技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用LPG(液化石油气)作为燃料的车辆的燃料箱。更具体地,涉及一种能够保持其中恒定压力的LPG罐装置。
背景技术
在现有的利用LPG作为燃料的LPG车辆中,LPG被蒸发并随后被供应到车辆的发动机。然而,其中LPG通过喷射器直接喷射作为高压液相的LPI(液化石油喷射)布置主要用于解决例如在寒冷的天气下(例如,在冬季)不理想的启动之类的问题。
在传统的布置中,当在重新装载LPG的过程中LPG罐中的燃料的温度、压力或成分突然变化时,由于产生的空穴现象燃料泵可能失去吸取的能力。
在相关技术中,为了解决上述问题,韩国申请No.10-2010-0097570公开了燃料通过在装载管的前端上形成的液相出口和在装载管的上部上形成的气相出口同时装载,以不断保持LPG罐中的气相侧压力和防止由于气相侧中的压力增加而引起的装载延时现象。

一般而言,在完全装载并且在自动切断装载后随后重新启动(同时在LPG罐中的压力被降低后LPG罐中的压力再次增加)的车辆中是不存在问题的。然而,在车辆频繁装载少量LPG并以低速反复行驶而提高LPG罐中的温度的情况下,如果试图在装载期间LPG罐中的压力降低的时刻重启车辆,则车辆可能无法启动。
由于这个原因,即使在装载期间LPG罐中的压力通过普通的吸取管管道中使用的止回阀而被降低,也要保持车辆启动之前的压力,并且在启动后,热量保持在燃料泵中以在吸取管管道中形成与LPG罐相比时的高压。
因此,当在装载后试图重启车辆时,由于LPG罐中的压力被形成低于吸取管管道中的压力并因此LPG罐中的燃料不能流畅地流入吸取管,因此,不可能重启车辆。
因此,需要一种装置,其可通过允许优选地保持并因此不降低LPG罐中的燃料温度来改善装载后甚至当车辆频繁装载少量燃料的LPG并且在装载后重启时的不理想的启动性能。

喷射孔优选地在燃料管道的上端上形成,以根据装载燃料时确定的比例蒸发一部分燃料并且将该被蒸发的燃料喷射至LPG罐的气相侧V。
第一止回阀可能为伞状,并且该第一止回阀的燃料吸取能力可能不受打开阀的压力的影响。
当车辆行驶时,第一止回阀可被打开,并且燃料通过该第一止回阀流入燃料泵。
当在装载燃料时在燃料管道中产生的压力为设定的压力或更多时,第二止回阀可被打开以将燃料装载到LPG罐的液相侧L。
快速连接器可在燃料管道的上端上形成以便于组装燃料管道和燃料装载单元。
应当理解,本文中所使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其它类似术语一般包括机动车辆,例如包括运动型多用途车辆(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商用车辆的乘用汽车,包括各种舟艇、船舶的船只,航空器等等,并且包括混合动力车辆、电动车辆、可插式混合动力电动车辆、氢动力车辆以及其它替代性燃料车辆(例如源于非汽油的能源的燃料)。正如此处所提到的,混合动力车辆是具有两种或更多动力源的车辆,例如汽油动力和电力动力两者的车辆。

