发明内容

按照本发明的两个例子的结构元件的横截面示意性地示出在图2和3中,横截面沿图1的平面II-II取得。在两个例子中,结构元件20包括细长形的内部构件30和细长形的外部构件32,该细长形的外部构件32包围内部构件30。内部构件30具有外表面,该外表面在这个非限制性示例性实施例中具有倒圆的圆周,该倒圆的圆周在这些具体例子中是圆形的;然而,诸如卵形、椭圆形、或多边形的其它构造也可是可能的。内部构件30典型地由木材或纸板制成。
外部构件32由纸板制成,该纸板可以是单壁、双壁或多壁波纹纸板/纤维板结构。如可看到的那样,外部构件32在这个示例性实施例中具有倒圆的中间部分,该倒圆的中间部分包封内部构件30,并与其外表面紧密相联,并且与内部构件30联合地限定第一包心子结构22。两个侧面部分34从倒圆部分延伸,并且与倒圆部分成一体。侧面部分彼此面对且接触,以联合地限定第二分层子结构26。
在图2的例子中,侧面部分34形成两层子结构26,而在图3的例子中,侧面部分34向内部折叠,以一起形成四层子结构26。应该注意,图2和3是在本质上是示意图,并且D1和D2的相对尺寸(这些尺寸为了简单仅标记在图2中)可以与示出的不同(例如,与示出的相比,D2比D1可以相对更长;等等)。这种关于示意性质和相对尺寸的注释也适用于在附图中示出的其它实施例。
作为由图3的构造的进一步简化,但也可以用在其它构造中,例如用在图2的构造中,结构元件可以包括一根或多根加强销,如销40。销(一根或多根)40一般可以穿过第一子结构22或第二子结构26配合。典型地,如图所示,销40穿过且横跨第二子结构26配合。
如可看到的那样,这些侧面部分关于纵向对称平面是彼此对称的,该纵向对称平面在侧面部分34的相对表面36A和36B之间通过。相对表面36A和36B典型地彼此固定,例如通过粘结。而且,倒圆部分22的这些相对表面和构件30的外表面可以适当地彼此固定,例如通过粘结。
现在参照图4A-4C,示意示出了用来制造在图2中示出的种类的结构元件的过程中的步骤。在图4A中示出的第一步骤处,使具有给定厚度T的波纹纸板片50与细长形构件相接触,该细长形构件在最终结构元件中构成内部构件30,并且相应地同一附图标记用来指示这个构件。然后,如图4B所示,纸板片通过使它抵靠构件30按压而变形,以最终包裹构件30,如图4C所示。变形使波纹纸板片50受压,并且使它压缩,并因此其厚度沿板片变化,最小厚度T′在顶部24处,并且朝侧面部分的边缘逐渐增大,这些侧面部分保持原始厚度T。两个一体式子结构22和26的组合利用它们的不同构造提供了改进的机械性能,这些机械性能包括结构元件20的增强的负载承受和抗弯能力。典型地,这些改进的性能也是结构元件内的非均匀密度的结果,该非均匀密度由具有不同密度的不同构件的组合得到,并且典型地也由沿外部构件的非均匀密度得到。例如,这样的改进的性能与基准结构元件的负载承受或抗弯能力相比,提供了负载承受或抗弯能力值的至少2倍、5倍或甚至10倍增大,该基准结构元件具有相同的整体重量和长度,但与本发明的结构元件相反,具有大体均匀的密度。
外部构件32的可选择构造示意地示出在图5-7中。在图5中,外部构件32由两个波纹纸板片制成,这两个波纹纸板片变形成外部构件的两个相对部分60A和60B。在图6中,与图5的构造不同,将侧面部分以与图3中相似的方式折叠。在图7中,纸板片绕构件30包裹两次,一次以与在图4A-4B中示出的相似的方式,然后将侧面部分沿相反方向在62A和62B处折叠,以绕构件30形成另一个层。
在图2、3、5-7中示出的构造中,变形而形成外部构件32的纸板片可以是单壁、双壁或多壁波纹纸板片。
现在参照图8,说明自行车的一部分,该自行车具有车架70,该车架70具有按照本发明实施例构造的的多个结构元件20。应该理解,结构元件可以具有实施本发明的特征的相同或不同构造。如可注意到的那样,结构元件可以构造有不同的几何形状,并且也可以通过粘结、通过加强销的使用或通过任何其它连机构的使用接合到其它元件。
Claims (40)
1.一种结构元件,包括:
细长形的内部构件和细长形的外部构件,该外部构件包围所述内部构件,
所述内部构件具有外表面,该外表面具有倒圆的圆周,
所述外部构件由纸板制成,并且包括:倒圆部分,所述倒圆部分包封内部构件,与内部构件的外表面紧密相联,并且与所述内部构件联合地限定第一包心子结构;和两个侧面部分,所述两个侧面部分从倒圆部分延伸并与倒圆部分成一体,并且所述两个侧面部分彼此面对且接触,以联合地限定第二分层子结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构元件,具有的负载承受性能或抗弯性能比所述内部构件的负载承受性能或抗弯性能显著地大。
3.根据权利要求2所述的结构元件,具有的负载承受性能或抗弯性能是所述内部构件的负载承受性能或抗弯性能的至少2倍、5倍或者甚至至少10倍。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的结构元件,具有的负载承受性能或抗弯性能是具有相同长度和重量、但具有均匀密度的基准结构元件的负载承受性能或抗弯性能的至少2倍、5倍或者甚至至少10倍。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的结构元件,其中,外部构件由单片纸板构造。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的结构元件,其中,外部构件由两片或更多片纸板构造。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的结构元件,其中,外部构件由一个或多个单壁或多壁波纹纸板片制成。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的结构元件,其中,外部构件由单壁或多壁波纹纸板片制成,该单壁或多壁波纹纸板片变形,以限定一体式的第一包心子结构和第二分层子结构。
