Abstract

本发明涉及一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，包括：将聚丙烯腈、木质素与增塑剂混合均匀，之后将混合物料加入到双螺杆纺丝机的密闭料斗中，在140-220℃进行熔融纺丝，从喷丝板纺出的细丝进行热空气定型、水洗牵伸、卷绕得到木质素/聚丙烯腈熔纺纤维。本发明的原料木质素成本低，环境污染小，适合于工业化生产；木质素含有大量的羟基，可以与聚丙烯腈分子链上的极性基团氰基发生氢键作用，二者具有较好相容性，纤维截面为圆形，皮芯差异小、纤维结构致密均匀；同时木质素的添加可以提高纤维的热性能和抗氧化性，提高降解能力。

采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子共混熔融纺丝领域，特别涉及一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法。
背景技术
在制浆造纸工业中，每年要从植物中分离出大量的纤维素，同时得到5000万吨左右的木质素副产品，其中主要是碱木素和木质素磺酸盐。木质素具有热塑性，并具有可再生、可降解、无毒等优点。木质素的玻璃化转变温度在127～193℃之间，并随着木质素分子式和化学结构以及含水量的不同而变化。生物质的木质素含有大量的官能团：芳香核、酚基和羰基、醇羟基、乙烯基、苯甲醇、烷基醚键、芳基醚键等，由于酚基、醇羟基的存在，使得木质素能够与极性的高分子材料具有较强的氢键结合能力，改进工程塑料的冲击韧性、耐热性和成型加工性，从而提高聚合物材料的综合性能并降低其成本，同时复合材料由于木质素的降解性而能够在自然环境下具有一定的降解能力。
由于聚丙烯腈具有强极性基团氰基，其结构和性能具有独特的个性。聚丙烯腈树脂的一个主要性质就是其高熔点(317℃)，在加热时还未熔融就已分解，因此只能用溶液纺丝来生产聚丙烯腈纤维。目前湿法、干法纺制的聚丙烯腈纤维已经实现工业化，但都要使用大量有毒或有腐蚀性的化学溶剂，而且在生产过程中必须进行溶剂的回收和净化及“三废”处理。如果能够实现以熔融纺丝来生产碳纤维原丝，不仅可以节约溶剂消耗，进而大大降低生产成本，同时消除由于使用溶剂引起的环境污染问题。近年来，国内外学者对聚丙烯腈原丝预氧化研究的越来越多，预氧化过程是双扩散历程，氧由纤维表及里扩散的同时形成的小分子产物由里到外排除。随着预氧化反应的进行，首先在纤维的表层形成了致密的梯形结构薄层，阻碍氧向内扩散，形成了皮芯结构，使碳纤维产生缺陷。因此工业中需要得到能高倍拉伸无明显皮芯结构的碳纤维原丝，使得氧和小分子的均匀地扩散，减少空洞和缺陷的生成，提高碳纤维的质量。
2010年美国能源部在橡树岭国家实验室（ORNL）建立碳纤维技术中心，重点研发和商业化低成本碳纤维，并与卓尔泰克公司（ZOLTEK）合作研发木质素/PAN碳纤维原丝，通过湿法纺丝的方法来生产碳纤维原丝。然而由于溶液纺丝法的局限性，湿法纺丝过程中不可避免的使用了大量有毒且污染严重的有机溶剂，不利于环境保护和广泛的推广，同时造成大量的浪费。而采用增塑剂进行木质素和聚丙烯腈的增塑共混熔融纺丝不但无毒无污染，而且可以降低成本，并且纺制的纤维截面为圆形，无皮芯结构，微孔结构少，性能优良，有望作为碳纤维的原丝来使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，该方法环境污染小，初生纤维能够高倍拉伸取向，截面为圆形，无皮芯及孔洞结构，强度可得到显著提高，原料来源便宜易得，适合于工业化生产。
本发明的一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，包括：
（1）将聚丙烯腈、木质素与增塑剂按质量比5-20:10-30:50-70在高速旋转混料机中混合均匀，之后将混合物料加入到双螺杆纺丝机的密闭料斗中，在140-220℃进行共混熔融，即得到混合均匀的共混物熔体；
（2）将通过纺丝组件从喷丝板流出的共混物熔体细流经过热空气定型，通过卷绕得到熔纺纤维；
（3）将上述纤维进行水浴牵伸，水浴温度为20-100℃，总牵伸倍数为2-10倍，即得到木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维。
所述步骤（1）中的聚丙烯腈、木质素与增塑剂预先在60～80℃下真空干燥24～36h。
所述步骤（1）中的木质素为碱木质素、硫酸盐木质素、牛皮纸木质素、乙酸木质素或者酶解木质素。
所述步骤（1）中的增塑剂为二取代咪唑型盐类，取代基为卤族元素和/或烷基。
所述步骤（2）中的热空气温度为20-70℃。
所述步骤（2）中的卷绕速度为100m-800m/min。
所述步骤（3）得到的木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的拉伸强度为2.0-12.0cN/dtex，断裂伸长率1.0-15.0%，取向度为60～98%，并且纤维截面为圆形，皮芯差异小、纤维结构致密均匀。
共混和纺丝环境的空气湿度保持在5%-10%，以免水分的加入影响纺丝效果。
有益效果
（1）本发明是采用高沸点低挥发的增塑剂来实现木质素/聚丙烯腈共混体系的熔融纺丝，纺丝工艺简单、过程易于控制，原料木质素便宜易得，而且此方法还避免了大量有毒或腐蚀性化学溶剂的使用，不但节约溶剂消耗，而且省去了生产过程中的“三废”处理，可以大大降低生产成本，同时还消除了由于使用溶剂而引起的环境污染问题；
（2）通过共混熔融纺丝方法得到的木质素/聚丙烯腈纤维，纤维截面为圆形，微孔少、皮芯差异小、致密均匀，纤维具有较高力学强度；
（3）由于增塑剂的增塑作用，可实现木质素/聚丙烯腈纤维的高倍拉伸及取向，得到高强度高取向度的纤维，其强度可达到2.0-12.0cN/dtex，断裂伸长率1.0-15.0%，取向度达到60-98%；
（4）由于木质素的加入，使得纤维具有较高的热稳定性，并且使得纤维具有较好的的抗氧化性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例，进一步阐述本发明。应理解，这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解，在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后，本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改，这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
空气湿度保持在5%，将在60℃下真空干燥24h的木质素、聚丙烯腈粉末与增塑剂以质量比10:30:60在高速旋转混料机中混合均匀，之后将混合物料加入到双螺杆纺丝机的密闭料斗中，在140℃进行共混熔融，即得到混合均匀的共混物熔体；将通过纺丝组件从喷丝板流出的共混物熔体细流经过30℃的热空气定型，在100m/min的卷绕速度下卷绕得到熔纺纤维；将上述纤维进一步进行水浴牵伸，水浴温度为60℃，总牵伸倍数为3倍，即得木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维。得到熔纺纤维强度为5.33cN/dtex，断裂伸长率为8.4%，取向度为80.5%。
实施例2
空气湿度保持在8%，将在60℃下真空干燥24h的木质素、聚丙烯腈粉末与增塑剂以质量比15:25:60在高速旋转混料机中混合均匀，之后将混合物料加入到双螺杆纺丝机的密闭料斗中，在160℃进行共混熔融，即得到混合均匀的共混物熔体；将通过纺丝组件从喷丝板流出的共混物熔体细流经过30℃的热空气定型，在200m/min的卷绕速度下卷绕得到熔纺纤维；将上述纤维进一步进行水浴牵伸，水浴温度为50℃，总牵伸倍数为2.5倍，即得木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维。得到熔纺纤维强度为5.20cN/dtex，断裂伸长率为9.2%，取向度为85.2%。
实施例3
空气湿度保持在10%，将在60℃下真空干燥24h的木质素、聚丙烯腈粉末与增塑剂以质量比20:20:60在高速旋转混料机中混合均匀，之后将混合物料加入到双螺杆纺丝机的密闭料斗中，在180℃进行共混熔融，即得到混合均匀的共混物熔体；将通过纺丝组件从喷丝板流出的共混物细流经过40℃的热空气定型，在200m/min的卷绕速度下卷绕得到熔纺纤维；将上述纤维进一步进行水浴牵伸，水浴温度为70℃，总牵伸倍数为2.5倍，即得木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维。得到熔纺纤维强度为4.52cN/dtex，断裂伸长率为9.5%，取向度为87.6%。
实施例4
空气湿度保持在5%，将在60℃下真空干燥24h的木质素、聚丙烯腈粉末与增塑剂以质量比20:25:55在高速旋转混料机中混合均匀，之后将混合物料加入到双螺杆纺丝机的密闭料斗中，在200℃进行共混熔融，即得到混合均匀的共混物熔体；将通过纺丝组件从喷丝板流出的共混物熔体细流经过30℃的热空气定型，在200m/min的卷绕速度下卷绕得到熔纺纤维；将上述纤维进一步进行水浴牵伸，水浴温度为80℃，总牵伸倍数为3.5倍，即得木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维。得到熔纺纤维强度为4.71cN/dtex，断裂伸长率为8.9%，取向度为82.2%。
实施例5
空气湿度保持在10%，将在60℃下真空干燥24h的木质素、聚丙烯腈粉末与增塑剂以质量比10:25:65在高速旋转混料机中混合均匀，之后将混合物料加入到双螺杆纺丝机的密闭料斗中，在220℃进行共混熔融，即得到混合均匀的共混物熔体；将通过纺丝组件从喷丝板流出的共混物熔体细流经过30℃的热空气定型，在300m/min的卷绕速度下卷绕得到熔纺纤维；将上述纤维进一步进行水浴牵伸，水浴温度为60℃，总牵伸倍数为2倍，即得木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维。得到熔纺纤维强度为4.21cN/dtex，断裂伸长率为10.6%，取向度为72.8%。

