本发明公开了一种聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜,含有以下组分:聚氯乙烯、增塑剂、稳定剂、减雾剂、抗氧化剂和成型剂,所述各组分按其重量百分比计算:聚氯乙烯占据50%~60%、增塑剂占据5%~10%、稳定剂占据5%~7%、减雾剂占据1%~6%、抗氧化剂占据5%~10%和成型剂占据3%~5%。通过上述方式,本发明提供了一种聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜,广泛的应用于农业,并且在配方中添加防雾剂等原料,令塑料薄膜具有更强的实用性和更好的质量。

Description

一种聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物降解材料制成的化合物,特别是涉及一种聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯是世界第二大通用树脂,聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜一般用压延的方法生产,对于空气的渗透率较低,对又累和脂肪有良好的防腐作用。聚氯乙烯薄膜主要用于农业、工业和包装业。为了能够令生产出的塑料薄膜成本降低,功能增强,许多厂家都在研究新的配方。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供了一种超薄的覆盖塑料薄膜,能够大面积的制作与使用,不仅成本低、而且具有较强的耐热性、耐寒性,耐磨性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:含有以下组分:聚氯乙烯、增塑剂、稳定剂、减雾剂、抗氧化剂和成型剂,所述各组分按其重量百分比计算:聚氯乙烯占据50%~60%、增塑剂占据5%~10%、稳定剂占据5%~7%、减雾剂占据1%~6%、抗氧化剂占据5%~10%和成型剂占据3%~5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的成型剂为石蜡。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的稳定剂为三盐基硫酸铅。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜上包含有图案或文字。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜为挤出成型、压延成型或注塑成型。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种超薄的覆盖塑料薄膜,能够大面积的制作与使用,不仅成本低、而且具有较强的耐热性、耐寒性,耐磨性。

本发明实施例提供如下技术方案。
在一个实施例中,一种聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜,含有以下组分:聚氯乙烯、增塑剂、稳定剂、减雾剂、抗氧化剂和成型剂,所述各组分按其重量百分比计算:聚氯乙烯占据50%~60%、增塑剂占据5%~10%、稳定剂占据5%~7%、减雾剂占据1%~6%、抗氧化剂占据5%~10%和成型剂占据3%~5%。
在一个实施例中,优选地,所述的成型剂为石蜡。
优选地,所述的稳定剂为三盐基硫酸铅,能够令聚氯乙烯在制作时不易被分解。
优选地,所述聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜上包含有图案或文字,且图案或文字位于薄膜的上表面或是下表面,能够令薄膜更加美观且易分辨。
优选地,所述聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜为挤出成型、压延成型或注塑成型,以压延成型的制作方法为优选。
本发明提供了一种超薄的覆盖塑料薄膜,能够大面积的制作与使用,不仅成本低、而且具有较强的耐热性、耐寒性,耐磨性。

1.一种聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜,其特征在于,含有以下组分:聚氯乙烯、增塑剂、稳定剂、减雾剂、抗氧化剂和成型剂,所述各组分按其重量百分比计算:聚氯乙烯占据50%~60%、增塑剂占据5%~10%、稳定剂占据5%~7%、减雾剂占据1%~6%、抗氧化剂占据5%~10%和成型剂占据3%~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述的成型剂为石蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为三盐基硫酸铅。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜上包含有图案或文字。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜为挤出成型、压延成型或注塑成型。
