背景技术
最近,为了满足作为电气产品及电子产品的主力消费层的年轻一代的爱好,不仅试图改善功能性,对外观美,即颜色和设计也试图各种改善。但是,现有的模内转印膜用于装饰,局限于借助转印于表面的彩色墨层表现出色彩,而不能期待其他功能,例如散发各种花香等。
韩国专利公开公报第2004-0024061号公开了芳香性转印膜,但只局限于向离型剂、墨及粘结剂中的某一种涂敷香料来达到嗅觉效果,在韩国专利公开公报第2009-0078883号也有相关记载,即,将在转印膜印刷的各种纹样压到机器上来进行转印,但所转印的印刷纹样不能实现随着温度变色的视觉效果,因此存在难以把握转印了印刷纹样的机器的热状态的问题。

为了达成上述目的,本发明提供模内转印膜,其特征在于,包括沿着基材层的一面方向依次形成的离型层、发香硬层、变色印刷层及粘结层,上述发香硬层包含发香性微囊,上述变色印刷层随着温度而变色。
并且,为了达成上述目的,本发明提供模内转印膜的制备方法,其特征在于,在基材层的一面形成离型层的步骤,在上述离型层的上部面形成发香硬层的步骤,在上述发香硬层的上部面形成印刷底涂层的步骤,在上述印刷底涂层的上部面形成变色印刷层的步骤,在上述变色印刷层的上部面形成粘结底涂层的步骤,以及在上述粘结底涂层的上部面形成粘结层的步骤;上述发香硬层由包含发香性微囊的层形成;上述变色印刷层由随着温度而变色的层形成。
发明的效果
本发明的模内转印膜安装于注塑物,能够获得使成型物随着温度而变色的视觉效果,除去注塑物产品的特有的气味来解除消费者的反感,使注塑物散发发香硬层的香气,来使消费者亲近地接近产品的效果。
本发明的模内转印膜的制备方法带来以下效果,即,形成包含变色囊的变色印刷层,且通过利用挤压器的丝网印刷方法能够容易形成散发香气的模内转印膜。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对本发明的实施例进行详细的说明。在此,本发明的实施方式可以变形为各种其他方式,本发明的范围不局限于以下说明的实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明的实施例的模内转印膜100包括基材层110、离型层120、发香硬层130、变色印刷层150及粘结层170。
基材层110可以由选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET,polyethyleneterephthalate)、聚碳酸酯(PC,polycarbonate)、聚丙烯(PP,polyproylene)及丙烯酸(acrylic)中的一种以上的材质形成。
离型层120形成于基材层110的一面,形成离型层120的目的在于,在注射模具的内部插入模内转印膜100的状态下,对熔融的树脂进行注塑来制作注塑物(未图示)后,从注塑物除去基材层110。
在此,离型层120可以由选自环氧类、环氧-三聚氰胺类、氨基醇酸类、丙烯酸类、三聚氰胺类、硅类、氟类、纤维素类、尿素树脂类、聚烯烃类、石蜡类中的一种以上材质,通过利用挤压器(squeeze)的丝网印刷方法(screen printingprocess)来形成于基材层110的一面。
此时,优选地,离型层120的厚度为2~7μm。如果离型层120的厚度小于2μm,要在离型层120下方形成的变色印刷层150难以实现立体质感,相反,如果离型层120的厚度大于7μm,由于离型剂的未固化引起的经时变化,当注射时存在引起未剥离的问题。
发香硬层130包含发香性微囊132,形成于离型层120的外部面,形成发香硬层130的目的在于,当注塑时,防止后述的变色印刷层150产生刮痕,而之后形成为用于散发香气的层。
这种发香硬层130可以将丙烯酸类聚合物、氨基甲酸乙酯类聚合物、环氧类聚合物及硅氧烷类聚合物中的某一种或合成物、如低聚物(oligomer)的紫外线固化树脂作为主成分,并包含30~50重量%的发香性微囊132。并且,发香硬层130还可以包含二氧化硅(silica)类的填充剂,以提高发香硬层130的强度。
在此,发香性微囊132为直径在3~10μm的微囊,利用选自脲醛树脂、包含三聚氰胺树脂的软质合成树脂中的某一种合成树脂来形成薄膜的胶囊,且发香性微囊132为在这种胶囊的内部包含天然香料或人造香料的香料成分的形态。
发香硬层130中包含30~50重量%的发香性微囊132,如果发香性微囊132的含量少于30重量%,则发香硬层130的发香功能不能持续,而如果多于50重量%,则发生发香硬层130的强度下降的问题。
并且,包含于发香性微囊132的天然香料,即天然油香料是从300种以上的散发香味的各种植物中获得的,从植物的花、叶、茎或者根等中提取。通常,人造香料是对化学结构进行人为变形来制备的,相反,天然油香料散发出芳香(aroma scent),是一种具有纯粹的天然植物性香的香料。
印刷底涂层140介于发香硬层130和后述的变色印刷层150之间,用于增强变色印刷层150的粘结力。优选地,这种印刷底涂层140由将选自氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的某一种作为主成分并添加金属氧化物微粒子或固化催化剂的形态形成。