Claims (6)

1.一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，包括：
(1)将聚丙烯腈、木质素与增塑剂按质量比5-20:10-30:50-70混合均匀，之后将混合物料加入到双螺杆纺丝机的密闭料斗中，在140-220℃进行共混熔融，即得到混合均匀的共混物熔体；其中，增塑剂为二取代咪唑型盐类，取代基为卤族元素和/或烷基；
(2)将通过纺丝组件从喷丝板流出的共混物熔体细流经过热空气定型，通过卷绕得到熔纺纤维；
(3)将上述纤维进行水浴牵伸，水浴温度为20-100℃，总牵伸倍数为2-10倍，即得到木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维；共混和纺丝环境的空气湿度保持在5％-10％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(1)中的聚丙烯腈、木质素与增塑剂预先在60～80℃下真空干燥24～36h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(1)中的木质素为碱木质素、硫酸盐木质素、牛皮纸木质素、乙酸木质素或者酶解木质素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(2)中的热空气温度为20-70℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(2)中的卷绕速度为100m/min-800m/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用物理共混制备木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(3)得到的木质素/聚丙烯腈共混熔纺纤维的拉伸强度为2.0-12.0cN/dtex，断裂伸长率1.0-15.0％，取向度为60～98％，并且纤维截面为圆形。
