Abstract

本发明适用于塑料领域,提供了一种塑料合金、其制备方法和应用。本发明塑料合金包括氯化聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、填充剂、稳定剂及抗氧剂等。本发明塑料合金,通过在CPE基体树脂与橡胶类弹性体及稳定剂、抗氧剂、增塑剂等,通过各个组分之间的相互作用,形成PNBR+CPE橡塑合金材料,该塑料合金成本低而且加工容易,同时外观性能近似于橡胶,具有橡胶的表面光滑性、柔软性及回弹性。

塑料合金、其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于塑料领域,尤其涉及一种塑料合金、其制备方法和应用。 
背景技术
目前,汽车用密封条的使用原料有橡胶型、软塑料型及热塑性弹性体型。橡胶型(如EPDM橡胶)密封条有优异的回弹及尺寸稳定和良好的密封性能,但需要炼胶及硫化等复杂的生产工艺,且为热固型回收困难;软塑料(如CPE)密封条加工简单且成本优势显著,但弹性差、尺寸稳定性差。而热塑性弹性体(如TPV)密封条,目前是市场上的主流产品。其结合了塑性加工优势和橡胶回弹性能,但价格一直居高不下。 
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种塑料合金,解决现有技术中密封条用塑料合金价格贵或者性能差的技术问题;以及,该塑料合金的制备方法和应用。 
本发明是这样实现的, 
一种塑料合金,包括如下重量分数的组分:

以及, 
该塑料合金制备方法,包括如下步骤: 
按上述重量配比提供氯化聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、填充剂、稳定剂及抗氧剂; 
将该氯化聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、填充剂、稳定剂及抗氧剂混合,得到混合物; 
将该混合物挤出处理,得到塑料合金。 
本发明进一步提供上述塑料合金在密封条中的应用。 
本发明塑料合金,通过在CPE基体树脂与橡胶类弹性体及稳定剂、抗氧剂、增塑剂等,通过各个组分之间的相互作用,形成PNBR+CPE橡塑合金材料,该塑料合金成本低而且加工容易,同时外观性能近似于橡胶,具有橡胶的表面光滑性、柔软性及回弹性。本发明塑料合金制备方法,通过在软质CPE基体树脂引入橡胶类弹性体和其他助剂,并在两种相容性较好的聚合物共混物中加入稳定剂、抗氧剂、增塑剂等,制备一种软质PNBR+CPE橡塑合金材料。该制备方法操作简单,成本低廉,非常适于工业化生产。 
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。 
本发明实施例提供一种塑料合金,包括如下重量分数的组分:

所述氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的聚合度在800-1400之间。所述丁腈橡胶呈粉末状,该丁腈橡胶的相容性与CPE的相容性接近。CPE在热加工过程及剪切作用下发生脱HCL降解反应,且降解反应具有自催化作用,通过加入二盐、三盐或者两者混合物,稳定降解反应。同时,丁腈橡胶由于其与CPE的相容性,实现CPE和丁腈橡胶的均匀分散。 
所述填充剂为滑石粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、玻璃微珠、云母粉、硅灰石中的一种或几种的混合物,所述填充剂的目数大于1000。填充剂一方面填充剂能提高材料的刚性及耐热性;另一方面填充剂能起到降低材料成型收缩;第三方面填充剂的加入能使材料成本降低。 
所述的热稳定剂为二盐、三盐或者两者混合物,如衡水桃城化工助剂有限公司生产的三盐基硫酸铅或二盐基亚磷酸铅,环保品种如Ba/Zn复合稳定剂亚磷酸盐,以防止在热剪切下基体树脂分解的HCL等酸性物质的产生。 
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类,环氧大豆油类、多磷酸酯类、硬脂酸类中的一种或几种的混合物。添加增塑剂能够大大改善材料的加工性能。 
所述抗氧剂为四[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯主抗氧剂和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯酯)辅抗氧剂以1:1至1:3比例复配。优选1:2复配。添加抗氧剂的目地是降低材料在加工及使用过程中的老化性。 
本发明选用以CPE树脂为基础树脂,其成本低而且加工容易,同时结合相容性好的PNBR(丁腈橡胶)改性剂使其外观性能近似于橡胶,具有橡胶的表面光滑性、柔软性及回弹性,辅于其他加工助剂,使其达到一种加工简易、成本优势明显的PNBR+CPE合金材料。 
本发明实施例进一步提供上述塑料合金的制备方法,包括如下步骤: 
步骤S01,提供原材料: 
按上述重量配比提供氯化聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、填充剂、稳定剂及抗氧剂; 
步骤S02,混合 
将所述氯化聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、填充剂、稳定剂及抗氧剂混合,得到混合物; 
步骤S03,挤出处理 
将所述混合物挤出处理,得到塑料合金。 
具体的,步骤S01中,该氯化聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、填充剂、稳定剂及抗氧剂和前述的相同,在此不重复阐述。 
步骤S03中,所述挤出处理工艺条件为: 
一区温度为140~160℃;二区温度为150~170℃;三区温度为160~170℃;四区温度为170~180℃;物料在双螺杆挤出机中螺杆转速为15-20r/min,牵引速度20-40r/min,冷却采用冷却水槽。 
本发明实施例塑料合金制备方法,通过在软质CPE基体树脂引入橡胶类弹性体和其他助剂,并在两种相容性较好的聚合物共混物中加入稳定剂、抗氧剂、增塑剂等,制备一种软质PNBR+CPE橡塑合金材料。该制备方法操作简单,成本低廉,非常适于工业化生产。 
本发明实施例进一步提供上述塑料合金在密封条中的应用。 
以下结合具体实施例对上述塑料合金及其制备方法进行详细阐述。 
实施例1: 
制备PNBR+CPE合金。在本实施例中,所用CPE材料选用了聚合度在1300左右的树脂,典型牌号为上海氯碱的CPE1300;所选PNBR粉末丁腈的牌号为兰化的P83;所用填充剂为轻粉(1200目);增塑剂为DOP;抗氧剂为四[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯主抗氧剂和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯酯)辅抗氧剂以1:2比例复配;热稳定剂为三盐基硫酸铅和二盐基亚磷酸铅复合物;活性剂为硬脂酸SA。实施例配方如下(质量份数):