与印刷底涂层140相同,变色印刷层150将氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的某一种作为主成分,变色印刷层150包含变色囊151,在变色印刷层150的一面形成嵌入了印刷墨的印刷纹样图案152。
变色囊151为在内部包含感温变色墨(thermochromic ink)或感光变色墨(Photochromic ink)且直径为1~5μm的胶囊形态,感温变色墨和感光变色墨对外部环境特别敏感,因此可以包含于一种作为保护膜的由涂敷用树脂形成的胶囊。
在此,感温变色墨例如为锡安墨(Zion ink)或C21H16N2,感光变色墨可以利用如卤化银、螺吡喃(Spiropyran)、螺恶嗪(Spirooxazine)、偶氮化合物(Azocompound)、二芳基乙烯等有机化合物或钨化合物等无机化合物。
并且,除了感温变色墨或感光变色墨以外,变色囊151可以包含如防沉剂和消泡剂的添加剂。
防沉剂用于抑制形成变色墨组合物的粒子沉淀的现象,作为防沉剂,可以使用例如二氧化硅(Silica)、氧化铝、高岭石、膨润土、白云石、三羟铝石(BaSO4)、碳酸钙(CaCO3)、滑石、二氧化钛、硅藻土等无机物。尤其,优选地,感光变色墨需要具有对于光的反应性,因此使用如二氧化硅(Silica)的透明的硅(Silicon)类防沉剂。在此,优选地,相对于100重量份的感光变色墨,添加0.1~3重量份的防沉剂。
为了抑制当形成或转印变色印刷层150时产生气泡或抑制由于气泡引起转印时产生针孔,消泡剂可以使用例如聚硅氧烷(Polysiloxane)类消泡剂。在此,优选地,相对于100重量份的感光变色墨,添加0.01~3重量份的消泡剂。
这样构成的变色囊151或者以30~50重量%的含量包含于变色印刷层150,或者只包含于印刷纹样图案152。变色囊151只包含于印刷纹样图案152的情况下,无需印刷墨,可由变色囊151填满印刷纹样图案152。
此时,所包含的变色囊151少于30重量%的情况下,颜色再现性下降,分布也下降,但在30~50重量%的范围内的话,颜色再现性和分布程度都良好。
粘结底涂层160介于变色印刷层150和后述的粘结层170之间,用于增强粘结力。优选地,这种粘结底涂层160由将氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的某一种作为主成分并添加金属氧化物微粒子或固化催化剂的形态形成。
粘结层170形成于粘结底涂层160的下表面,用于在注塑物粘结转印膜100,可通过如下方法形成,即,将聚酯、聚氨基甲酸乙酯、丙烯酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA,ethylene co-vinyl acetate)、聚酸酸乙烯酯(PVA,polyvinyl acetate)等粘结剂,例如通过利用挤压器(squeeze)的丝网印刷方法(screen printingprocess)、凹版(Gravure)印刷、柔性版(Flexo)印刷、微凹版涂敷法、逗号涂敷法、辊涂法中的某一种方式来涂敷成适当厚度后,以规定温度进行固化,来形成粘结层170。
像这样构成的模内转印膜100转印于注塑物后,将发香硬层130按压或揉摸,则发香性微囊132遭到破坏而散发香气。因此,除去注塑物产品的特有的气味,来解除消费者的反感,能够改善注塑物产品散发发香硬层130的香气,来使消费者亲近地接近产品。
并且,利用包含于变色印刷层150的变色囊151,能够带来使转印于注塑物的印刷纹样随着温度而变色的视觉效果,由此能够把握转印了印刷纹样的注塑物的热状态。
以下,参照图2,对本发明的实施例的模内转印膜的制备方法进行详细的说明。图2为示出用于说明本发明的实施例的模内转印膜的制备方法的顺序图。图3为用于说明本发明的实施例的丝网印刷方法的例示图。图4为用于说明本发明的实施例的发香硬层的形成过程的例示图。
如图2所示,本发明的实施例的模内转印膜100的制备方法,首先,在基材层110的一面装载包含离型剂组合物的浆121,并通过利用挤压器(squeeze)的丝网印刷方法(screen printing process)来形成离型层120(步骤S210)。
具体地,如图3所示,利用挤压器的丝网印刷方法,将基材层110放置于载物台(未图示)的上部,利用用于向与基材层110分隔的上部供给包含离型剂组合物的浆121的喷嘴300,在基材层110的表面装载规定量的浆121。在此,优选地,离型剂组合物由环氧类、环氧-三聚氰胺类、氨基醇酸类、丙烯酸类、三聚氰胺类、硅类、氟类、纤维素类、尿素树脂类、聚烯烃类及石蜡类中的某一种或合成物形成。
此后,所装载的浆121借助挤压器200在基材层110的一面形成为规定厚度的层,接着,借助热、紫外线(IV)及红外线(IR)中的某一种来使层固化,由此形成离型层120。
形成离型层120后,在离型层120的上部面形成发香硬层130(步骤S220)。
