Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗氧化剂在防治酰胺类除草剂变色方面的应用,其中所述抗氧化剂选自酚类抗氧化剂或过氧化物分解剂中的一种或几种。本发明将抗氧化剂使用在酰胺类除草剂中,使用量小、效果好、毒性低的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,涉及抗氧化剂在农药上的新用途。
背景技术
随着农村经济的发展和农民生活水平的提高,化学除草面积以每年3000~5000万亩的速度在扩大,其中农村经济比较发达的江苏、浙江和广东以及大面积机械化耕作的东北地区,除草剂的需求增加得更快。近二十年中,国内除草剂的结构也发生了比较大的变化,其中下降得较大的是苯类除草剂,同一时期产量上升得比较快的是酰胺类除草剂,酰胺类除草剂在市场中所占的份额非常大,其市场销量仅次于氨基酸类(草甘膦、草铵膦等)和磺酰脲类。酰胺类除草剂有54种之多,最常见的有甲草胺、异丙甲草胺、乙草胺、丙草胺、异丙草胺、萘氧丙草胺、丁草胺、萘丙酰草胺、敌稗、氯乙酰胺、苯噻酰草胺等。
酰胺类除草剂的合成一般都是以不同取代基团苯胺为起始原料经过酰化和醚化缩合得到,所以该类除草剂原药中都还有少量苯胺残留,在长期阳光照射下或长期储存空气中氧气作用下,容易变色,使得原药变红甚至变黑,直接影响了该类除草剂使用和销售,该问题一直是困扰很多酰胺类除草剂生产企业的问题。
抗氧化剂(Antioxidants)是阻止氧气不良影响的物质。主要运用在食品、燃油、橡胶和塑料等领域,而在农药中很少使用,主要是抗氧化剂使用针对性强,而农药品种多而且杂质复杂,所以很难找到合适抗氧化剂在农药中运用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服传统酰胺类除草剂容易变色的缺陷,提供几种合适的抗氧化剂能有效防止酰胺类除草剂变色及其在农药方面的应用。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施达到:
抗氧化剂在防治酰胺类除草剂变色方面的应用,其中所述抗氧化剂选自酚类抗氧化剂或过氧化物分解剂中的一种或几种。
本发明还公开了一种酰胺类除草剂组合物,该组合物中主要含有酰胺类除草剂和抗氧化剂,其中所述抗氧化剂选自酚类抗氧化剂或过氧化物分解剂中的一种或几种。
本发明主要适用的酰胺类除草剂有甲草胺、乙草胺、丁草胺、异丙草胺、丙草胺、异丙甲草胺等。
本发明中的抗氧化剂有属酚类化合物,主要有丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)等,另一类是过氧化物分解剂,如硫代二丙酸二月桂酯等。本发明的特定抗氧化剂的用量为酰胺类除草剂质量的0.01%~1%,优选0.01%~0.1%。
使用方式为将抗氧化剂溶解于苯类或醇类溶剂中,再加入相应的酰胺类除草剂合成原药最终的浓缩稀液中,然后共同浓缩脱溶剂即可。
本发明的优点:抗氧化剂使用在酰胺类除草剂中,使用量小、效果好、毒性低的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)在乙草胺中的运用
各组份为(重量):
乙草胺1000份
叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)0.2份
将叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)溶于二甲苯中,再加入乙草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的乙草胺原药。
实施例2:硫代二丙酸二月桂酯在丁草胺中的运用
各组份为(重量):
丁草胺1000份
硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.2份
将硫代二丙酸二月桂酯溶于二甲苯中,再加入丁草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的丁草胺原药。
实施例3:二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)在丙草胺中的运用
各组份为(重量):
丙草胺1000份
二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)0.3份
将二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)溶于二甲苯中,再加入丙草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的丙草胺原药。
实施例4:硫代二丙酸二月桂酯在异丙草胺中的运用
各组份为(重量):
异丙草胺1000份
硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.2份
将硫代二丙酸二月桂酯溶于二甲苯中,再加入异丙草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的异丙草胺原药。
实施例5:丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)在甲草胺中的运用
各组份为(重量):
甲草胺1000份
丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)0.2份
将丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)溶于二甲苯中,再加入甲草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的甲草胺原药。
实施例6:叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)在异丙甲草胺中的运用
各组份为(重量):
异丙甲草胺1000份
叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)0.2份
将叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)溶于二甲苯中,再加入异丙甲草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的异丙甲草胺原药。

1.叔丁基对苯二酚在乙草胺中的运用,其中各组分的重量份组成为:乙草胺1000份,叔丁基对苯二酚0.2份;将叔丁基对苯二酚溶于二甲苯中,再加入乙草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的乙草胺原药。
2.硫代二丙酸二月桂酯在丁草胺中的运用,其中各组分的重量份组成为:丁草胺1000份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.2份;将硫代二丙酸二月桂酯溶于二甲苯中,再加入丁草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的丁草胺原药。
3.硫代二丙酸二月桂酯在异丙草胺中的运用,其中各组分的重量份组成为:异丙草胺1000份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.2份;将硫代二丙酸二月桂酯溶于二甲苯中,再加入异丙草胺合成缩合后稀液中,共同进两级薄膜蒸发脱溶,得到合格的异丙草胺原药。
