本发明实施例公开了一种液晶模组,至少包括有:背板(1);侧入式背光源(3);导光板(2),其入光面正对所述侧入式背光源(3);量子条(5),设置于所述侧入式背光源(3)与导光板(2)之间;第一支架(6),其上设置有多个第一视窗口(60);第二支架(7),其上设置有多个第二视窗口(70);所述量子条(5)放置于由所述第一支架(6)和所述第二支架(7)配合形成有的容纳空间内。本发明实施例还公开了一种液晶显示装置。实施本发明实施例,组装方便,可以减少量子条的玻璃管的破碎风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种液晶模组及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
量子点(Quantum Dot,QD)技术,是把电子束缚在一定范围内的半导体奈米材料结构技术,由大小在1~100奈米(nm)范围内的超小化合物晶体构成,在照明与显示领域的应用,是利用其改变入射光波长的性质,可利用不同大小结晶体控制波长,只要能精确控制晶体大小,便可精确控制颜色,且有相当广泛的发色范围。
量子点已经可以应用在液晶显示技术上,其提供显示设备更广的颜色显示范围,以及更低的耗电,可以突破液晶显示器显示颜色不如电浆与有机发光二极管(Organic
Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)的缺点。由于量子点中相关材料耐热性不足,且容易氧化酸蚀,目前是一般是采用透明玻璃管封装的方式形成量子条,因此在液晶显示装置中如何简便且安全地固定量子条是目前研究一个重要课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种液晶模组及液晶显示装置,可以方便且安全地固定其中的量子条。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例的一方面提供了一种液晶模组,至少包括有:
背板;
侧入式背光源;
导光板,设置于背板之上,设有入光面和出光面,入光面正对侧入式背光源;
量子条,设置于侧入式背光源与导光板之间;
第一支架,其上设置有多个第一视窗口;
第二支架,用于与第一支架相扣合,其上设置有多个第二视窗口;
其中,第一支架和第二支架配合形成有一容纳空间,量子条放置于容纳空间内,且侧入式背光源所发送的光经第二视窗口、量子条、第一视窗口入射至导光板的入光面上;
其中,第一支架包括有:
第一本体板,其上间隔设置有多个第一视窗口,由第一本体板的两侧分别延伸出第一延伸板和第二延伸板,第一本体板、第一延伸板和第二延伸板大致成“]”形,其中,第一延伸板和第二延伸板的端部一侧均形成有带有卡钩的凸条。
其中,第一支架进一步包括有:
第三延伸板,由第二延伸板反向延伸而成,其形成台阶状,用于与背板相固定。
其中,第二支架包括有:
第二本体板,其上间隔设置有多个第二视窗口,由第二本体板的两侧分别延伸出第四延伸板和第五延伸板,第二本体板、第四延伸板和第五延伸板大致成“[”形,其中,第四延伸板和第五延伸板端部一侧均形成有第一凹槽,用于分别与第一延伸板和第二延伸板上的凸条相配合。
其中,第四延伸板和第五延伸板端部的另一侧均形成有第二凹槽,且在第四延伸板和第五延伸板上均匀设置有缺口,每一缺口位于两个第二视窗口之间。
其中,第一支架上的多个第一视窗口与第二支架上的多个第二视窗口一一正对,且每一第一视窗口的面积大于每一第二视窗口的面积。
其中,在背板与导光板之间进一步设置有一散热板,第三延伸板放置于散热板之上。
其中,进一步包括:
反光板,设置在导光板与散热板之间;
中框,位于第一支架和第二支架上面;
光学膜片组,设置于导光板之上,至少一部份放置于所述中框之上;
胶框,包括有横板与竖板,其竖板与背板相固定,其横板至少部份覆盖光学膜片组的边缘。
其中,第一支架和第二支架采用耐热的高分子材料制成。
相应地,本发明实施例的再一方面,还提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括前述的液晶模组。
实施本发明的实施例,具有如下的有益效果:
在本发明实施例中,将量子条放置于由第一支架和第二支架组成的容纳空间内,且第一支架与第二支架组装方式非常方便,故使量子条的安装固定非常简便;
另外,由于在第二支架上设置了第二凹槽以及缺口,提高了其弹性,降低了量子条在容纳空间中的安全性,减少了最子条玻璃管的破碎风险,提高了产品良率。

