Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组，其特征在于，包括可直接接入220V市电的交直流转换电路，装载该交直流转换电路并通过防水导热硅胶密封的ABS阻燃电源盒（1），以及通过模组电源线（3）与所述交直流转换电路相连的内置有一颗LED灯（5）的防水模组（2），和设置在该防水模组（2）上与所述LED灯（5）对应位置的PC阻燃灯罩（6），所述PC阻燃灯罩（6）由阻燃PC材料一次性注塑成型。本发明解决了现有技术中LED灯在恶劣情况下自燃和漏水的问题，而且结构简单，成本低廉，适用于温度较高或雨水过量的恶劣环境，使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED广告灯，具体地说，是涉及一种基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组。
背景技术
近年来，LED广告标识产业取得了突飞猛进的发展。随着全球节能意识的高涨，以及在相对传统光源电价较高的背景下，促使商业、建筑、广告标识领域持续导入LED光源。
目前广告标识行业主要使用的是低压模组，采用的低压直流电源与LED发光组件分离的技术方案。然而，现有的LED灯条仍然存在以下问题：由于LED灯条大部分暴露在露天环境中，工作条件比较恶劣；尤其是在夏天，LED虽然属于节能光源，但在高温下其发热量仍然很大；并且夏天雨水充沛，长期接受暴晒和冲刷会使得LED灯条寿命减短，在实际应用中还常常出现自燃和漏水的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组，解决现有技术中LED灯条无法直接连接220V市电以及在恶劣情况下自燃和漏水的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组，包括可直接接入220V市电的交直流转换电路，装载该交直流转换电路并通过防水导热硅胶密封的ABS阻燃电源盒，以及通过模组电源线与所述交直流转换电路相连的内置有一颗LED灯的防水模组，和设置在该防水模组上与所述LED灯对应位置的PC阻燃灯罩，所述PC阻燃灯罩由阻燃PC材料一次性注塑成型。
进一步地，所述防水模组为圆柱状的透明塑料壳，所述LED灯安装在该透明塑料壳内部，而所述PC阻燃灯罩则通过耐高低温阻燃材料一次性注塑在该透明塑料壳的上端端面上。
再进一步地，所述PC阻燃灯罩为平光灯罩。
更进一步地，所述防水导热硅胶为环氧树脂灌封胶。
具体地说，所述交直流转换电路包括与220V交流电连接的保护电路，输入端与该保护电路并联的整流器，和与该整流器输出端并联的放电驱动电路；该放电驱动电路上还设置有稳定电流的恒流芯片。
在所述交直流转换电路中还设置有相互串联的两个电阻，该相互串联的两个电阻一端与所述整流器的正输出端连接，另一端与所述恒流芯片BP2831A连接。
为确保光照亮度，所述防水模组至少五个，且相互串联。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
（1）本发明将交直流转换电路密封于ABS阻燃电源盒内，并采用防水模组保护LED灯，同时其透明塑料壳也使用阻燃PC材料制作，防止温度较高时由于其自身发热而发生自燃，以及雨水长期冲刷导致的漏水现象，大大提高了本发明的安全性和可靠性，解决了现有技术中LED灯条寿命较短的问题，同时还实现了良好的散热性能。
（2）本发明自创交直流转换电路，并将其与LED灯工作电路集成到同一模块内，既实现了LED广告灯条直接外接220V交流电的功能，在其使用时通过交直流转换电路转换并降压形成低压直流，大大降低了LED广告灯条的安装难度；又满足了电子产品小型化的社会需求，为产品的外形设计提供了极大的便利。
（3）本发明无须再配备价格昂贵的直流防水电源，有效降低了生产成本和安装成本，并大大降低了低压模组的故障率，延长其使用寿命。
（4）本发明中的交直流转换电路以一颗恒流芯片为核心，避免了谐波和电流不稳导致LED灯发光闪烁的问题，在供给所有LED灯时可保证灯条的发光强度适中、亮度均匀。
（5）本发明中各组件均采用一次性注塑工艺完成，且在连接口均灌封有环氧树脂胶，可有效防止LED模组进水烧毁电路板，保证了产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明，本发明的实施方式包括但不限于下列实施例。
实施例
如图1、图2所示的本发明，主要包括两部分：ABS阻燃电源盒1和防水模组2，两者之间通过模组电源线3导通，且ABS阻燃电源盒1的电源输入端可直接连接220V市电。