制备方法: 
1)按配比称取原料,在高速搅拌机中高速搅拌5-10分钟,以混合均匀; 
2)将混合的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,通过熔融挤出,造粒。 
双螺杆挤出机温度:一区温度为140~150℃;二区温度为150~160℃;三区温度为160~170℃;四区温度为170~175℃;物料在双螺杆挤出机中螺杆转速为15-20r/min,牵引速度20-40r/min,冷却采用冷却水槽。 
实施例2: 
制备PNBR+CPE合金。在本实施例中,所用CPE材料选用了聚合度在1000左右的树脂,典型牌号为上海氯碱的WS1000;所选PNBR粉末丁腈的牌号为淄博高氏的GS-33;所用填充剂为滑石粉(1200目);增塑剂为DOP;抗氧剂为四[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯主抗氧剂和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯酯)辅抗氧剂以1:1比例复配;稳定剂为广洋高科的稀土基Ca-Zn复合物。实施例配方如下(质量份数):

制备方法: 
1)按配比称取原料,在高速搅拌机中高速搅拌5-10分钟,以混合均匀; 
2)将混合的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,通过熔融挤出,造粒。 
双螺杆挤出机温度:一区温度为145~155℃;二区温度为155~165℃;三区温度为165~170℃;四区温度为170~175℃;物料在双螺杆挤出机中螺杆转速为15-20r/min,牵引速度20-40r/min,冷却采用冷却水槽。 
表1为本发明各实施例所制备的材料与现今市场上汽车通用密封条材料的物性表。

表1的数据表明采用本发明的原料和制备方法制得的软质PNBR+CPE橡塑合金,材料的拉伸和伸长率性能较佳,加工性能好,产品外观良好,成本优势明显。 
同时,经过研究表明,软质PNBR+CPE橡塑合金,相比于EPDM橡胶和热塑性弹性体TPV,继承了后者加工简易的优势,同时通过引入的PNBR橡胶 组分,其力学性能比后者也得到显著提高。最后,其低廉的成本优势亦较于两者都具有明显的优势。 
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 

Claims (8)

1.一种塑料合金,包括如下重量分数的组分:

2.如权利要求1所述的塑料合金,其特征在于,所述氯化聚乙烯的聚合度为800-1400。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料合金,其特征在于,所述稳定剂选自三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基亚磷酸铅或其混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的塑料合金,其特征在于,所述填充剂选自滑石粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、玻璃微珠、云母粉或硅灰石中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的塑料合金,其特征在于,所述增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸酯,环氧大豆油、多磷酸酯或硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的塑料合金制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按上述重量配比提供氯化聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、填充剂、稳定剂及抗氧剂;
将所述氯化聚乙烯、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、填充剂、稳定剂及抗氧剂混合,得到混合物;
将所述混合物挤出处理,得到塑料合金。
7.如权利要求6所述的塑料合金制备方法,其特征在于,所述挤出处理工艺条件为:
一区温度为140~160℃;二区温度为150~170℃;三区温度为160~170℃;四区温度为170~180℃;物料在双螺杆挤出机中螺杆转速为15-20r/min,牵引速度20-40r/min。
8.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的塑料合金在密封条中的应用。
