Abstract
本发明涉及一种抽吸式管状容器,根据本发明的抽吸式管状容器,通过具备朝抽吸部件的下方向延长,而下端部浸渍于内容物的吸引管,从而,在抽吸部件进行抽吸作用时可以减小空抽,而给用户提供方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抽吸式管状容器,更详细而言,涉及一种通过具备朝抽吸部件的下方向延长并其下端部浸渍于内容物的吸引管,从而,在抽吸部件的抽吸作用时,能减少空抽而给用户提供方便的抽吸式管状容器。
背景技术
一般,抽吸式管状容器构成为在容纳内容物的管状容器的上端部具备抽吸部件,通过抽吸部件的抽吸作用向外排放内容物的结构,所述抽吸式管状容器,如图1及2所示,具备:管主体10,形成为管形,在内部容纳内容物;管颈20,结合于所述管主体10的上端部而支撑管主体10,并形成有排放内容物的排放部;支撑体30,结合于所述管颈20,用于支撑抽吸部件40;抽吸部件40,被支撑于所述支撑体30,进行抽吸作用向外排放内容物;顶盖60,围绕所述抽吸部件40,可拆卸地结合于所述支撑体30。
如图1所示,所述抽吸式管状容器,在倒立管主体10的状态下向管主体内填充内容物之后,密封下端部11进行最后处理,此时,若将内容物填充为满满之后进行密封工作,则内容物会益流到管主体10的外部,或会粘到密封面,不容易粘接,因此,密封工作很难。
由此,为了容易进行密封工作,并确保进行密封工作的空间,将内容物仅填充预定高度为止。
如上所述,若在填充完内容物之后进行密封工作的状态下,将容器直立则如果图2所示,为进行密封工作,在管状容器主体10内部形成空间相当于没有填充内容物的量,因此,为排放内容物而抽吸部件40动作时,发生空抽而无法顺利排放内容物,由此,存在为排放内容物,用户需进行数次抽吸动作的问题。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明是为解决所述问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种通过具备朝抽吸部件的下方向延长,并其下端部浸渍于内容物的吸引管,从而,在抽吸部件进行抽吸作用时,能减少空抽而给用户提供方便的抽吸式管状容器。
技术方案
为解决所述问题,根据本发明的抽吸式管状容器,包括:管主体,形成为管形,在内部容纳内容物;管颈,结合于所述管主体的上端部而支撑管主体;支撑体,结合于所述管颈而支撑抽吸部件;抽吸部件,支撑于所述支撑体并与所述管主体连通,所述抽吸部件进行抽吸作用以将容纳于管主体内部的内容物排放至外部,其中,在所述抽吸部件的下端具备朝抽吸部件的下方延长而吸引内容物的吸引管,所述吸引管的下端部浸渍于内容物。
根据本发明的抽吸式管状容器,包括:管主体,形成为管形,在内部容纳内容物;管颈,结合于所述管主体的上端部而支撑管主体;支撑体,结合于所述管颈而支撑抽吸部件;抽吸部件,支撑于所述支撑体并与所述管主体连通,所述抽吸部件进行抽吸作用以将容纳于管主体内部的内容物排放至外部,其中,在所述抽吸部件的下端,包括:结合部,朝抽吸部件的下方延长;吸引管,结合于所述结合部而吸引内容物,所述吸引管的下端构成为部浸渍于内容物。
根据本发明的抽吸式管状容器,其中,所述吸引管形成为在管主体倾斜的状态下下端部能浸渍于内容物的长度,此时,浸渍于内容物的吸引管的下端部的长度L1短于未浸渍于内容物的吸引管的长度L2。
有益效果
根据本发明具有如下优点。
通过具备朝抽吸部件的下方向延长并其下端部浸渍于内容物的吸引管,从而,在抽吸部件进行抽吸作用时,能减少空抽,而给用户提供方便。
而且,通过优化浸渍于内容物的吸引管的长度,在以预定角度倾斜管主体的状态下,也能顺利排放内容物,而且,能节约材料。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图详细说明本发明。在图中,对相同的部件标注相同的符号。
图3是根据本发明的优选实施例的抽吸式管状容器的结构的立体示意图。图4是根据本发明的优选实施例的抽吸式管状容器的使用状态的示意图。
根据图3及图4,根据本发明的优选实施例的抽吸式管状容器,包括管主体100、管颈200、支撑体300、抽吸部件400、按钮部500、顶盖600以及吸引管700。
所述管主体100形成为管型以在内部容纳内容物a,并形成有容纳内容物a的空间,为了在填充内容物a的状态下密封下端部,形成有密封处理的密封部110。
