Abstract

本发明的灯罩、背光模组和显示装置,其中,本发明的灯罩包括容纳部以及出光部,容纳部的内部设置有用于容纳光源的腔室,出光部的与容纳部相对的外表面设置有向外凸出的凸棱,以收敛腔室内的光源发出的光线。本发明的背光模组,包括光学膜层以及光源装置,光源装置包括多个本发明的灯罩。本发明的显示装置包括本发明的背光模组。本发明的灯罩将光源发出的光线收敛,这样光源发出的光与相邻的光源发出的光之间的重叠区域大大减小,由此避免引起串扰现象。本发明的背光模组因为采用本发明的灯罩,出光效果更好,成本大大降低。本发明的显示装置因为采用了本发明的背光模组,其产品品质得到很大提升。

Description

灯罩、背光模组和显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种灯罩、背光模组和显示装置。
背景技术
背光模组为液晶显示器的重要组件之一,由于液晶本身不发光,需要背光模组为液晶显示器供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光线,使液晶显示器能正常显示影像。目前,液晶显示器的显示技术已经趋于成熟,尤其在背光模组的设计方面也有了很大的发展。背光模组除了应用在液晶显示器、液晶电视机等液晶显示装置之外,还可以为数码相框、电子纸、手机等显示装置提供光源。
背光模组依据光源的位置不同分为侧光式背光模组和直下式背光模组。其中,很多直下式背光模组采用CCFL(冷阴极荧光灯管)作为光源,但是CCFL虽有价格优势,但是因其含有有毒的汞蒸汽而被迫即将退出历史舞台。
目前市场上出现了以LED灯条替代CCFL的研发方案,现有LED背光源中,LED在灯条基板上呈直线排列。当这种背光源应用于3D显示装置中时,由于LED都有一定的发光角度(一般为120°),这样相邻两个LED之间会由于上述角度的存在而使光线相互重叠,重叠的光线引起串扰(Crosstalk)现象,影响显示装置的显示画质,特别容易在高速运动画面中产生残影与拖尾现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种避免引起串扰现象的灯罩、背光模组和显示装置。
本发明的灯罩,包括用于容纳光源的容纳部以及与所述容纳部连接的用于出射光线的出光部,所述容纳部的内部设置有用于容纳光源的腔室,所述出光部的与所述容纳部相对的外表面设置有向外凸出的凸棱,以收敛所述腔室内的光源发出的光线。
本发明的灯罩,其中,所述凸棱的横截面为三角形、梯形或者弧形,所述凸棱为多个,多个所述凸棱平行排列于所述出光部的所述外表面上。
本发明的灯罩,其中,所述凸棱的横截面为三角形,所述凸棱包括彼此相对且连接的第一壁和第二壁,所述第一壁与所述第二壁以所述凸棱的顶部的纵向轴线为对称轴左右对称。
本发明的灯罩,其中,所述第一壁与第二壁形成的角α的角度范围为90—180度。
本发明的灯罩,其中,所述第一壁与第二壁形成的角α的角度为120度。
本发明的灯罩,其中,所述腔室包括依次连接的第一侧壁、第二侧壁、第三侧壁以及第四侧壁,所述第一侧壁的内表面、所述第二侧壁的内表面、所述第三侧壁的内表面、所述第四侧壁的内表面分别设置有用于反射所述光源发出光线的反射层。
本发明的背光模组,包括光学膜层以及设置于所述光学膜层的入光面一侧的光源装置,所述光源装置包括多个本发明的灯罩以及设置于所述灯罩的腔室内的光源,所述光源发射的光线经所述灯罩的出光部出射至所述光学膜层。
本发明的背光模组,其中,多个所述灯罩沿直线排列于所述光学膜层的入光面一侧,多个所述灯罩的排列方向与所述灯罩上多个所述凸棱的排列方向相同。
本发明的背光模组,其中,所述光源为LED灯,所述光源装置还包括连接多个所述LED灯的印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板设置于多个所述灯罩的底部。
本发明的显示装置,包括本发明的背光模组。
本发明的灯罩将光源发出的光线收敛,这样光源发出的光与相邻的光源发出的光之间的重叠区域大大减小,由此避免引起串扰现象。
本发明的背光模组因为采用本发明的灯罩,出光效果更好,成本大大降低。
本发明的显示装置因为采用了本发明的背光模组,其产品品质得到很大提升。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明的灯罩的实施例,包括用于容纳光源的容纳部1以及与容纳部1连接的用于散发光线的出光部2,容纳部1的内部设置有用于容纳光源7的腔室3,出光部2的与容纳部1相对的外表面设置有向外凸出的凸棱5,以收敛腔室3内的光源7发出的光线。
本发明的灯罩的实施例,其中,凸棱5的横截面为三角形。
在本发明的灯罩的其他实施例中,凸棱5的横截面可以为梯形或者弧形。根据三棱镜的对光线的折射作用可知,形状类似于三棱镜的本发明的灯罩中的横截面为三角形的凸棱5也可以对光线(特别是底面射入的光线)起到折射、汇聚作用,即收敛腔室3内的光源7发出的光线。同理,当凸棱5的横截面为梯形或者弧形也可以收敛腔室3内的光源7发出的光线。
本发明的灯罩的实施例,其中,凸棱5为多个,多个凸棱5平行排列于出光部2的外表面上。
