本发明属于食品技术领域,具体是涉及一种海参食品,特别是一种利用药食同源的海参做成的动植物营养健康产品。
背景技术
海参(H olothurian)为棘皮动物门( E chinoderm ata),海参纲( Ho lo thurio ider),循手目( A sp idoch iro la)生物,是深受人们喜爱的一种海产品, 它同人参、燕窝、鱼翅齐名,为世界八大珍品之首。海参不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材。明代《食物本草》中指出海参有主补元气、滋益五脏六腑和祛虚损的养生功能。据清代《本草纲目拾遗》中药典籍则将海参列为补益药物, 其载“海参性温补, 足敌人参, 故名海参; 味甘咸, 补肾经, 益精髓, 消痰延, 摄小便, 壮阳疗痿, 杀疮虫”。
海参营养成分非常丰富,其以不含胆固醇,富含胶原蛋白和粘多糖及海参素而著称。近年来,随着国内外运用现代科学技术对海参生物活性物质的分离、鉴定及其生物医学作用等研究的不断深入,人们发现海参含有许多具有重要生物学活性的物质,如海参毒素、海参多糖、海参皂苷、脂肪酸、多肽、海参神经节苷酯等50余种。
干海参的可食部分占93% ,含粗蛋白质55.51%、粗脂肪1.85%、碳水化合物21.09%、同时还含有人体所需的钙、磷、铁等微量元素,是一种高蛋白、重铁质、低脂肪、低胆固醇的滋补品。

牡蛎,俗称蚝,为贝类动物,瓣鳃纲,牡蛎科。牡蛎肉肥爽滑,味道鲜美,营养丰富,素有“海底牛奶”之美称。据分析,干牡蛎肉含蛋白质高达45%~57%、脂肪7%~11%、糖元19%~38%。此外,还含有丰富的牛磺酸和多种维生素及钙、磷、铁、锌、碘等营养成分。

配方:海参粉20g,花生蛋白粉20 g,小麦低聚肽粉15g,牡蛎粉15g,螺旋藻10 g,大豆膳食纤维粉15g,微晶纤维素3g,硬脂酸镁2g。
制备方法:将上述海参粉,花生蛋白,小麦低聚肽粉,牡蛎粉,螺旋藻,大豆膳食纤维粉,微晶纤维素和硬脂酸镁充分混合、搅拌均匀后,按常规方法制成片剂,每片0.7g。
实施例2:
配方:海参粉35g,花生蛋白35 g,小麦低聚肽粉25g,牡蛎粉15g,螺旋藻15 g,大豆膳食纤维粉15g,微晶纤维素5g,硬脂酸镁3g。
制备方法:将上述海参粉,花生蛋白,小麦低聚肽粉,牡蛎粉,螺旋藻,大豆膳食纤维粉,微晶纤维素和硬脂酸镁充分混合、搅拌均匀后,按常规方法制成片剂,每片0.4g。

制备方法:将上述海参粉,花生蛋白,小麦低聚肽粉,牡蛎粉,螺旋藻,大豆膳食纤维粉,微晶纤维素和硬脂酸镁充分混合、搅拌均匀后,按常规方法制成胶囊剂,每粒0.4g。

1.一种海参蛋白营养健康食品,其特征在于:它的原料及重量份数为:
海参粉 20~35份
花生蛋白粉 20~35份
牡蛎粉 15~25份
小麦低聚肽粉 15~25份
大豆膳食纤维粉 15~25份
螺旋藻 10~15份
微晶纤维素 2~5份
硬脂酸镁 1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海参蛋白营养健康食品,其特征在于:它的原料及重量份数为:
