Abstract
本发明提供一种采用聚氨酯化处理的聚乙烯醇缩醛聚合物得到的聚合物多孔膜及其制备方法,该多孔膜均匀分布着连通孔隙,具有较好的吸附电解液能力,吸液率可达300%以上,通过吸附溶胀电解液实现了体系的凝胶化,而且多孔膜以及凝胶体系能够长期稳定存在。该种凝胶聚合物电解质接近液态电解质的电导率的平均值1.0×10‐3S/cm,电化学稳定窗口2.0V~5.0V,机械性能以及与电极的相容性显著改善,可作为凝胶聚合物电解质应用,提高了电池安全性。同时,不再需要采用液体电解质体系或其他电池体系中的隔膜作为支撑。
The invention provides a polymer porous film obtained by using polyurethane-treated polyvinyl acetal polymer and a preparation method thereof. The porous film is uniformly distributed with interconnected pores, has better ability to absorb electrolyte, and has a high liquid absorption rate. The gelation of the system is achieved by adsorbing the swelling electrolyte, and the porous film and the gel system can exist stably for a long time. The gel polymer electrolyte is close to the average conductivity of the liquid electrolyte of 1.0 × 10 -3 S/cm, the electrochemical stability window is 2.0 V to 5.0 V, and the mechanical properties and compatibility with electrodes are significantly improved. The application of glue polymer electrolyte improves the safety of the battery. At the same time, it is no longer necessary to use liquid electrolyte systems or separators in other battery systems as supports.