具体实施方式
下面,详细参考本发明的不同实施方式,实施方式的实例被示出在所附附图中且被描述如下。
图3为显示根据本发明一实施例的LPG罐装置的视图,图4至6为显示在装载或行驶期间的LPG罐装置的视图,以及图7至9为显示根据本发明的LPG罐装置的组装步骤。
如图3所示,根据本发明的LPG罐装置可包括:燃料装载单元300,该燃料装载单元300设置在LPG罐100上;燃料管道500,通过该燃料管道500燃料从燃料装载单元300流到燃料泵200;第一止回阀700,该第一止回阀700在LPG罐100中的燃料管道500上形成并且通过燃料泵200的压力吸取燃料;以及第二止回阀900,该第二止回阀900在LPG罐100的燃料管道500上形成、与第一止回阀700间隔开、以及将通过燃料装载单元300装载的燃料排放至LPG罐100。
燃料管道500可包括:液相装载管510,并且其上端连接至燃料装载单元300以及其下端延伸至LPG罐100的底部;以及吸取管道530,该吸取管道530连接至液相装载管510以将吸取的燃料输送至燃料泵200。液相装载管510可由柔性材料形成,例如,具有弹性并且优选地在装载液体燃料时能够防止该液相装载管的腐蚀的塑料。
第一止回阀700和第二止回阀900可在燃料管道500的吸取管道530上形成,具体而言,在吸取管道530的下游侧上形成,并且彼此间隔开。
此外,喷射孔550可在燃料管道500的上端形成以根据装载燃料时确定的比例蒸发一部分燃料并且将该部分被蒸发的燃料喷射到LPG罐100的气相侧V,以及剩余的燃料通过液相装载管510被装载到液相侧L。
现参照图4至6,图4显示了在开始装载时LPG罐100的内部,其中当车辆开始将燃料装载到LPG罐100中时,其中装载的燃料被蒸发并且LPG罐100中的压力快速下降,同时LPG罐100中的温度升高。在这种情况下,即使在重新启动车辆时LPG罐100中的压力被降低,也可保持车辆启动之前的压力,甚至在启动后,热量保持在燃料泵200中以使得燃料泵200中的压力高于LPG罐100中的压力,并因此防止燃料流入燃料泵200中而不重启车辆。
当LPG罐100装载燃料以使液化燃料经由燃料装载单元300通过燃料管道500到达燃料泵200时,燃料可按照图4中所描绘的箭头的方向流动。此时,液化燃料的一部分可被蒸发通过喷射孔550喷射到气相侧V中。一般而言,被喷射到气相侧V的燃料的量和被喷射到液相侧L的燃料的量可根据不同车辆的模型和/或状态而变化。在根据本发明的一个实施例中,将描述其中气相和液相之比为5:95的情况。
当开始装载燃料时,在燃料管道500中可产生压力而在燃料泵200中不产生压力,以防止被装载的燃料由于LPG罐100中的高温而被蒸发。LPG罐中的燃料的温度、压力和成分优选地等于燃料管道500中的燃料的温度、压力和成分。
当燃料被连续地装载到燃料管道500时同时如图5中的箭头所示出的燃料管道500充满燃料,燃料不能流到燃料泵200以连续产生压力,并且由于阀的弹性第二止回阀900被打开以将经由液相装载管510流入吸取管道530中的燃料排放至液相侧L,其中该第二止回阀900能够将燃料从吸取管道530排放至LPG罐100的液相侧L。
当装载过程中燃料管道500中产生的压力超过预确定的压力时,第二止回阀900可被打开以将燃料装载到LPG罐100的液相侧L。用于打开第二止回阀900的压力可根据设计选择被设置为不同水平,但优选地设置为高于LPG罐100的压力。
图6示出了在行驶期间燃料的流动,其中在燃料泵200中可产生压力以吸取燃料,使得当燃料泵中产生压力时燃料被吸取到吸取管道530的内部,以及当施加在第二止回阀上的压力高于预确定的压力时,第二止回阀可被打开,但是由于从燃料泵200在吸取管道530中产生的负压,第二止回阀不能被打开。此外,第二止回阀优选地具有计数器(counter)的形状。
第一止回阀700可被打开,以及燃料可从LPG罐100经由第一止回阀700被吸取到吸取管道530。第一止回阀优选为伞状,并且第一止回阀的燃料吸取能力不受打开阀的压力的影响。
图7至9表示用于组装根据本发明的一个实施例的LPG罐装置的步骤。燃料装载单元300和燃料管道500可单独地组装到LPG罐100。在根据一个实施例的LPG罐装置中,描述了第一止回阀700和第二止回阀900的组装步骤。
图7显示了用于安装第一止回阀700的第一步骤。第一止回阀700和第二止回阀900可在吸取管道530上形成,并且通过柔性塑料管形成的液相装载管510可被压入第二止回阀900。而且,如图7所示,快速连接器570可在燃料管道500的液相装载管510的上部上形成,以便于燃料管道500和燃料装载单元300的组装。快速连接器570可设置液相装载管510的路径,使得液相装载管510能够接入快速连接器570以通过在LPG罐100上形成的燃料装载单元组装孔110安装燃料装载单元300。
图8显示用于安装燃料装载部分300的第二步骤。联接到液相装载管510的快速连接器570可经由燃料装载单元组装孔110突出到外面。例如,由于液相装载管510由柔性材料制成并且当它被拉动时由于其三维路径产生一些间隙,因此液相装载管510可突出到外面。突出到外面的快速连接器570和燃料装载单元300的液化燃料排放部分可互相联接,然后燃料装载单元300可完全紧固到LPG罐100的燃料装载单元组装孔110。
图9显示了根据本发明的一个实施例的完成组装的LPG罐装置。在根据本发明的一个实施例的LPG罐装置中,在高温(约50~58℃)下装载的期间当LPG罐处于最小压力时,罐的装载完成,同时LPG罐中的空气基本被排出并且约20%的燃料保留在LPG罐中。根据本发明,在完成装载后,与现有技术不同,LPG罐中的压力被降低并且在装载期间液化燃料流入吸取管道,因此车辆在装载后能够被重新启动。
根据本发明,即使当车辆频繁装载少量燃料的LPG时车辆在装载后重启,该车辆仍可在恶劣条件(例如,低速超载状态)下行驶,或在酷夏时LPG罐的内部温度可升高,并且LPG罐中的压力将高于吸取管道中的压力以将LPG罐中的燃料以正常的方式输送到燃料电机,从而改善启动性能。
虽然结合示例性的实施方式对本发明进行描述,但是应当了解,本说明书不旨在将本发明限制为那些示例性的实施方式。相反,本发明旨在不但覆盖这些示例性实施方式,而且覆盖可以被包括在由所附权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围之内的各种替换、修改、等同和其它实施方式。

