本发明公开了一种特氟龙防静电塑料配方,包含以下成分:聚乙烯、抗静电剂、稳定剂和特氟龙,按质量百分比计算,聚乙烯占据60%~70%、抗静电剂占据5%~20%、稳定剂占据3%~5%和特氟龙占据3%~5%,所述抗静电剂为阳离子内混型抗静电剂。通过上述方式,本发明中的塑料配方所生产出来的塑料具有工程塑料的特性的同时具有防污、抗静电的作用,化学稳定性极好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种特氟龙制品的配方,特别是涉及一种特氟龙防静电塑料配方。
背景技术
目前市场上急需一种具有稳定功能的活性塑料配方,能够具有特殊功能的实用性配方来配置塑料,在使用中发挥巨大的作用,且方便进行配比制作。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种特氟龙防静电塑料配方,塑料配方所生产出来的塑料具有工程塑料的特性的同时具有防污、抗静电的作用,化学稳定性极好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:包含以下成分:聚乙烯、抗静电剂、稳定剂和特氟龙,按质量百分比计算,聚乙烯占据60%~70%、抗静电剂占据5%~20%、稳定剂占据3%~5%和特氟龙占据3%~5%,所述抗静电剂为阳离子内混型抗静电剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述稳定剂为复合型稳定剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚乙烯为高压聚乙烯或超高压聚乙烯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述特氟龙为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物或过氟烷基化物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明塑料配方所生产出来的塑料具有工程塑料的特性的同时具有防污、抗静电的作用,化学稳定性极好。

在一个实施例中,提供一种特氟龙防静电塑料配方,包含以下成分:聚乙烯、抗静电剂、稳定剂和特氟龙,按质量百分比计算,聚乙烯占据60%~70%、抗静电剂占据5%~20%、稳定剂占据3%~5%和特氟龙占据3%~5%,所述抗静电剂为阳离子内混型抗静电剂。
区别于现有技术,在一个实施例中,优选地,所述稳定剂为复合型稳定剂。
优选地,所述聚乙烯为高压聚乙烯或超高压聚乙烯。
优选地,所述特氟龙为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物或过氟烷基化物。
本发明塑料配方所生产出来的塑料具有工程塑料的特性的同时具有防污、抗静电的作用,化学稳定性极好。

1.一种特氟龙防静电塑料配方,其特征在于:包含以下成分:聚乙烯、抗静电剂、稳定剂和特氟龙,按质量百分比计算,聚乙烯占据60%~70%、抗静电剂占据5%~20%、稳定剂占据3%~5%和特氟龙占据3%~5%,所述抗静电剂为阳离子内混型抗静电剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙防静电塑料配方,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为复合型稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙防静电塑料配方,其特征在于:所述特氟龙为氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物或过氟烷基化物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙防静电塑料配方,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯为高压聚乙烯或超高压聚乙烯。