具体地,如图3所示,形成发香硬层130的步骤(步骤S220)与形成离型层120的步骤(步骤S210)相同,利用用于供给包含发香硬层130的物质和发香性微囊132的浆131的喷嘴300,在离型层120的上部面装载规定量的浆131。
此后,有通过利用挤压器200的丝网印刷方法在离型层120的上部面涂敷所装载的浆131,形成层后,在干燥炉以140~170℃温度使上述层固化,由此形成发香硬层130。
这种浆131将丙烯酸类聚合物、氨基甲酸乙酯类聚合物、环氧类聚合物及硅氧烷类聚合物中的某一种或合成物、如低聚物的紫外线固化树脂作为主成分,包含30~50重量%的发香性微囊132。并且,浆131还可以包含二氧化硅类的填充剂,以提高发香硬层130的强度。
形成发香硬层130后,在发香硬层130的上部面形成印刷底涂层140(步骤S230)。
形成印刷底涂层140的步骤(步骤S230)可以包括通过蒸镀或利用挤压器的丝网印刷方法将包含印刷底涂层140物质的浆形成于发香硬层130的上部面并固化的过程。此时,包含印刷底涂层140物质的浆可以将氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的某一种作为主成分,添加金属氧化物微粒子或固化催化剂。
形成印刷底涂层140后,在印刷底涂层140的上部面形成变色印刷层150(步骤S240)。
具体地,形成变色印刷层150的步骤(步骤S240)如下,将氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的某一种作为主成分,通过利用挤压器的丝网印刷方法在印刷底涂层140的上部面涂敷包含变色囊151的浆,并借助热、紫外线(IV)及红外线(IR)中的某一种使通过涂敷浆形成的层固化。
此后,在固化的层的上部面执行用于形成印刷纹样图案152的刻蚀(etching),来形成印刷图案,可将印刷墨嵌入于印刷图案来形成印刷纹样图案152。
当然,在形成变色印刷层150的步骤(步骤S240)中,除了上述方法以外,还可以利用凹版(Gravure)印刷或柔性版(Flexo)印刷的方法来形成印刷纹样图案152。
并且,在形成变色印刷层150的步骤(步骤S240)中,变色囊151也可以不包含于浆,而是只嵌入于在固化的层的上部面形成的印刷图案,来形成印刷纹样图案152。在此,变色囊151为直径在1~5μm的的胶囊形态,或者以30~50重量%的含量包含于变色印刷层150,或者只包含于印刷纹样图案152。
尤其,在变色印刷层150包含少于30重量%的变色囊151情况下,颜色再现性下降且分布也下降,但包含30~50重量%的情况下,存在颜色再现性和分布程度都良好的效果。
形成变色印刷层150后,在变色印刷层150的上部面形成粘结底涂层160(步骤S250)。
具体地,形成粘结底涂层160的步骤(步骤S250)可以包括通过蒸镀或挤压器的丝网印刷方法将包含粘结底涂层160物质的浆形成于变色印刷层150的上部面并固化的过程。此时,包含粘结底涂层160物质的浆可以将氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的某一种作为主成分,添加金属氧化物微粒子或固化催化剂。
形成粘结底涂层160后,在粘结底涂层160的上部面形成粘结层170(步骤S260)。
形成粘结层170的步骤(步骤S260)通过与图3相关联的利用挤压器的丝网印刷方法进行,例如,将包含聚酯、聚异氰酸酯、丙烯酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA,ethylene co-vinyl acetate)、聚酸酸乙烯酯(PVA,polyvinyl acetate)等粘结剂物质的浆涂敷适当厚度后,以规定温度进行固化,来形成粘结层170。
当然,形成粘结层170的步骤S260中,除了上述方法以外,还可以采用凹版印刷、柔性版印刷、微凹版涂敷、刮刀式涂敷、滚筒式涂敷中的某一种方式。
在将通过这样的本发明的实施例的模内转印膜的制备方法制备出的模内转印膜100插入于注射模具的内部的状态下,可通过对熔融的树脂进行注塑,来将模内转印膜100安装于注塑物。
这种模内转印膜100安装于注塑物后,随着除去离型层,发香硬层130向外部露出。对这种发香硬层130进行按压或揉摸时产生的摩擦或热,致使包含在发香硬层130中的发香性微囊132破坏,由此发香性微囊132的香料成分挥发并散发香气。尤其,由于摩擦或热在发香硬层130生成裂缝并发展,这可致使发香性微囊132破坏,由此香料成分可通过裂缝向外部渗出而散发香气。当然,发香性微囊132可以形成于发香硬层130的表面,因此模内转印膜100一安装于注塑物,就可借助露出的发香性微囊132向外部散发香气。
并且,安装有模内转印膜100的注塑物,根据本身温度或随光而变的温度,印刷纹样发生变化或变色,温度低于常温的条件下,显示特定印刷纹样和特定色相,但温度高于常温的条件下,可转换为其他印刷纹样或其他色相。
因此,本发明的实施例的模内转印膜安装于注塑物,带来成型物随着温度而变色的视觉效果,由此可以获得能够容易把握注塑物的热状态的效果。
