Abstract
本发明涉及一种组合紧固装置连接件,所述连接件分内层和外层,内层由金属丝环绕成螺旋状的多层体,并加工成两测有凸缘、中间平形,外层用非金属的弹性或软性材料,包复内层之外、填充于内层空隙之中,所述连接件适用于采用硬质非金属材料制造的组合件,所述组合件连接处外部有凹槽,通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接,如玻璃钢、塑料的滚塑、注塑、吹塑制造的组合件,所述连接件有容易组合、拆却、紧固紧密、重量轻、生产成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合紧固装置连接件,所述连接件纵向剖面两侧有凸缘、中间平形,所述连接件适用于硬质非金属材料制造的组合件,所述组合件连接处外部有凹槽,所述连接件通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接。
背景技术
采用硬质非金属材料制造的组合件:如玻璃钢,如滚塑、注塑、吹塑产品,所述组合件连接处外部有凹槽,连接件一般采用与组合件相同材料或金属材料制造,所述连接件纵向剖面两侧有凸缘、中间平形,通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接;因玻璃钢一般手工制作,组合件凹槽精度差,因滚塑、注塑、吹塑这类热塑性产品,在脱模冷却后产生变形,组合件凹槽精度差,使连接件卡入困难,如将连接件工差加大,又会使两个组合体之间间隙加大,难以组合紧固、紧密。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:本发明提供一种具有适用于组合件凹槽精度差问题的连接件,所述连接件具有纵向易弯曲,两侧凸缘体可变形,带状体横向抗弯曲力强、抗拉伸力强的连接件。
本发明提供一种组合紧固装置连接件,所述连接件纵向似带状、横向剖面两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述连接件有内层、外层,所述内层采用金属丝、或条状体环绕成螺旋状的多层体,加工成两侧有三角形凸缘,中间平形,所述外层用非金属的弹性或软性材料制造,包复内层之外、填充于内层空隙之中,所述连接件适用于采用硬质非金属材料制造的组合件,所述组合件是连接处外部有相应的三角形凹槽,通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接的组合件。
所述连接件内层还可采用金属带状体通过切削、冲压、锯加工成相似螺旋状的多层体。
所述连接件外层还可套装于内层之外。
所述连接件纵向中间平行部份,外层与内层间还可沿纵向放置金属丝。
所述连接件的内层还可单独用作连接件使用,也可在内层外、部份包复外层用作连接件使用。
本发明的优越性:
容易组合和拆却:本发明的连接件外层是软体,所以容易卡入与取出。
减轻重量:本发明的连接件外层是弹性或软性材料,比采用金属或玻璃钢制造的连接件轻。
减少组合间隙:本发明的连接件外层是弹性或软性材料,与组合件凹槽结合紧密。
减少生产成本:本发明的连接件纵向易弯曲,对于有相同凹槽和相同连接间距、而不同形状的组合件都适用,不必每个不同形状都做模具。

以下结合附图对本发明作详细描述:
如图1 至图4 所示,本发明提供一种组合紧固装置连接件,所述连接件纵向似带状、横向剖面两侧有凸缘、中间平形,所述连接件有内层、外层,所述内层弹簧钢丝2,也可采用金属棒、金属条形体环绕成螺旋状的多层体,并加工成两侧有三角形凸缘,中间平形,所述内层还可采用金属带状体通过切削、冲压、锯等方式加工成两侧有凸缘、中间平形,相似螺旋状多层体功能的内层;所述外层非金属的弹性或软性材料1,可采用尼龙、橡胶类材料制造,包复内层之外、填充于内层空隙之中,所述连接件外层还可独立套装于内层之外,所述连接件纵向中间平行部份,外层与内层间还可沿纵向放置金属丝,所述连接件的内层、外层还可单独用作连接件使用,也可在内层外、部份包复外层用作连接件使用。
所述连接件适用于采用硬质非金属材料制造的组合件,如手工糊制的玻璃钢多段组合船、艇,滚塑、注塑、吹塑制造的多段组合船、艇,具体例如:组合多段皮划艇,所述组合船、艇是外壳外周连接处外部有相应的三角形凹槽,通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接的,适用于本发明连接件。
本发明并适用于:采用硬质非金属材料制造的外周连接处外部有凹槽的组合件。

1.一种组合紧固装置连接件,所述连接件纵向似带状、横向剖面两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述连接件有内层、外层,所述内层采用金属丝或条状体环绕成螺旋状的多层体,并加工成两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述外层用非金属的弹性或软性材料制造,包覆内层之外、填充于内层空隙之中,所述连接件适用于采用硬质非金属材料制造的组合件,所述组合件是连接处外部有相应的三角形凹槽,通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接的组合件。
2.一种组合紧固装置连接件,所述连接件纵向似带状、横向剖面两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述连接件有内层、外层,所述内层采用金属带状体通过切削、冲压加工成相似螺旋状的多层体,并加工成两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述外层用非金属的弹性或软性材料制造,包覆内层之外、填充于内层空隙之中,所述连接件适用于采用硬质非金属材料制造的组合件,所述组合件是连接处外部有相应的三角形凹槽,通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接的组合件。
3.一种组合紧固装置连接件,所述连接件纵向似带状、横向剖面两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述连接件有内层、外层,所述内层采用金属丝或条状体环绕成螺旋状的多层体,并加工成两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述外层用非金属的弹性或软性材料制造,套装于内层之外,所述连接件适用于采用硬质非金属材料制造的组合件,所述组合件是连接处外部有相应的三角形凹槽,通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接的组合件。
4.一种组合紧固装置连接件,所述连接件纵向似带状、横向剖面两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述连接件有内层、外层,所述内层采用金属丝或条状体环绕成螺旋状的多层体,并加工成两侧有三角形凸缘、中间平形,所述外层用非金属的弹性或软性材料制造,套装于内层之外,在所述连接件纵向中间平行部份,外层与内层间沿纵向放置有金属丝,所述连接件适用于采用硬质非金属材料制造的组合件,所述组合件是连接处外部有相应的三角形凹槽,通过凸缘与组合件凹槽相互卡入将两个组合件组合紧固连接的组合件。
