盖封装;
所述输入齿轮轴、中间齿轮轴和输出空心轴沿轴线方向呈三角形排布;所述输入齿轮轴和中间齿轮轴分别对称穿设于左、右箱体的下部,所述输出空心轴穿设于左、右箱体的上部;
所述输入齿轮轴的两端、中间齿轮轴的两端和输出空心轴的两端均分别经相同的轴承支承于左、右箱体内;所述中间齿轮轴上穿接有小齿轮,所述小齿轮与所述输入齿轮轴齿轮啮合;所述输出空心轴上设有大齿轮 ,所述大齿轮与所述中间齿轮轴齿轮啮合;
所述左、右箱体相同或对称。