Claims (10)

1.一种LPG罐装置,包括:
燃料装载单元,该燃料装载单元在LPG罐上形成;
燃料管道,燃料通过该燃料管道从燃料装载单元流到燃料泵;
第一止回阀,该第一止回阀在LPG罐内的燃料管道上形成并且通过燃料泵的压力吸取燃料;以及
第二止回阀,该第二止回阀在LPG罐内的燃料管道上形成、与第一止回阀间隔开、并且将通过燃料装载单元装载的燃料排放到LPG罐;
其中,所述燃料管道包括:
液相装载管,该液相装载管的上端连接至燃料装载单元并且该液相装载管的下端延伸至LPG罐的底部;以及
吸取管道,该吸取管道连接至液相装载管并将吸取的燃料输送至燃料泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LPG罐装置,其中,所述液相装载管由柔性材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LPG罐装置,其中,所述液相装载管为塑料管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LPG罐装置,其中,所述第一止回阀和第二止回阀在吸取管道上形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LPG罐装置,其中,所述第一止回阀和第二止回阀在吸取管道的下游侧上形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LPG罐装置,其中,喷射孔在燃料管道的上端上形成以根据在装载燃料时确定的比例蒸发一部分燃料并且将被蒸发的燃料喷射至LPG罐的气相侧V。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LPG罐装置,其中,所述第一止回阀为伞状,并且所述第一止回阀的燃料吸取能力不受打开阀的压力的影响。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LPG罐装置,其中,当车辆行驶时所述第一止回阀被打开,并且燃料通过所述第一止回阀流入燃料泵。
9.根据权利要求1所述的LPG罐装置,其中,当在装载燃料时在燃料管道中产生的压力为设定的压力或更大时,所述第二止回阀被打开以将燃料装载到LPG罐的液相侧L。
10.根据权利要求1所述的LPG罐装置,其中,快速连接器在燃料管道的上端上形成,以便于组装燃料管道和燃料装载单元。
