Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an adjustable heating mechanism of a tobacco heating device according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a connection structure of a heating element and a heat conductor in an adjustable heating mechanism of a tobacco heating device according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic view of a connection structure of the tobacco material and the adjusting part in the adjustable heating mechanism of the tobacco material heating device in the embodiment 1 of the invention.
The adjustable heating mechanism of the tobacco material heating device provided by the embodiment of the invention heats the tobacco material in a heating non-combustion mode, so that the tobacco flavor of the tobacco material can be baked, the generation of harmful gas or substances caused by combustion can be greatly reduced, the harmfulness of smoking is reduced, the heating mechanism can be adjusted, a user can adjust the concentration of absorbing the tobacco flavor according to the requirement, and the heating is more uniform.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the adjustable heating mechanism of the tobacco heating device of the present invention comprises a battery 1, a heater 2, a heat insulation system 4 and an adjusting component, wherein:
the battery 1 is electrically connected with the heater 2, and the heater 2 is powered by the battery 1, belonging to an electric heating mode. In order to prevent the temperature of the heater from being conducted to the battery, the heat insulation system 4 separates the battery 1 and the heater 2, so that the temperature of the battery can be prevented from being too high, the danger of explosion of the battery is avoided, and the use is safer.
The battery 1 may be a disposable battery or a rechargeable battery. The above-mentioned disposable battery can be specifically an alkaline battery, such as an alkaline zinc-manganese battery, and the working temperature of the battery 1 can be between-20 ℃ and 40 ℃ when the battery is an alkaline zinc-manganese battery, so as to ensure the normal operation of the battery 1. The rechargeable battery can be a lithium ion battery, and the working temperature of the battery 1 which is the lithium ion battery can be between-20 ℃ and 65 ℃ so as to ensure the normal work of the battery 1.
The heater 3 is provided with a groove for adding tobacco material, and the outer bottom and the outer side wall of the heater are surrounded by the heat insulation system 4. The tobacco material is heated in the groove of the heater 3, the heating temperature of the heater 2 is higher and can reach 200-400 ℃, and the heat insulation system 4 can prevent the temperature of the heater 2 from being conducted to the shell to scald a user, so that the use is safer. The heat insulation system 4 separates the battery 1 and the heater 2, so that the temperature of the battery 1 can be prevented from being too high, the danger of explosion of the battery 1 is avoided, and the use is safer.
The material of the heat insulation system 4 is glass fiber, asbestos, rock wool, silicate or aerogel felt and the like.
The smoking material 12 may be formed in a solid shape that conforms to the shape of the recess of the heater 2. The adjusting part is connected with the tobacco 12 and drives the tobacco to move up and down. The adjusting part comprises a thread part 5 and a ferrule 6, the thread part 5 is connected with the tobacco 12, the thread part 5 is provided with an external thread, an internal thread is arranged in the ferrule 6, the ferrule 6 is sleeved on the thread part 5 in a knob mode, the knob through the ferrule 6 drives the thread part 5 to rotate up and down, and then the tobacco 12 is driven to rotate and move up and down. Because the position of the heater 2 is relatively fixed, the user can adjust the relative position of the smoking material 12 and the heater 2. If the user feels that the tobacco fragrance is light, the tobacco 12 can be moved towards the heater 2, so that more tobacco 12 is in the groove of the heater 2 and more tobacco fragrance can be baked; if the use feels the smoke concentration strong, the smoking material 12 can be moved away from the heater 2 so that less smoking material 12 is in the recess of the heater 2, thus reducing the smoke concentration of the baked smoking material.
The side wall of the heater 2 is provided with a heating body, and when the tobacco material is filled in the groove of the heater, the side wall of the heater 2 can heat the side wall of the tobacco material. In order to make the inside heating of cigarette material more even, be provided with heating rod 3 along the depth direction in the recess, there is the heat-generating body in the heating rod 3, can make the cigarette material cubic, set up porosely at the middle part of cigarette material, the hole cup joint of cigarette material is on heating rod 3, and heating rod 3 heats the inside of cigarette material, can make the whole heating of cigarette material more even, and the cigarette fragrance of cigarette material is more mellow and even moreover.

