本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种酸辣山珍牛肉粉,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉50-60、咖啡40-50、生姜汁20-30、番茄粉60-70、酸菜粉30-40、木耳粉20-30、茶树菇20-25、竹荪20-30、灵芝4-5、人参5-6、韭菜籽4-5、菟丝子5-6、鹿鞭4-5、天门冬4-5、牛蒡子4-5、薰衣草5-6、珍珠风子3-4、食盐450-460、味精40-50、大豆油适量、水适量。
一种酸辣山珍牛肉粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成块,至于锅中,加入咖啡、生姜汁,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将牛肉捞出,晒干后,做成牛肉粉;
(2)将茶树菇、竹荪洗净,沥干水后,浸在大豆油中,然后取出,至于烤箱中,烤熟,将烤熟的茶树菇、竹荪晒干后,做成碎末备用;
(3)将灵芝、人参、韭菜籽、菟丝子、鹿鞭、天门冬、牛蒡子、薰衣草、珍珠风子用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将番茄粉、酸菜粉、木耳粉、牛肉粉、步骤2中的碎末、中药粉、食盐、味精合并,混合均匀后,做成小包装即可。

1.一种酸辣山珍牛肉粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉50-60、咖啡40-50、生姜汁20-30、番茄粉60-70、酸菜粉30-40、木耳粉20-30、茶树菇20-25、竹荪20-30、灵芝4-5、人参5-6、韭菜籽4-5、菟丝子5-6、鹿鞭4-5、天门冬4-5、牛蒡子4-5、薰衣草5-6、珍珠风子3-4、食盐450-460、味精40-50、大豆油适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种酸辣山珍牛肉粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成块,至于锅中,加入咖啡、生姜汁,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将牛肉捞出,晒干后,做成牛肉粉;
(2)将茶树菇、竹荪洗净,沥干水后,浸在大豆油中,然后取出,至于烤箱中,烤熟,将烤熟的茶树菇、竹荪晒干后,做成碎末备用;