本发明的灯罩在工作时,光源7位于腔室3内,光源7发出的光线透射至凸棱5的底部,在凸棱5的两侧壁的折射作用下,光线汇聚并向外散射出去。
本发明的灯罩的实施例,其中,凸棱5包括彼此相对且连接的第一壁51和第二壁52,第一壁51与第二壁52以凸棱5的顶部的纵向轴线为对称轴左右对称。
本发明的灯罩的实施例,其中,第一壁51与第二壁52形成的角α的角度范围为90—180度。
本发明的灯罩的实施例,其中,第一壁51与第二壁52形成的角α的角度为120度。
本发明的灯罩的实施例,其中,腔室3包括依次连接的第一侧壁31、第二侧壁32、第三侧壁33以及第四侧壁34。腔室3还包括设置于第一侧壁31、第二侧壁32、第三侧壁33、第四侧壁34之上的顶壁35。出光部2设置于顶壁35之上。第一侧壁31的内表面、第二侧壁32的内表面、第三侧壁33的内表面、第四侧壁34的内表面分别设置有用于反射光源7发出光线的反射层6。反射层6使光源7向侧面发出光线在腔室3的内部反射后,仅由腔室3的顶部的出光部2射出,而不会由腔室3的侧壁射出,从而进一步减小了光源7的发散角度。
结合图3所示,本发明的背光模组,包括光学膜层10、设置于光学膜层10的入光面一侧的光源装置以及背板13。光源装置设置于光学膜层10与背板13之间。光源装置包括多个本发明的灯罩以及设置于灯罩的腔室3内的光源7,灯罩的顶部指向光学膜层10的入光面。光源7发射的光线经灯罩的出光部2出射至光学膜层10。
本发明的背光模组,其中,多个灯罩沿直线排列于光学膜层10的入光面一侧,多个灯罩的排列方向与灯罩上多个凸棱5的排列方向相同。
本发明的背光模组,其中,光源7为LED灯,光源装置还包括连接多个LED灯的印刷电路板8,印刷电路板8设置于多个灯罩的底部。
本发明的背光模组在使用时,光源7发出的光线透射凸棱5的底部,在凸棱5的两壁的折射作用下,光线汇聚并透过光学膜层10向外散射。
如图4所示,现有技术中的背光模组没有使用本发明的灯罩,背板13上设置印刷电路板8。印刷电路板8上的光源7直接面对光学膜层10,光源7的光线没有被收敛,其发光角度一般可达120度,这样光源发出的光与相邻的光源发出的光之间存在重叠,重叠的光线很容易引起串扰现象。
本发明的背光模组中,本发明的灯罩使光源7的光线得到收敛,经由灯罩透射出来的光发散角度被大幅度减小,这样光源发出的光与相邻的光源发出的光之间的重叠区域大大减小,当这种背光源应用于3D显示装置中时,串扰现象即可得到避免。
本发明的显示装置,包括本发明的背光模组。所述显示装置可以为:液晶面板、电子纸、液晶电视、液晶显示器、数码相框、手机、平板电脑等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种灯罩,其特征在于,包括用于容纳光源的容纳部以及与所述容纳部连接的用于出射光线的出光部,所述容纳部的内部设置有用于容纳光源的腔室,所述出光部的与所述容纳部相对的外表面设置有向外凸出的凸棱,以收敛所述腔室内的光源发出的光线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯罩,其特征在于,所述凸棱的横截面为三角形、梯形或者弧形,所述凸棱为多个,多个所述凸棱平行排列于所述出光部的所述外表面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灯罩,其特征在于,所述凸棱的横截面为三角形,所述凸棱包括彼此相对且连接的第一壁和第二壁,所述第一壁与所述第二壁以所述凸棱的顶部的纵向轴线为对称轴左右对称。
4.根据权利要求3所述的灯罩,其特征在于,所述第一壁与第二壁形成的角α的角度范围为90—180度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的灯罩,其特征在于,所述第一壁与第二壁形成的角α的角度为120度。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的灯罩,其特征在于,所述腔室包括依次连接的第一侧壁、第二侧壁、第三侧壁以及第四侧壁,所述第一侧壁的内表面、所述第二侧壁的内表面、所述第三侧壁的内表面、所述第四侧壁的内表面分别设置有用于反射所述光源发出光线的反射层。
7.一种背光模组,包括光学膜层以及设置于所述光学膜层的入光面一侧的光源装置,其特征在于,所述光源装置包括多个如权利要求1-6任一项所述的灯罩以及设置于所述灯罩的腔室内的光源,所述光源发射的光线经所述灯罩的出光部出射至所述光学膜层。
8.根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,多个所述灯罩沿直线排列于所述光学膜层的入光面一侧,多个所述灯罩的排列方向与所述灯罩上多个所述凸棱的排列方向相同。
9.根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源为LED灯,所述光源装置还包括连接多个所述LED灯的印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板设置于多个所述灯罩的底部。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求7-9任一项所述的背光模组。
