Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment 1 of an information push method based on a mobile terminal according to the present application; the technical scheme provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 101, the mobile terminal acquires the attribution of the opposite party of the call in the process of starting the voice service.
The following explains each step in embodiment 1 of the method of the present application, taking a mobile phone as an example only. Other mobile terminals such as interphones, notebooks, computers, smart phones and other terminal devices with a conversation function and a data service function can be adaptively processed according to the special conditions of specific devices. Are not listed here.
For a mobile phone, a user uses the mobile phone to start a voice service in the following two situations. The explanation is given by taking users a and B as examples.
The first case is: and the user A dials to the user B by using the mobile phone, so that the user A is the calling party at the moment, and the user B is the called party.
The second case is: and the user B dials to the user A by using the mobile phone, so that the user A is the called party at the moment, and the user B is the calling party.
Whether the user A is a calling party or a called party, when the voice service is started, the home location of the user B of the opposite call party can be obtained. Similarly, no matter the user B is the called party or the calling party, when the user B starts the voice service, the home location of the user a of the other party of the call can be obtained.
In this step 101, specifically, in the process of starting the voice service by using the mobile phone, the user a acquires the home location of the user B of the other party of the call. A Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, which is a smart card with a large scale integrated circuit (lsi), is installed in the mobile phone to register important data and information of the Subscriber. The SIM card number, i.e. the integrated circuit card identification (ICC ID), is fixed in the SIM card. The home location of the SIM card can be identified by the SIM card number, and when the mobile phone installs the SIM card, the SIM card number determines the home location of the mobile phone, such as: if the SIM card number purchased by the user is identified to be in Beijing, the related information of the SIM will be stored in the home location register of Beijing. Other mobile terminals must also have a subscriber identity number to determine their home, similar to the relationship between the handset and SIM card numbers described above. Are not listed here.
If the home location of the mobile phone used by the user a is "beijing" and the home location of the mobile phone used by the user B is "tianjin", the user a executes the step 101 by using the mobile phone to obtain the home location "tianjin" of the user B of the other party of the call. Similarly, the user B can obtain the home location "beijing" of the user a of the other party of the call by using the mobile phone to execute the step 101. Generally, the SIM card number of the mobile phone includes the attribution information, and the terminal can obtain the attribution information through the mobile phone number of the other party of the call, and can also query the attribution information of the other party of the call through the base station.
The voice service may be a simple voice, or may be a voice and video service, i.e., a video call service.
Step 102, the mobile terminal starts a data service to inquire the relevant information of the attribution, wherein the relevant information at least comprises one type of information.
The related information at least comprises one type of information, and the type does not refer to the format or the attribute of the information, but refers to the actual content of the information. That is, each type of information contains different content. Such as: the related information at least comprises weather information, news, famous scenic spots, star hotels and the like. The weather information, the news, the famous scenery spot, and the star hotel respectively contain different contents, that is, the four pieces of information are different types of information.
The related information may also include any one or more other types of information related to the attribution, such as "food", "celebrity", "famous college", "railway station address", "airport address", "hospital address such as first", and the like, and the types of the information may be preset by a user, or may be preset by an operating system or setting software of the mobile terminal, and may be dynamically set once before each call, or may remain permanent after one setting, as long as it is ensured that the mobile terminal can acquire the type of the related information to be queried before querying.
Such as: the user a, besides concerning weather and major news, also relatively concerning hospital addresses such as a, local celebrities, local famous colleges and universities, and the like, can preset relevant information types including the information, so that after the processing, the mobile terminal searches the relevant information corresponding to the attribution and feeds the relevant information back to the user. For another example: the default relevant information of the mobile terminal operating system is 'weather information', the mobile terminal only searches the weather information of the home location, and then the searched weather information is pushed to the user. From the viewpoint of daily needs of the user, it is preferable that the related information at least includes: weather information and/or news footage.
In practical applications, this step can be implemented in the following two ways. These two implementations are described separately below.