9.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的结构元件,其中,外部构件由两个单壁或多壁波纹纸板片构造,这两个单壁或多壁波纹纸板片变形,以联合地限定外部构件的相对部分。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的结构元件,具有纵向对称平面,该纵向对称平面在所述两个侧面部分之间通过。
11.根据权利要求8所述的结构元件,其中,外部构件的两个相对部分关于在所述两个侧面部分之间通过的纵向对称平面是彼此的镜像,所述相对部分的每一个限定倒圆部分的半部和相应的一个侧面部分。
12.根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的结构元件,其中,所述侧面部分在它们的第一表面处彼此固定。
13.根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的结构元件,其中,所述外部构件在其不同部分处具有变化的厚度。
14.根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的结构元件,其中,所述外部构件由变形的单件纸板片制成。
15.根据权利要求14所述的结构元件,其中,所述纸板片在其原始不变形状态下具有给定厚度T,并且在变形之后,所述倒圆部分在其顶部处具有厚度T′,顶部处的厚度T′小于给定厚度T,并且朝所述侧面部分逐渐增大。
16.根据权利要求15所述的结构元件,其中,侧面部分具有厚度T。
17.根据以上权利要求任一项所述的结构元件,其中,在所述倒圆部分内每单位表面面积的材料的比重大于所述侧面部分的比重。
18.根据以上权利要求任一项所述的结构元件,其中,所述侧面部分具有基本上彼此平行的外表面。
19.根据以上权利要求任一项所述的结构元件,其中,所述内部构件具有圆形横截面。
20.根据以上权利要求任一项所述的结构元件,其中,内部构件由木材或纸板制成。
21.根据以上权利要求任一项所述的结构元件,所述结构元件能够支撑沿与其纵向轴线相垂直的方向的、为所述结构元件的重量的至少10倍的负载。
22.根据以上权利要求任一项所述的结构元件,包括一根或多根加强销,该一根或多根加强销穿过第一包心子结构和/或第二分层子结构配合。
23.根据权利要求22所述的结构元件,其中,所述一根或多根销穿过且横跨第二分层子结构配合。
24.根据以上权利要求任一项所述的结构元件,其中,结构元件包括外部涂层。
25.根据权利要求24所述的结构元件,其中,外部涂层包括耐火涂层、耐液体涂层、耐划伤涂层以及其它环境耐受涂层中的至少一种。
26.一种包括一个或多个根据以上权利要求任一项的结构元件的装置。
27.根据权利要求26所述的装置,包括由所述一个或多个结构元件形成的框架结构。
28.一种轮式车辆,包括根据权利要求1-25任一项所述的结构元件。
29.一种自行车,包括根据权利要求1-25任一项所述的结构元件。
30.一种用来制造结构元件的方法,包括(按给定顺序或按任何其它顺序):
提供(i)具有倒圆的圆周的细长形构件,和(ii)具有相对的第一表面和第二表面的单片或多片纸板结构;
将纸板结构形成为具有中心部分并且具有侧面部分,该中心部分绕所述细长形构件紧密地包裹,并且使所述中心部分的第一表面与细长形构件的外表面紧密相联,由此限定第一包心子结构,这些侧面部分彼此相对,以限定与第一包心子结构成一体的第二分层子结构。
31.根据权利要求30所述的方法,还包括将所述中心部分固定到所述细长形构件。
32.根据权利要求30或31所述的方法,还包括将侧面部分的相对表面彼此固定。
33.根据权利要求30至32任一项所述的方法,还包括使所述中心部分压缩或受压。
34.根据权利要求30至32任一项所述的方法,还包括使所述中心部分压缩或受压,由此使中心部分的厚度变得小于在所述形成之前所述板片的厚度。
35.根据权利要求30至34任一项所述的方法,其中,结构元件的负载支撑能力或其抗弯性能显著地高于所述细长形构件的负载支撑能力或抗弯性能。
36.根据权利要求35所述的方法,其中,负载支撑能力或抗弯性能是所述内部构件的负载支撑能力或抗弯性能的至少2倍、5倍或者甚至至少10倍。
37.根据权利要求30至36任一项所述的方法,包括将一个或多个加强销插入到第一包心子结构和/或第二分层子结构中。
38.根据权利要求37所述的方法,包括将所述加强销的一个或多个插入到第二分层子结构中并且横跨第二分层子结构。
39.根据权利要求30至38任一项所述的方法,包括对结构元件进行涂敷。
40.根据权利要求39所述的方法,所述涂敷包括将耐火涂层、耐液体涂层、耐划伤涂层以及其它环境耐受涂层中的至少一种或多种涂敷到结构元件上。