The ceramic material can play a role in insulation, is good in heat conduction performance, and can reduce loss of heat energy in conduction.
The heating rod comprises a heat conductor 101 and a heating body 102, the heat conductor 101 is an insulating medium made of ceramic materials, the heating body 102 is a resistance wire, the heating body 102 is arranged in the heat conductor 101, the heating body 102 is wrapped in the insulating medium, the heating body 102 is connected with a conductive leading-out pin 103, and the heating body 102 is connected with the battery 1 through the conductive leading-out pin 103; the ceramic material is silicon nitride; the heating element 102 is made of an alloy heating wire and/or tungsten wire; the insulating medium and the heating body are formed by hot-pressing and sintering. The ceramic material can play a role in insulation, is good in heat conduction performance, and can reduce loss of heat energy in conduction.
The battery 1 is a rechargeable battery, and the charging connecting port is connected with the battery, so that the use is more convenient, and the battery is not required to be replaced frequently. The charging connector is one of a USB connector, a miniUSB connector or a needle connector.

1. An adjustable heating mechanism of a tobacco heating device is characterized by comprising a battery, a heater, a heat insulation system and an adjusting component, wherein:
the battery is electrically connected with the heater, and the heat insulation system blocks the battery and the heater;
the heater is provided with a groove for adding tobacco materials, and the outer bottom and the outer side wall of the heater are surrounded by the heat insulation system;
a heating body is arranged on the side wall of the heater, a heating rod is arranged in the groove along the depth direction, and the heating body is arranged in the heating rod;
the adjusting part is connected with the tobacco material and drives the tobacco material to move up and down, the adjusting part comprises a sleeve, a guide rail and a track, the tobacco material is additionally arranged in the sleeve, the guide rail is arranged on the sleeve, the track is arranged on the shell of the tobacco material heating device, and the tobacco material moves up and down in the sleeve through the guide rail and the track in the shell;
the heater comprises a heat conductor and a heating body, the heat conductor is an insulating medium made of ceramic materials, the heating body is a resistance wire, the heating body is arranged in the heat conductor, the insulating medium wraps the heating body, the heating body is connected with a conductive leading-out pin, and the heating body is connected with the battery through the conductive leading-out pin;
the heating rod comprises a heat conductor and a heating body, the heat conductor is an insulating medium made of ceramic materials, the heating body is a resistance wire, the heating body is arranged in the heat conductor, the insulating medium wraps the heating body, the heating body is connected with the conductive leading-out pins, and the heating body is connected with the battery through the conductive leading-out pins.

The adjustable heating mechanism of a smoking material heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting member comprises a threaded portion and a collar, the threaded portion is connected with the bottom of the heater, the threaded portion is provided with an external thread, the collar is provided with an internal thread, and the collar is sleeved on the threaded portion by a knob manner.

The adjustable heating mechanism of a tobacco heating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sleeve is provided with a connecting rod, the housing is provided with a strip-shaped hole, the connecting rod is exposed out of the housing through the strip-shaped hole, and the length direction of the strip-shaped hole is consistent with the moving direction of the heater.
4. The adjustable heating mechanism of a smoking material heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the sleeve is provided with a rack, and the housing is provided with a gear wheel rotating about a gear shaft, the gear wheel being engaged with the rack.
5. The adjustable heating mechanism of a tobacco heating device according to claim 1, wherein the heater is made of nichrome wire.
6. The adjustable heating mechanism of a smoking material heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the battery is a rechargeable battery, and the charging connector is connected to the battery.
7. The adjustable heating mechanism of a smoking material heating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the charging connector is one of a USB connector, a miniUSB connector or a pin connector.