The first realization mode is as follows: and the mobile terminal subscribes the relevant information of the attribution by adopting a simple information aggregation mode.
RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a format specification of a message source for aggregating websites publishing updated data, such as blog articles, news, audio or video clips. RSS files (or called summaries, web summaries) contain text in full or in excerpts. The RSS mode is adopted, namely RSS files are used for updating from a website to a mobile terminal in a simple format. In practical application, the RSS mode may be implemented by installing an RSS Reader, a feed Reader, or other web pages on the mobile terminal or software with a desktop as a framework. The RSS reader may also be embedded in an application already running in the mobile terminal. The subscription function can also be realized by the mobile terminal through an online web RSS reader. The RSS reader can add a website providing RSS service into a channel of the RSS reader, so that the function of subscribing information of the website can be realized. The method specifically comprises the following steps: selecting a valuable RSS feed; starting an RSS subscription program, and adding an information source into an RSS reader or an online RSS; the customized RSS message is received and acquired, and of course, the customized RSS message may be cancelled. It can be seen that: for the user, some interested websites providing RSS services can be selected in advance to join in the channel of the reader, and then the subscription function of the RSS reader can be started by using the mobile terminal to query the corresponding related information. Therefore, the mobile terminal can provide related information more quickly and simply by adopting RSS.
The second implementation mode is as follows: and the mobile terminal accesses a preset website to inquire the related information of the attribution.
The preset website may be a website preset by the user according to the preference of the user and the type requirement of the related information, for example, if the user a wants to pay attention to weather information and major news as the related information, and if the website the user a likes is the "phoenix network" and the "chinese weather network", the two websites may be set as the preset websites. When the user presets the websites, the websites can be directly stored in a hyperlink mode, and the mobile terminal is connected with the network to directly inquire the hyperlinks to access the two websites so as to inquire the corresponding related information. The website names can also be stored in a text mode, the mobile terminal is connected with a network to inquire two preset website names, then the two websites are accessed, and corresponding related information is inquired. No matter which way the user presets the website, as long as the mobile terminal can identify and access the corresponding website.
Such as: when the attribution of the user B of the call counterpart is Tianjin, the mobile terminal of the user A searches for Tianjin weather and Tianjin news on a preset website. There are many implementations of what time period information is searched on a website, such as whether it is set to search for the weather of the day, or whether it is set to search for the weather in the near future or in a future period. The method can also be set to search the news about the day, and can also search the news about a certain period of time in the near future. These may be preset, and the specific setting condition may be set according to the actual requirement of the user, which is not specifically limited herein.
Of course, if the user does not preset some websites or websites, the operating system of the mobile terminal may default some websites as the preset websites, for example: the operating system of the mobile terminal can search corresponding information through a large website such as hundred degrees, Google and the like by default. Alternatively, the operating system of the mobile terminal may also access the website at will, and finally, may be able to search for the required related information.
And 103, the mobile terminal pushes the related information to a user.
In practical applications, the present step can be implemented in the following three ways, which are explained below.
The first realization mode is as follows: and the mobile terminal displays the related information in a text and/or picture mode on a display interface in the call process or when the call is finished so that a user can consult the related information.
If the display interface of the mobile phone has the mobile phone number and the attribution of the other party during the call, the mobile phone can display the related information such as the weather and the news of the attribution of the other party after the implementation mode is utilized. The information can be directly displayed in a text form, can also be displayed in a picture form, and can also be displayed in a text or picture combination form. Fig. 2 shows a display of a mobile phone interface after application embodiment 1. Fig. 2 is only an example, and in practical applications, the mobile phone interface may further display information such as a mobile phone signal strength identifier, a battery level identifier, a communication service provider identifier, a date and time, and the like. Of course, the display interfaces of other mobile devices may also display some default identifications and information of the system, and are not limited in particular.
Of course, the network links can be displayed together with the information, so that the user can inquire more specific and detailed information.
The second implementation mode is as follows: and the mobile terminal displays the related information to the user in a short message form in the call process or at the call end.