根据上述优选的实施例,对本发明的技术思想进行了具体说明,但上述实施例只是用于说明,并非用于限制。并且,本发明的所属技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解,在本发明的技术思想的范围内可以进行各种实施。
Claims (15)
1.一种模内转印膜,其特征在于,
包括沿着基材层的一面方向依次形成的离型层、发香硬层、变色印刷层及粘结层;
上述发香硬层包含发香性微囊,且上述发香硬层中包含30~50重量%的所述发香性微囊;
上述变色印刷层随着温度而变色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,上述发香硬层包含丙烯酸类聚合物、氨基甲酸乙酯类聚合物、环氧类聚合物及硅氧烷类聚合物中的一种或合成物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,上述发香硬层包含紫外线固化树脂,上述紫外线固化树脂包括低聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,
上述发香性微囊为在由合成树脂形成的胶囊的内部包含天然香料或人造香料且直径为3~10μm的微囊。
5.根据权利要求1所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,上述发香硬层还包含二氧化硅类的填充剂,以提高上述发香硬层的强度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,
上述变色印刷层由氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的一种材质形成,
上述变色印刷层包含变色囊,在上述变色印刷层的一面形成嵌入了印刷墨的印刷纹样图案。
7.根据权利要求1所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,
上述变色印刷层由氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的一种材质形成,
在上述变色印刷层的一面形成嵌入了变色囊的印刷纹样图案。
8.根据权利要求7所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,上述变色囊在由涂敷用树脂形成的胶囊的内部包含感温变色墨、感光变色墨及添加剂,上述变色囊的直径为1~5μm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,上述感温变色墨包含锡安墨或C21H16N2。
10.根据权利要求8所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,上述感光变色墨包含卤化银、螺吡喃、螺恶嗪、偶氮化合物、二芳基乙烯、钨化合物中的一种或至少两种的合成物。
11.根据权利要求8所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,
上述添加剂包含防沉剂和消泡剂;
作为上述防沉剂,相对于上述感光变色墨100重量份,将二氧化硅、氧化铝、高岭石、膨润土、白云石,三羟铝石、碳酸钙、滑石、二氧化钛、硅藻土中的一种添加0.1~3重量份;
上述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷类消泡剂,相对于上述感光变色墨的100重量份,添加0.01~3重量份。
12.根据权利要求7所述的模内转印膜,其特征在于,于上述变色印刷层中包含30~50重量%的上述变色囊。
13.一种模内转印膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
在基材层的一面形成离型层的步骤,
在上述离型层的上部面形成发香硬层的步骤,
在上述发香硬层的上部面形成印刷底涂层的步骤,
在上述印刷底涂层的上部面形成变色印刷层的步骤,
在上述变色印刷层的上部面形成粘结底涂层的步骤,以及
在上述粘结底涂层的上部面形成粘结层的步骤;
上述发香硬层由包含发香性微囊的层形成,其中上述发香硬层中包含30~50重量%的所述发香性微囊;
上述变色印刷层由随着温度而变色的层形成。
14.根据权利要求13所述的模内转印膜的制备方法,其特征在于,形成上述发香硬层的步骤还包括:
将包含上述发香性微囊的浆装载于上述离型层的上部面的步骤;以及
通过利用挤压器的丝网印刷方法来涂敷上述浆的步骤。
15.根据权利要求13所述的模内转印膜的制备方法,其特征在于,形成上述变色印刷层的步骤还包括:
将由氨基甲酸乙酯树脂、改性丙烯酸树脂、聚异氰酸酯及多元醇中的一种材质形成且包含变色囊的浆涂敷于上述印刷底涂层的上部面的步骤;
通过利用挤压器的丝网印刷方法来涂敷上述浆的步骤;
利用热、紫外线及红外线中的一种来使涂敷上述浆而形成的浆层固化的步骤;
在固化的上述浆层的上部面执行用于形成印刷图案的刻蚀的步骤;以及
在上述印刷图案嵌入印刷墨或上述变色囊来形成印刷纹样图案的步骤。