具体地说，ABS阻燃电源盒1采用ABS材料制成外壳，内部通过防水导热硅胶灌封有交直流转换电路。在ABS阻燃电源盒1的侧面开设有穿线孔，交直流转换电路的电源线通过该穿线孔与外部设备连接，同时，在穿线孔与电源线之间的间隙处也灌封有环氧树脂胶，从而使整个ABS阻燃电源盒完全密封，无漏点，绝对防水、防尘、防漏电。
所述交直流转换电路的设计如下：
由保险管F1、压敏电阻MOV1和热敏电阻NTC相互串联形成保护支路，然后与220V交流电导通，形成回路。
输入端与压敏电阻MOV1并联的整流器，可将220V交流电转换成直流电。
整流器的输出端包括正输出端和负输出端，两者之间连接放电驱动电路。该放电驱动电路包括均与整流器的输出端并联的滤波电容C1以及驱动LED灯发光的降压恒流电路。
该降压恒流电路包括与整流器的正输出端相连并自形成串联支路的LED灯和储能电感L，以及与该串联支路并联的续流二极管D2；该自形成的串联支路与恒流芯片BP2831A串联后连接在整流器的负输出端；同时，LED灯还并联有电容C2和第五电阻R5。该恒流芯片BP2831A的输出端同时通过放电电容C3接地、ROVP接口通过第三电阻R3接地、片选信号CS接口通过第四电阻R4接地。
在所述交直流转换电路中还设置有相互串联的两个电阻，该相互串联的两个电阻一端与所述整流器的正输出端连接，另一端与所述恒流芯片BP2831A连接。
采用上述电路设计，LED灯可同时串联50只而不发生压降，性能十分稳定。
与ABS阻燃电源盒1连接的防水模组，主要用于安装LED灯，且采用一个防水模组对应一颗LED灯的方式进行安装。具体地说，如图3、图4所示，防水模组为采用耐高低温阻燃材料一次性注塑而成的圆柱状的透明塑料壳，其内部安装LED灯，上端端面上安装PC阻燃灯罩，该PC阻燃灯罩为平光灯罩，通过耐高低温阻燃材料一次性注塑在透明塑料壳上，一方面防止脱落，另一方面确保密封性，防止进水导致LED灯烧坏。
如此，不仅实现了直接连接220V市电的目的，还提高了产品的防水、防尘、防漏电性能，更简化了产品的安装、维护工序，使产品的综合性能得到了明显提升。
上述实施例仅为本发明的一种优选实施例，并非对本发明保护范围的限制，但凡采用本发明的设计原理，以及在此基础上进行非创造性劳动而作出的变化，均应属于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组，其特征在于，包括可直接接入220V市电的交直流转换电路，装载该交直流转换电路并通过防水导热硅胶密封的ABS阻燃电源盒（1），以及通过模组电源线（3）与所述交直流转换电路相连的内置有一颗LED灯（5）的防水模组（2），和设置在该防水模组（2）上与所述LED灯（5）对应位置的PC阻燃灯罩（6），所述PC阻燃灯罩（6）由阻燃PC材料一次性注塑成型；所述交直流转换电路包括
由保险管（F1）、压敏电阻（MOV1）和热敏电阻（NTC）相互串联并与220V交流电导通的保护支路；
输入端与所述压敏电阻（MOV1）并联的整流器；
上述整流器的输出端包括正输出端和负输出端，两者之间连接有放电驱动电路；该放电驱动电路包括均与整流器的输出端并联的滤波电容（C1）以及驱动LED灯发光的降压恒流电路；该降压恒流电路包括与所述整流器的正输出端相连并自形成串联支路的LED灯和储能电感（L），以及与该串联支路并联的续流二极管（D2）；该自形成的串联支路与恒流芯片BP2831A串联后连接在整流器的负输出端；同时，LED灯还并联有电容（C2）和第五电阻（R5）；所述恒流芯片BP2831A的输出端同时通过放电电容（C3）接地、ROVP接口通过第三电阻（R3）接地、片选信号CS接口通过第四电阻（R4）接地；
在所述交直流转换电路中还设置有相互串联的两个电阻，该相互串联的两个电阻一端与所述整流器的正输出端连接，另一端与所述恒流芯片BP2831A连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组，其特征在于，所述防水模组为圆柱状的透明塑料壳（4），所述LED灯（5）安装在该透明塑料壳（4）内部，而所述PC阻燃灯罩（6）则通过耐高低温阻燃材料一次性注塑在该透明塑料壳（4）的上端端面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组，其特征在于，所述PC阻燃灯罩（6）为平光灯罩。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组，其特征在于，所述防水导热硅胶为环氧树脂灌封胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的基于AC单点灯的LED防水模组，其特征在于，所述防水模组至少五个，且相互串联。