During the call or at the time of call ending, the mobile terminal may display related information to the user in the form of a short message, such as: when the call is finished, the mobile terminal pops up the short message window on the display interface to display the related information, and the related information can be displayed in the short message window in a mode of characters, pictures or combination of the characters and the pictures.
The third implementation mode is as follows: and the mobile terminal plays the related information to the user in a voice form when the call is finished.
Considering that the user can not conveniently read the mobile phone interface to display information in a scene such as driving a vehicle or moving, the mobile terminal can publish the information to the user in a voice playing mode. Of course, if the user does not suggest that the normal call is interrupted, the playing can also be performed during the call, such as: the conversation is temporarily set and then the related information is played in a voice mode, and the conversation is resumed immediately after the playing is finished.
For the mobile terminal, the three implementations can be provided for the customer to choose. Or may be implemented in only one of the selected ways. Of course, other implementations are possible in practical applications and are not specifically limited herein.
The amount of information searched by the mobile terminal on the website may be relatively large, and considering the limited size of the display interface of the mobile terminal and the convenience degree of the user in reading the information, the mobile terminal may not display all the information to the user, but feed back the title or abstract or keyword of the searched related information to the user. Because the user can obtain the information which the user wants to know through the information such as news headlines, keywords, abstracts and the like. If the user has further needs, the user can inquire according to the network link; or, the mobile terminal displays all information to the user in a rolling mode. Of course, the specific display form of the push related information of the mobile terminal may be set according to actual requirements. And is not particularly limited herein.
In practical applications, there may be a group call, where a group call is a single call, that is, a one-to-one call service, and a group call is a call service in which at least three mobile terminals participate. The paging situation is explained further below. Taking three users participating in the call as an example, the user a, the user B and the user C participate in the group call, and the embodiment is explained below only from the perspective of the user a.
For the user a, there are two opposite parties of the call, namely, the user B and the user C, respectively, and therefore, the user a needs to acquire the home locations of the user B and the user C by using the mobile terminal; this acquisition operation may be processed in parallel or sequentially; then, the user A respectively inquires the related information of the home location of the user B and the related information of the home location of the user C by starting a data service by using the mobile terminal, wherein the related information at least comprises one type of information; the query operation can be processed in parallel or in sequence; and finally, the mobile terminal of the user A pushes all the inquired related information to the user A.
The implementation process of the user B and the user C is the same as that of the user a, and the only difference is that the respective call parties are different, so the description is omitted here. It can be seen that the present application is applicable to any kind of call service.
As can be seen from the above examples: according to the information pushing method based on the mobile terminal, the related information of the home location of the call counterpart can be obtained firstly in the process of the call service of the user, and then the obtained related information is pushed to the user.
The user of the mobile terminal is not limited to local activities, and if the user leaves the local and then communicates with other users, the information which the other users want to obtain is no longer the information related to the home location of the user, but is the information related to the current location (visited location) of the user; such as: user a and user B converse, and the home location of user B is "tianjin", and when user B goes to "Nanjing" while conversing, he would like to know the relevant information of the visited place "Nanjing" of user B. In people's daily lives, the time and opportunity to leave the home are very large, so the demand is more urgent for users. In view of this, the present application provides a preferred solution.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of an embodiment 2 of an information pushing method based on a mobile terminal according to the present application; the technical scheme provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 201, the mobile terminal determines whether the call partner is at the home location.
The following explains each step in embodiment 2 of the method of the present application, taking a mobile phone as an example only. Other mobile terminals may be adapted according to the particular circumstances of the particular device.
Whether the user A is a calling party or a called party can be judged whether the user B of the other party of the call is at the home location when the call service (voice service) is started. Similarly, whether the user B is the called party or the calling party, when the user B starts the voice service, it can obtain whether the user a of the other party is at the home location. The principle of the present embodiment is the same for the user a and the user B, and therefore, for convenience of explanation, the present embodiment is further explained only from the perspective of the user a.
