Abstract
本发明公开一种吹瓶机瓶胚加温风道,包括进风通道和排风通道。进风通道包括瓶口风道和瓶身风道,排风通道包括瓶口排风道和瓶身排风道,瓶口排风道为两侧的瓶身排风道围成的空间。对瓶口和瓶身进行降温的冷风分别由不同的进风通道控制,其风量和风量比例可调,使得设备运行更加稳定,导风效果更加准确,满足瓶胚不同部分的工艺要求,提高产品质量;其结构简单,有效利用空间,可减小设备体积和降低生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及吹瓶机,特别是涉及一种吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道。
背景技术
吹瓶机对瓶胚进行加温工作,瓶胚进入加温道加热工位,为了能够得到理想的瓶胚,需要对除瓶口外的瓶胚瓶身进行整体均匀加热逐步升温至预定温度90~120℃。同时,为了能够实现连续不间断的后续瓶胚进入加热工位依次加热,必须使加温道区域环境温度保持在一定的温度范围内。而红外线加热管在加温道对瓶身进行加热,不可避免地使得相对半封闭的加温道区域整体升温。因此,需要把加温道区域的余热进行排除,实现瓶胚依次连续加热。另一方面,由于瓶口在吹制瓶时,要求瓶口尽可能地保持在常温状态。因此,瓶口进入加温道区域时,需要将瓶口区域的加热热量尽可能地排除。
现有的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,有进行送风的主风道,还有一个固定在设备机架上的导风板,导风板将主风道送入的冷风分别导向瓶口和瓶身以进行送风降温,使瓶胚的瓶口和瓶身分别保持在所需的温度再送至下一工序。导风板为固定式设计,其导向瓶口和瓶身的风量分配比例固定,该比例在工作过程中无法改变,但在实际生产中,由于制造及装配误差的存在,导风板形成的风量分配比例无法达到所需的设定值,导致瓶胚的吹制瓶时得不到理想的预热温度。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可对瓶胚的瓶口和瓶身进行独立送风的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,以提高加温效果,满足瓶口和瓶身不同的加温要求。
本发明所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,包括进风通道和排风通道,进风通道包括将冷风导向瓶口的瓶口风道和将冷风导向瓶身的瓶身风道,排风通道包括将冷却瓶口后的热风排出的瓶口排风道和将冷却瓶身后的热风排出的瓶身排风道。
本发明所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,分别设置有将冷风导向瓶胚的瓶口和瓶身的进风通道,和对应进风通道分别将冷却瓶口后的热风和冷却瓶身后的热风导出到排风通道。工作时,冷风分别从瓶口风道和瓶身风道进入并分别导向瓶口和瓶身,然后冷风分别对瓶口和瓶身进行冷却降温,最后,对瓶口降温后的热风由瓶口排风道排出,对瓶身降温后的热风由瓶身排风道排出。对瓶口和瓶身进行降温的冷风分别由不同的进风通道控制,其风量和风量比例可调,使得设备运行更加稳定,导风效果更加准确,满足瓶胚不同部分的工艺要求,提高产品质量。

具体实施方式
一种吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,包括进风通道和排风通道,进风通道包括将冷风导向瓶口的瓶口风道1和将冷风导向瓶身的瓶身风道2,排风通道包括将冷却瓶口后的热风排出的瓶口排风道3和将冷却瓶身后的热风排出的瓶身排风道4。对瓶口和瓶身进行降温的冷风分别由不同的进风通道控制,其风量和风量比例可调,使得设备运行更加稳定,导风效果更加准确,满足瓶胚不同部分的工艺要求,提高产品质量。
所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,瓶口风道1的瓶口风道出风口11设置于瓶身风道2的瓶身风道出风口21上方,且两者分别垂直指向瓶胚的瓶口和瓶身。从瓶口风道和瓶身风道导出的气流分别垂直吹向瓶口和瓶身,可提高冷风的利用率,提高工作效率;且两道冷风平行吹出,互不干扰,使得工作效果更加准确、稳定,同时可减少相互之间的干涉,避免紊流的产生,进一步提高工作效率和冷却效果。
吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,瓶身风道2包括两个分别指向不同瓶胚的瓶身风道出风口21,瓶口风道1包括两个分别指向不同瓶胚的瓶口风道出风口11,且两瓶口风道出风口11分别设置于两瓶身风道出风口21上方;瓶身排风道4包括两道分别对两瓶身风道出风口21排出的热风进行导风的侧排风道,瓶口排风道3是两侧排风道围成的空间,且瓶口排风道3同时连通两瓶口风道出风口11并对其排出的热风进行导风;有同时连通瓶口排风道3和瓶身排风道4的出风口的主排风道5。瓶口风道和瓶身风道均设置有两道出风口,两出风口同时对不同的瓶胚进行冷却工作,极大地提高其工作效率;而两道瓶身排风道相应地设置有两侧排风道,有利于提高工作稳定性和准确性;两侧排风道的相对一侧的外壁围成了一定的空间,该空间即为瓶口排风道,其结构简单,有效利用空间,可减小设备体积和降低生产成本;主排风道的设置则将瓶口排风道和瓶身排风道排出的热风集中处理,有利于后续工作的进行,并使设备外观更简洁美观。
所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,有加温箱6,加温箱6设置于与瓶身风道出风口21相对的一侧,两者之间形成瓶胚10的放置空间;加温箱6上设置有通风道,该通风道的出风口与瓶身排风道4的进风口连通。加温箱上设有通风道,可利用冷却气流对其进行降温,而出风口与瓶身排风道连通,则可减小设置独立的排风道,提高设备的利用率,同时便于热风的集中处理。
所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,瓶身排风道4包括设置于下方的热风进入的下排风道41,和设置于上方的热风的上排风道42,上、下排风道密封连通。热风从下排风道进入,流经上排风道排出,上、下排风道可根据实际需要设置成不同的形状,有利于侧排风道和两侧排风道之间的瓶口排风道的设计和生产,且便于设备组装和维护。
所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,进风通道包括多个所述的瓶口风道1和瓶身风道2,且沿生产方向间隔设置。沿生产线设置的多个瓶口风道和瓶身风道,对应不同的瓶胚加温工位,这些不同的加温工位可设置不同的温度,例如沿生产线输送方向温度逐渐升高,工作时,沿生产线排列运行的瓶胚可沿这些工位进行逐渐升温,而无需固定在某一位置加温后再送出,极大地提高了工作效率;或者,这些加温工位对应的进风通道出风口连接不同的制冷设备,其冷却效果均不一致,可进行针对性的冷却工作,极大地提高了设备的适用性。
Claims (6)
1.一种吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,包括进风通道和排风通道,其特征在于:进风通道包括将冷风导向瓶口的瓶口风道(1)和将冷风导向瓶身的瓶身风道(2),排风通道包括将冷却瓶口后的热风排出的瓶口排风道(3)和将冷却瓶身后的热风排出的瓶身排风道(4);瓶身风道(2)包括两个分别指向不同瓶胚的瓶身风道出风口(21),瓶口风道(1)包括两个分别指向不同瓶胚的瓶口风道出风口(11),且两瓶口风道出风口(11)分别设置于两瓶身风道出风口(21)上方;瓶身排风道(4)包括两道分别对两瓶身风道出风口(21)排出的冷风进行导风的侧排风道,瓶口排风道(3)是两侧排风道围成的空间,且瓶口排风道(3)同时连通两瓶口风道出风口(11)并对其排出的冷风进行导风。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,其特征在于:瓶口风道(1)的瓶口风道出风口(11)设置于瓶身风道(2)的瓶身风道出风口(21)上方,且两者分别垂直指向瓶胚的瓶口和瓶身。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,其特征在于:有同时连通瓶口排风道(3)和瓶身排风道(4)的出风口的主排风道(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,其特征在于:有加温箱(6),加温箱(6)设置于与瓶身风道出风口(21)相对的一侧,两者之间形成瓶胚(10)的放置空间,加温箱(6)上设置有通风道,该通风道的出风口与瓶身排风道(4)的进风口连通。
5.根据权利要求1、3或4所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,其特征在于:瓶身排风道(4)包括设置于下方的热风进入的下排风道(41),和设置于上方的排出热风的上排风道(42),上、下排风道密封连通。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机的瓶胚加温风道,其特征在于:进风通道包括多个所述的瓶口风道(1)和瓶身风道(2),且沿生产方向间隔设置。