具体实施方式
下面参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行描述。
请结合图1至图6所示,示出了本发明提供的一种液晶模组的一个实施例,在该实施例中,该液晶模组至少包括有:
背板1,其具有横板及竖板;
侧入式背光源3,其为包括有多个LED灯的LED灯条;
导光板2,设置于背板1的横板之上,设有入光面和出光面,入光面正对侧入式背光源3;
量子条5,其采用透明玻璃管封装的方式,设置于侧入式背光源3与导光板2之间;
第一支架6,其上设置有多个第一视窗口60;
第二支架7,用于与第一支架6相扣合,其上设置有多个第二视窗口70;
其中,第一支架6和第二支架7配合形成有一容纳空间,量子条5放置于容纳空间内,且侧入式背光源3的LED灯所发送的光经第二视窗口70、量子条50、第一视窗口60入射至导光板2的入光面上。
更具体地,第一支架6包括有:第一本体板61,其上间隔设置有多个第一视窗口60,由第一本体板61的两侧分别延伸出第一延伸板62和第二延伸板63,第一本体板61、第一延伸板62和第二延伸板63大致成“]”形,其中,第一延伸板62和第二延伸板63的端部一侧均形成有带有卡钩的凸条64。第一支架6进一步包括有第三延伸板65,其由第二延伸板63反向延伸而成,其形成台阶状,用于与背板1相固定。
其中,第二支架7包括有:第二本体板71,其上间隔设置有多个第二视窗口70,由第二本体板71的两侧分别延伸出第四延伸板72和第五延伸板73,第二本体板71、第四延伸板72和第五延伸板73大致成“[”形,其中,第四延伸板72和第五延伸板73端部一侧均形成有第一凹槽74,用于分别与第一延伸板62和第二延伸板63上的凸条64相配合,可以使第一支架6与第二支架7快速的组合在一起。
其中,为了提高第二支架7的弹性,在第四延伸板72和第五延伸板73端部的另一侧均形成有第二凹槽75,且在第四延伸板72和第五延伸板73上均匀设置有缺口76,每一缺口76位于两个第二视窗口70之间。
其中,第一支架6上的多个第一视窗口60与第二支架7上的多个第二视窗口70一一正对,且每一第二视窗口与侧入式背光源3的一个LED灯正对,另外每一第一视窗口60的面积大于每一第二视窗口70的面积,可以使尽可能多的光源射入到导光板2中。
另外,在背板1与导光板2之间进一步设置有一散热板11,第三延伸板65放置于散热板11之上。
另外,该液晶模组进一步包括:
反光板12,设置在导光板2与散热板11之间;
中框4,位于第一支架6和第二支架7上面;
光学膜片组8,设置于导光板2之上,至少一部份放置于所述中框4之上;
胶框9,包括有横板与竖板,其竖板与背板1相固定,其横板至少部份覆盖光学膜片组8的边缘。
其中,第一支架6和第二支架7采用耐热的高分子材料制成。
本发明的组装是顺序为,先将易碎的包含有量子条5的玻璃管放置在第二支架7形成的凹槽内,然后扣合第一支架6。其中第一支架6的凸条64上的卡勾与第二支架7上的第一凹槽74相配合,可以快速将两者扣合起来,从而使量子条5固定在由第一支架6和第二支架7形成的容纳空间内。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供一种液晶显示装置,其采用前述图1至图6所描述的液晶模组,具体的细节可以详见前述的描述,在此不进行赘述。
实施本发明的实施例,具有如下的有益效果:
在本发明实施例中,将量子条放置于由第一支架和第二支架组成的容纳空间内,且第一支架与第二支架组装方式非常方便,故使量子条的安装固定非常简便;
另外,由于在第二支架上设置了第二凹槽以及缺口,提高了其弹性,降低了量子条在容纳空间中的安全性,减少了最子条玻璃管的破碎风险,提高了产品良率。

背板(1);
侧入式背光源(3);
导光板(2),设置于所述背板(1)之上,设有入光面和出光面,所述入光面正对所述侧入式背光源(3);
量子条(5),设置于所述侧入式背光源(3)与导光板(2)之间;
第一支架(6),其上设置有多个第一视窗口(60);
第二支架(7),用于与所述第一支架(6)相扣合,其上设置有多个第二视窗口(70);
其中,所述第一支架(6)和所述第二支架(7)配合形成有一容纳空间,所述量子条(5)放置于所述容纳空间内,且所述侧入式背光源(3)所发送的光经所述第二视窗口(70)、量子条(50)、第一视窗口(60)入射至所述导光板(2)的入光面上;
其中,所述第一支架(6)包括有:
第一本体板(61),其上间隔设置有所述多个第一视窗口(60),由所述第一本体板(61)的两侧分别延伸出第一延伸板(62)和第二延伸板(63),所述第一本体板(61)、第一延伸板(62)和第二延伸板(63)大致成“]”形,其中,所述第一延伸板(62)和第二延伸板(63)的端部一侧均形成有带有卡钩的凸条(64)。

5.如权利要求4所述的一种液晶模组,其特征在于,所述第一支架(6)上的多个第一视窗口(60)与所述第二支架(7)上的多个第二视窗口(70)一一正对,且每一所述第一视窗口(60)的面积大于每一所述第二视窗口(70)的面积。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种液晶模组,其特征在于,在所述背板(1)与所述导光板(2)之间进一步设置有一散热板(11),所述第三延伸板(65)放置于所述散热板(11)之上。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种液晶模组,其特征在于,进一步包括:
反光板(12),设置在所述导光板(2)与所述散热板(11)之间;
中框(4),位于所述第一支架(6)和所述第二支架(7)上面;
光学膜片组(8),设置于所述导光板(2)之上,至少一部份放置于所述中框(4)之上;
胶框(9),包括有横板与竖板,其竖板与背板(1)相固定,其横板至少部份覆盖所述光学膜片组(8)的边缘。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种液晶模组,其特征在于,所述第一支架(6)和所述第二支架(7)采用耐热的高分子材料制成。
9.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的液晶模组。