The user A sends a request for judging whether the user B is at the home location to a service base station (called a first base station) of the user A through a mobile phone, then the first base station transmits the request to the service base station (called a second base station) of the user B through a core network, and the second base station firstly inquires whether the user B exists in a local home location register or not, and can judge through an SIM card number in the mobile phone of the user B. If the user B is in the home location register, the current home location of the user B is indicated, and if the user B is not in the home location register, the second base station inquires whether the user B is in the visitor location register or not, and similarly, the judgment can be carried out through the SIM card number in the mobile phone of the user B. When present in the visitor location register, this indicates that subscriber B is not home. Of course, the second base station may also directly query the visitor location register to determine whether the user B is at the home location. And after the second base station queries the result, feeding the result back to the first base station through the core network, and sending the result to the user A by the first base station. The user a can judge whether the call partner is at the home location through the mobile terminal.
Except for the mobile phone, other mobile terminals also have a user identification number and a home location, and the judgment principle is basically similar and is not described one by one again. Of course, different mobile terminals may be located in different mobile communication networks, and there may be adaptive changes in the determination process, but the mobile terminal always belongs to the area where the call partner is determined to be located. If the call partner is at the home location, executing step 202; otherwise, step 203 is executed.
Step 202, the mobile terminal acquires the attribution of the opposite party of the call in the process of starting the voice service. After step 202 is executed, the process proceeds to step 204.
Step 203, the mobile terminal acquires the visited place of the opposite party in the process of starting the voice service. After step 203 is executed, the process proceeds to step 205.
Such as: user A sends the visited place of user B to its service base station (called as the first base station) through the mobile phone, then the first base station transmits the request to the service base station (called as the second base station) of user B through the core network, the location of the second base station is the visited place of user B, then the second base station sends the visited place address to the first base station through the core network, then the first base station sends the visited place information to the mobile phone of user A, namely, the mobile terminal can obtain the visited place of the call party. Of course, in practical applications, there may be other ways of obtaining the visited place of the other party of the call, and the method is applicable to the technical solution of the embodiment, and is not limited specifically herein.
Step 204, the mobile terminal starts a data service to query the relevant information of the attribution, wherein the relevant information at least comprises one type of information. After step 204 is executed, the process proceeds to step 206.
Preferably, step 204 can also be implemented in the following three ways, which are explained below.
The first implementation mode comprises the following steps: and the mobile terminal subscribes the relevant information of the visit place by adopting a simple information aggregation mode.
The first implementation mode comprises the following steps: and the mobile terminal accesses a preset website to inquire the related information of the visited place.
Assuming that the user B of the opposite party of the call of the user a is not in the home location, after using this embodiment 2, the mobile phone interface of the user a displays the relevant information of the place visited by the user B, and assuming that the relevant information is "weather information" and "news of great importance", the display result can be referred to fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a display diagram of the mobile phone interface after applying the embodiment 2 of the method. Fig. 4 is merely an example case under one particular condition. In practical application, the mobile phone interface can also display information such as mobile phone signal strength identification, battery power identification, communication service provider identification, date and time and the like. Of course, the display interfaces of other mobile devices may also display some default identifications and information of the system, and are not limited in particular.
Step 205, the mobile terminal starts a data service to query the relevant information of the visited place, where the relevant information at least includes one type of information. After step 205 is executed, the process proceeds to step 206.
Step 205 is the same as step 102 in method embodiment 1, and is not described again here.
And the basic principle of the step 204 is the same as that of the step 205, the only difference is that the inquired addresses are different, one is a home location and the other is a visiting location. Therefore, for the explanation of step 204, reference is also made to step 102 in method example 1 described above.
And step 206, the mobile terminal pushes the relevant information to a user.
Step 206 is the same as step 103 in embodiment 1, and is not described herein again.
As can be seen from the above examples: the information pushing method based on the mobile terminal can firstly judge whether a call opposite side is at the home location or not in the process of a call service of a user; and if the mobile terminal is at the home location, pushing the relevant information of the home location to the user.
