一种管桩钢模内壁硬化水泥砂浆的清除方法,用稀盐酸与管桩钢模内壁的硬化水泥砂浆进行化学反应,促使硬化水泥砂浆从管桩钢模的内壁脱落,由此可以彻底清除管桩钢模内壁的坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆;本方法具有劳动强度低、操作快捷、清除彻底、高效等优点。

一种管桩钢模内壁硬化水泥砂浆的清除方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管桩钢模内壁硬化水泥砂浆的清除方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,管桩生产时由于管桩钢模内壁的钢板不光洁,或脱模剂质量不稳定,或脱模剂涂敷不均匀,或混凝土强度偏低,或环境气温较低且未采取静停作业等原因,经常发生在脱模作业后在管桩钢模内壁局部位置形成厚度为0.1~2.0mm左右的坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆层,同时在脱模后的管桩产品的外表面出现粘皮及麻面现象;若不及时清除管桩钢模内壁的坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆层,这些坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆层会与下一次的新拌混凝土中的水泥砂浆结合,继续在离心作业中积聚起来,将加剧管桩产品外表面的粘皮及麻面。管桩钢模内壁的坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆层增加到一定厚度后(2mm以上)可能会出现局部脱落,但由于坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆层在管桩钢模内壁的尚未彻底清除,3-5天后坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆层在管桩钢模内壁又慢慢开始积聚。如果管桩钢模内壁坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆层不及时清除,将加剧管桩外表面的粘皮及麻面,从而严重影响管桩的产品质量和建设基础工程的长期耐久性。
由于管桩钢模呈半圆形,曲率半径很大,而且,管桩的混凝土强度等级达C60以上,管桩钢模内壁的坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆的清除的难度大大高于建筑工程中平板钢模上硬化的水泥砂浆的处理。管桩钢模内壁形成的0.1~2.0mm左右的坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆层,通常采用钢钎或钢丝或砂轮等机械方式打磨,这些方法未能彻底清除坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆与钢模的粘结。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管桩钢模内壁硬化水泥砂浆的清除方法,用拖把等涂抹工具将一定浓度的稀盐酸涂抹在粘有坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆的管桩钢模的内壁,稀盐酸与坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆经一定时间的化学反应后,坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆从管桩钢模的内壁脱落,这样就清除了管桩钢模内壁的坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆,从而可以减少管桩生产中粘皮及麻面的形成,提高管桩产品的外观质量。
本发明的技术方案是:一种管桩钢模内壁硬化水泥砂浆的清除方法,其特征在于:所述稀盐酸是将浓盐酸与自来水以一定比例掺配稀释,至稀盐酸的浓度为0.05~0.75N;用拖把等涂抹工具将浓度为0.05~0.75N的稀盐酸,涂抹在粘有坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆的管桩钢模的内壁,稀盐酸与坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆经1~30分钟的化学反应后,硬化水泥砂浆从管桩钢模内壁脱落,用自来水冲刷或织物擦洗管桩钢模内壁的残渣,这样就清除了管桩钢模内壁的坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:一种管桩钢模内壁硬化水泥砂浆的清除方法,采用这种方法清除管桩钢模内壁坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆,由于稀盐酸的浓度很小,只要操作得当,对人、物、钢模的腐蚀很小,本发明具有劳动强度低、操作快捷、清除彻底、高效等优点。
具体实施方式
一种管桩钢模内壁硬化水泥砂浆的清除方法,将浓盐酸与自来水以一定比例掺配稀释,至稀盐酸的浓度为0.05~0.75N;用拖把等涂抹工具将浓度为0.05~0.75N的稀盐酸,涂抹在粘有硬化水泥砂浆的管桩钢模的内壁,经1~30分钟的化学反应后,硬化水泥砂浆从管桩钢模内壁脱落,用自来水冲刷或织物擦洗管桩钢模内壁的残渣,这样就清除了管桩钢模内壁的硬化水泥砂浆。
实施例1.将工业纯浓度为35%浓盐酸与自来水以一定比例掺配,用水稀释到0.2N的浓度;用拖把将稀释后的稀盐酸,涂抹在粘有坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆的管桩钢模的内壁,经10分钟的化学反应后,硬化水泥砂浆很快从管桩钢模内壁脱落,然后用织物擦洗管桩钢模内壁的残渣,清除了管桩钢模内壁的硬化水泥砂浆。

1.一种管桩钢模内壁硬化水泥砂浆的清除方法,其特征在于:所述用拖把等涂抹工具将浓度为0.05~0.75N的稀盐酸,涂抹在粘有坚硬的硬化水泥砂浆的管桩钢模的内壁,稀盐酸与硬化水泥砂浆经1~30分钟的化学反应后,硬化水泥砂浆从管桩钢模内壁脱落,用自来水冲刷或织物擦洗管桩钢模内壁的残渣。
