背景技术
脑溢血也称脑出血，是非外部攻击而原发性脑内部出血，在我国，脑溢血的发病率和死亡率很高。高血压是引发脑溢血的直接原因，但是脑溢血的原因也不仅在于高血压，有的正常血压的人也会发生脑溢血，这与脑部血管的硬化老化有关，因此脑溢血多发生于中老年人。脑溢血的病理分析表面在于脑部血管的病症，或在于血压高低的病症。西医的治疗主要是以治疗脑血管和降血压的药物为主。中医学认为，脑溢血是中风的范畴，人的免疫力、抗御力降低，使风邪钻虚而入，菌毒攻心，打破人体血液平衡，引发高血压。中医治疗脑溢血，以祛风降压的中药为主。
发明内容
本发明的一种治疗脑溢血的的中药组合药以驱风祛邪、抑菌毒、降血压、祛瘀通脉、补肾益气为辩证施治方案，达到标本兼治的目的。
一种治疗脑溢血的中药组合药解决问题所采取的技术方案是按下面的各中药成分和质量比组合而成：牛膝15份、郁金10份、石决明15份、水牛角20份、生地15份、水蛭3份、大黄10份、鸡内金15份、甘草3份。
一种治疗脑溢血的中药组合药中的各药的药性：中药牛膝是祛风类药，能活血祛瘀、补肾、强筋骨、利尿通淋。医学研究表明，牛膝是滋补的中药，牛膝有抑菌灭菌、抗炎镇痛的功效，用于治疗脑溢血不仅能通血胳、还能提高人的免疫力；中药郁金味苦、性寒，郁金有行气化瘀、利胆退黄、清心解郁，利肝益血；中药石决明是一种鲍科动物的壳体，咸味、性寒、归肝，石决明能平肝潜阳、清肝明目，用于头晕目眩，视物昏花；中药水牛角性苦、寒，归肝、心，水牛角能清热解毒、凉血、定惊，用于温热高热、神昏乱语，水牛角的药性与羚羊角的药性相当，在保护野生动物野羚羊方面，水牛角能用于医学上代替羚羊角；中药生地有清血凉血、用于清肝火旺、肝肾亏损；中药水蛭是淡水野生空肠动物水蛭的干燥炮制品，水蛭的主要功效是通脉清瘀、能治疗中风、高血压、闭经、跌打损伤等，近来研究还发现，水蛭有一定的抗癌特效；中药大黄是在家熟悉的通泻火通便常用药物，但大黄除了能攻积滞瘀，还能清热凉血、祛瘀解毒、能降血压、降血脂，是治疗脑溢血的良药之一；中药鸡内金有健脾化散、涩精止遗的功效，鸡内金虽然没有直接的利肝降血功能，但鸡内金对血液中的瘀结成分有化散之功能，并且能补肾增强人的免疫力。甘草主要用于调和各中药的药性作用。

1.一种治疗脑溢血的中药组合药，其特征是按下面的各中药成分和质量比组合而成：牛膝15份、郁金10份、石决明15份、水牛角20份、生地15份、水蛭3份、大黄10份、鸡内金15份、甘草3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗脑溢血的中药组合药，其特征是：一个人服用的一个剂量是按下面的各中药成分和质量组成：牛膝15克、郁金10克、石决明15克、水牛角20克、生地15克、水蛭3克、大黄10克、鸡内金15克、甘草3克。