所述管颈200结合于所述管主体100的上端部而支撑所述管主体100,在中央部优选形成有中空以结合后述的抽吸部件400。
所述支撑体300结合于所述管颈200而支撑抽吸部件400,在外侧结合有顶盖600以防按钮部500误动作。
所述抽吸部件400被支撑于所述支撑体300并与管主体100连通,所述抽吸部件进行抽吸作用而将容纳于管主体100的内容物排放至外部,所述抽吸部件,包括:抽吸壳体410,结合于所述管颈200的中空,在内侧下端具备止回阀411;阀杆420,一侧结合于后述的按钮500的内侧,另一侧位于所述抽吸壳体410的内侧,通过按钮部500的上下移动而移动;活塞杆430,结合于所述阀杆420的下部;密封盖440,在所述活塞杆430的下部围绕活塞杆430的外周面而结合,沿抽吸壳体410的内壁移动;弹簧450,围绕所述阀杆420的周围而结合,所述弹簧朝上方提供弹力以使按钮部500反复进行抽吸。
所述按钮部500结合于所述抽吸部件400的阀杆420的上部,通过用户的按压动作进行上下移动而可使抽吸部件400进行抽吸作用。
所述顶盖600围绕所述支撑体300及按钮部500,可拆卸地结合于支撑体300,平时,结合于所述支撑体300而防止按钮部500误动作,使用时,从所述支撑体300脱离,通过按压按钮部500来进行抽吸作用。
所述吸引管700从所述抽吸部件400的下端朝抽吸部件400的下方向延长而吸引内容物,本发明中,所述吸引管700从抽吸壳体410的下端朝下方延长形成以使吸引管700的下端部浸渍于内容物。
所述吸引管700构成为其下端部浸渍于容纳于管主体100的内容物a,从而,在抽吸部件400第一次抽吸时,内容物a可以即刻吸入到吸引管700的内部,从而可以减小空抽。
另外,所述吸引管700,其长度形成为短而未浸渍于内容物a时,抽吸部件400进行抽吸作用向吸引管700吸引内容物时发生很多空抽,所述吸引管的长度形成为长时,抽吸部件进行抽吸时,对应吸引管700的长度发生空抽,因此优选适当设定吸引管的长度。
而且,如图4所示,为了在用户以倾斜管主体100的状态下使用产品时,也能顺利排放内容物a,所述吸引管700优选形成为下端部能浸渍于内容物a的长度。
如上所述,所述吸引管700优选构成为不长不短的最佳的长度,即,如图3所示,浸渍于内容物的吸引管700的下端部长度L1短于未浸渍于内容物的吸引管700的长度L2。
以下,参照图5及图6说明根据本发明的其他实施例的抽吸式管状容器。
图5是示出根据本发明的其他实施例的抽吸式管状容器的结构的立体图,图6是示出根据本发明的其他实施例的抽吸式管状容器的使用状态的图。
根据图5及图6,根据本发明的其他实施例的抽吸式管状容器,其特征在于具备结合部412,所述结合部从抽吸部件400的下端朝下方延长形成,并支撑吸引内容物的吸引管700`,所述结合部412从所述抽吸壳体410的下端朝下方延长形成以围绕吸引管700`的上部,从而,在结合所述吸引管700`时,防止吸引管700`脱离到管主体100的内部。
对于其他构成与所述本发明的优选实施例所述内容相同,因此省略详细说明。

Claims (3)
1.一种抽吸式管状容器,包括:管主体,形成为管形,在内部容纳内容物;管颈,结合于所述管主体的上端部而支撑管主体;支撑体,结合于所述管颈而支撑抽吸部件;抽吸部件,支撑于所述支撑体并与所述管主体连通,所述抽吸部件进行抽吸作用以将容纳于管主体内部的内容物排放至外部,其特征在于,在所述抽吸部件的下端具备朝抽吸部件的下方延长而吸引内容物的吸引管,所述吸引管的下端部浸渍于内容物。
2.一种抽吸式管状容器,包括:管主体,形成为管形,在内部容纳内容物;管颈,结合于所述管主体的上端部而支撑管主体;支撑体,结合于所述管颈而支撑抽吸部件;抽吸部件,支撑于所述支撑体并与所述管主体连通,所述抽吸部件进行抽吸作用以将容纳于管主体内部的内容物排放至外部,其特征在于,在所述抽吸部件的下端,包括:结合部,朝抽吸部件的下方延长;吸引管,结合于所述结合部而吸引内容物,所述吸引管的下端构成为部浸渍于内容物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抽吸式管状容器,其特征在于,所述吸引管形成为在管主体倾斜的状态下下端部能浸渍于内容物的长度,此时,浸渍于内容物的吸引管的下端部的长度(L1)短于未浸渍于内容物的吸引管的长度(L2)。
