Abstract
一种剥线装置,包括一主体、一滑块及一动作件,该主体包括相互垂直的一顶板及一前板,该滑块可沿该顶板的内侧滑动,该动作件可沿该前板的内侧滑动,前板设有一通槽,该动作件设有一穿孔及一位于穿孔内的刀片,该动作件设有一斜壁,该滑块设有可抵接斜壁的一斜面,一线缆穿过该通槽及穿孔,朝向前板移动该滑块使滑块的斜面抵顶动作件的斜壁,动作件沿前板向远离顶板的方向移动使刀片切割线缆的绝缘层。该剥线装置仅从线缆的一侧切割其绝缘层,可更好控制线缆的受力,使线缆不易被夹断。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种剥线装置。
背景技术
在工业生产中会需要用到大量的将一端的绝缘层剥离的线缆。目前常使用剥线钳来剥除线缆的绝缘层,剥线钳两侧的剥线钳口割入线缆的两侧。由于线缆两侧受力,当剥线者用力较大时会不慎将线缆夹断。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种剥线装置,能较好地保护线缆内部的导线,使其不易被夹断。
一种剥线装置,包括一主体、一滑块及一动作件,该主体包括相互垂直的一顶板及一前板,该滑块可沿该顶板的内侧滑动,该动作件可沿该前板的内侧滑动,前板设有一通槽,该动作件设有一穿孔及一位于穿孔内的刀片,该动作件设有一斜壁,该滑块设有可抵接斜壁的一斜面,一线缆穿过该通槽及穿孔,朝向前板移动该滑块使滑块的斜面抵顶动作件的斜壁,动作件沿前板向远离顶板的方向移动使刀片切割线缆的绝缘层。
该剥线装置仅从线缆的一侧切割其绝缘层,可更好控制线缆的受力,使线缆不易被夹断。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本发明剥线装置的较佳实施方式,包括一主体10、一滑块20、一动作件30及两弹性件。本实施方式中,该两弹性件为两弹簧40。
该主体10包括一顶板11、自顶板11的前端垂直向下延伸的一前板12、自前板12的两侧垂直向后延伸的连接顶板11的两侧的两连接板13、自前板12的底部向后延伸的连接于该两连接板13的底部之间的一底板14、自该两连接板13的上部分别向后延伸的连接该顶板11的两侧的两侧板15及一盖板16。该顶板11靠近后端设有一长形的穿槽112。该前板12的上部设有一通槽122。该底板14向上延伸两凸柱141(见图4)。该两侧板15的底部相向地分别延伸一滑板151。
该滑块20的前端设有一斜向后且向下延伸的斜面21。该滑块20的顶面靠近后端设有一安装孔22。一卡柱23可卡入该安装孔22。
该动作件30呈楔形,内空且底部为一开口31。动作件30的后侧为一斜向后且向下延伸的斜壁32。该动作件30的前侧设有一穿孔33。该动作件30设置一位于穿孔33的中部的刀片34。该动作件30的前侧的底部向后延伸两延伸片35。
请参照图3和图4,组装时,将该两弹簧40分别套设于该两凸柱141,且弹簧40高于凸柱141。将动作件30自主体10的后端放入该两侧板15之间,动作件30支撑于该两滑板151并沿该两滑板151滑动,直至动作件30的前侧抵接前板12的内侧。该动作件30的两延伸片35抵接该两弹簧40的顶端。该动作件30的刀片34正对该前板12的通槽122。将滑块20自主体10的后端放入该两侧板15之间,滑块20支撑于该两滑板151并抵接顶板11的内侧。滑块20沿该两滑板151及顶板11滑动直至滑块20的斜面21抵接动作件30的斜壁32。将卡柱23穿过穿槽112的后端后卡入该安装孔22。将盖板16固定于该顶板11及该两侧板15的后端。
使用时,将一线缆50穿过前板12的通槽122及穿孔33的下部。向前拉动卡柱23,滑块20的斜面21抵顶动作件30的斜壁32,使动作件30下移且滑块20前移。该两弹簧40弹性变形。该刀片34下移并切割该线缆50的绝缘层51,转动线缆50,以将位于剥线装置内的线缆50的绝缘层51全部剥离。松开卡柱23,该两弹簧40弹性回复,动作件30及滑块20复位。被剥离的绝缘层51可经动作件30的开口31及该两连接板13的底部之间送出剥线装置。
Claims (7)
1.一种剥线装置,包括一主体、一滑块及一动作件,该主体包括相互垂直的一顶板及一前板,该滑块可沿该顶板的内侧滑动,该动作件可沿该前板的内侧滑动,前板设有一通槽,该动作件设有一穿孔及一位于穿孔内的刀片,该动作件设有一斜壁,该滑块设有可抵接斜壁的一斜面,一线缆穿过该通槽及穿孔,朝向前板移动该滑块使滑块的斜面抵顶动作件的斜壁,动作件沿前板向远离顶板的方向移动使刀片切割线缆的绝缘层。
2.如权利要求1所述的剥线装置,其特征在于:顶板设有一长形的穿槽,该滑块的顶部设有一滑动地穿设于穿槽的卡柱。
3.如权利要求1所述的剥线装置,其特征在于:该剥线装置还设有使该动作件复位的弹性件。
4.如权利要求3所述的剥线装置,其特征在于:该动作件的底部延伸一延伸片,该前板的底部延伸一底板,该弹性件的两端分别抵接该延伸片及该底板。
5.如权利要求4所述的剥线装置,其特征在于:该弹性件为一弹簧,该底板向上延伸一凸柱,该弹性件套设于该凸柱。
6.如权利要求1所述的剥线装置,其特征在于:该顶板的两侧设有两侧板,该两侧板的底部相向地分别延伸一滑板,该滑块支撑于该两滑板并沿该两滑板滑动。
7.如权利要求1所述的剥线装置,其特征在于:该动作件是中空的,该动作件的底部设有与该穿孔相连通的一开口。
